As usual,Govt will abandon Calabar stadium for this new Akwa Ibom Stadium.It will become the new match venue for Eagles and afterwards,Calabar's rot will set in and maybe the new stadium will follow the same fate.Above all,the stadium looks too unique.That is indeed a nice edifice.

My grudge with Keshi is the lack of bench. How could you go to worldcup without a bench? Who does that? I think he should be allowed to continue his job or if possible, Jonathan should interfere again. We need a long term programme so that we can have a replica of the Eagles of the 90s. As for Africa, Keshi knows the continent well and I see us performing well in the next AFCON. I believe if he is allowed to continue, he would still come good for Nigeria besides, he would have learnt from his past mistakes. Aside Westerhof and Bonfrere Jo, no other Foreign Manager has offered Nigeria anything good. Keshi should stay on.

Edoblakky: I believe we got what we deserved! After Onazi was injured and the referee issued a light punishment, what did our boys do? Nothing! We think football is fairplay? This is exactly how Italy handled us at USA'94 world cup. They took out Amokachi and Amuneke while we played fair instead of taking out Baggio. When Onazi was taken out, I expect our players to take out Pogba. And if they take out Osaze, we should take out Benzema. We may cry all we like but football is not fair play.
