Start from page 1 and read through, and if you need further assistance, ask specific questions for help. A lot of people have shared detailed information regarding all documents submitted. Given the low account balance used in your previous application for your family of 4, I recommend you work on this first before reapplying to avoid further refusal. Additionally, try to get GCMS notes ( https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=463&top=1) to see if there are additional points you need to work on Freda23: Please I actually want to reapply myself but will be needing help with the right documents to submit |

At no time has the £250 fee at the Port harcourt center been for priority please. It is clearly written on the site and has been shared here in the past. It is better not to share false information if you are not certain. ShootingStar92: On the application, you pay $101 dollars as standard before you can submit your visa application (this was in September) then, I wondered if a part of the £250 or 246k naira was completing the above payment to a total of £250 for priority.
As I mentioned earlier, as of the time these applications/biometrics were made our experience was different e.g the cost was £250 for priority I believe before the increase recently.
Whatever the case maybe, I recommend finding out more if in doubt.

Giselle is giving you good advise but it's up to you to take it. Your response indicates this application was approached in a willy nilly manner and to be honest rushing to reapply might earn another refusal if not done properly. You need to prove to the VO that they will return & will not access public funds during their stay in the UK. To do this, you must show through carefully put together documentation their hometies to Nigeria. This is not restricted to their house documents but can and should include: - Their financial circumstances (including all bank statements showing the cooperative millions, which BTW ought to have been included ab initio). You should have included their savings information. - Their professional ties (employment letters, promotion letters, reference letters, payslips, retirement letter, retirement benefit, even pension accounts & statement etc.) - Their social ties (e.g. if retired and a member of a society, should include this with supporting documentation) - Family hometies (other children, grandchildren in Nigeria). Given this refusal, it might be prudent for only one person to apply as advised and the other serve as hometie. - Any other tie to demonstrate they'll return home. elohim24: They can't travel separately as my father in law is almost 70 and he can't stay back or come alone, also If We are to work on the statement, it will definitely be late for the graduation. They both have cooperative savings over the years that is into millions but I don't feel it's necessary that's why I didn't put it in the previous application. |

Call the airline directly or the agency you booked from. And you need to do this fast as Turkish is a bit funny - sometimes they will not accept changes to the date of a flight if it's a same-day departure. Given the urgency, this should be your first line of action. october5: Good morning everyone.,please who knows how I can reschedule flight on Turkish airline.I’m suppose to travel but want to change it to next Week. Please it’s a matter of urgency |

Sounds pretty straightforward to me and the language is super clear. E.g. If you are a student whose course ends 30th Sep and have received an offer for a job starting on the 15th Oct, then you can apply to switch to a Tier 2 visa. Vintagee: Please, with this new law of no switching for students until after course end date. Can the gurus help me interprete this.
"If you’re currently in the UK on a Student visa, you must also meet one of the following requirements:
you have completed the course you were sponsored to study your job start date is after your course has finished you have studied for a PhD for at least 24 months"
Does this mean one can apply for tier 2 now even though course ends by end of September but the work start date is after the course end date. |

You need to inform your school ASAP I know some schools have a last day to resume or a rule about attending induction - which can be up to 1 week after but anything outside this might need approval. Contact them, explain the visa processing issue. On the delay, short of paid calls and emails, I don't think there's any other way. Can your school try reaching out? The UK Student thread might be more helpful to you: https://www.nairaland.com/7767052/uk-student-visa-tier-4UniqueLady123: @ Africankel and other guru's in the house Please help, I really need advice regarding my UK student visa application. I did my biometrics on 11 July at TLScontact Abuja, did 4 paid calls and series of correspondence from paid email. But my application is still awaiting a decision till now. From the last escalation they said to have escalated to the "appropriate entry Clearance Team". Also, my school resumption date is on Monday, and I am yet to book flight or plan anything, I'm currently so disorganized and stressed. Someone advise me on what next to do or any email to forward my complaints to |

Please respond to the itinerary only. As you can see, there is a 2hr layover and the connection from Frankfurt is being done by Lufthansa. @OP, you need a visa for this. Look for other options. Hanat04: Please is a transit visa needed for this flight? Ayire: If your stopover in Frankfurt a technical landing you don’t need a transit visa. Ethiopia airline has series of flights with technical landing in European countries and it doesn’t require a transit visa. |

Try Lagos as it's a lot cheaper IMO and when I checked last weekend, I saw a lot of availability for this week. Port Harcourt attracts an extra £250 per person and doesn't include priority (only premium lounge, courier return and SMS notifications) ShootingStar92: Please has anyone here done biometrics at the Port Harcourt TLS contact? You just answered your own question - you had a single entry into the Schengen region. Simple! For travel history, you have been to Finland, France and Germany (use bus or train stubs and any other documents such as pictures, stubs from activities and submit as needed) jimcykhan: Hi Pls I need guide on travel history. I had Shengen C type visa (single entry) last year issued by Finland embassy. I travelled to Finland via Frankfurt where passport where my passport was stamped. 5 days after completing my engagement in Finland travelled to Paris for 4 day, then back to Frankfurt for departure to Nigeria.
So my arrival and departure stamp are reading Frankfurt. How do I complete my UK visa form? Number of entry in is it one or two? How do I explain this? Do I need to mention German and France too?
Thank you |

Yes if you only have a UK visa.
