Ushafaiza:Then you must be one of the misguided natives of FCT. Even your commentary is full of contradictions. Indirect primary is more likely to be manipulated than direct,in relative terms. Is this naivety or what? Both could be manipulated, but it is easier to manipulate indirect! So why on earth do you want indirect over direct. Your ignorance is not pardonable! Except the spirit of democracy is not in you. Majority have their way, minority their say. Let the majority of people decide, not delegates! |
Misguided and sponsored protesters. Which one is more transparent ,direct or indirect primaries? Anything for the money ![]() |
Before now,I was very angry with EFCC,but with the legal fact below,I now support EFCC : ''They said when the EFCC froze Ekiti State account, the governor Ayo Fayose went to court to lift, but the anti-graft agency eventually won at the Court of Appeal.'' The appeal court judgement remains the law until otherwise proven. No rest for the corrupt. |
FarahAideed:We know the battle is between APC and PDP. So what will PDP be campaigning with after 16years of mismanagement? Was PDP able to fix all you have listed in 16years? And fools like you want APC to fix them in 3years? Of course,Buhari will be asking for more time to fix the mess left by PDP. Also give me the link to where Buhari promised N1 to $1 and to make petrol N40 per litre. Clowns! |
goshee:Are you people deaf, dumb and blind? Do you know why the president hired SANs? Google is your friend. The main issue in court then, was that PMB did not present his certificate as at the point of submitting his nomination form to INEC.Also the ''politicians'' in the Nigerian army then, claimed that his WAEC certificate was missing in his file . How then did he enroll in the Nigerian army? Here are Buhari's statements of results ,which he later got from his secondary school,to replace his lost certificate:

IamaNigerianGuy:Shame to you too.PDP goat! So someone cannot change his mind again to remain in a party that aligns with his philosophy? What principles are you talking about? A principled and responsible man will not abandon his family because of normal disagreement and in-house fight, more so when elders have intervened. Those that defected had exercised their right to do so,no qualms.Democracy at work. Ignore heavy weights like Tinubu,Balarabe Musa,Oshiomole, because of a planned defection to PDP of all parties? I would have ignored you ,if PDP was a better party than APC. Idiot! And those who think Shehu Sani can be bought for a Paltry N100million should have their brain examined. |
Holocene:Stupid commentary. Herdsmen have been killing people since 1999 or earlier. |
AdeolaOmoOba:if you know not,you know not.

I ''pity'' Saraki. Going back to PDP means loosing his position as Senate president, come 2019. He cannot win any presidential election, except in Kwara. Yet staying in APC is like playing in a hostile team. But looking at the whole scenarios, the best option is to strike a deal with APC or settle for a floor membership of the senate ,in 2019. |
jegz25:God Bless you for this, you just expressed my thought! Saraki must be a serpent. He knows about the letter, yet he is blaming the presidency. |
datribune:Right on point! The real progressives are now in APC. The progressive tendency in Senator Shehu Sani would not make him dump APC. |
Naira land is full of political illiterates. What is the electoral value of defectors, few months to the general election? None of them is coming back to the house.APC will win back their seats, come 2019. Shaking my head! |
Rikov:You are the one with a dead brain. Impeachment na beans? |
[quote author=chidima2019 post=69658994]15 All Progressives Congress, APC, Senators Tuesday morning defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. Akelicious brings to you the list of the defected senators who anchored their reason on the current crisis and faction in the ruling party. They are… 1.Rabi’u Kwankwaso (Kano-Central) 2. Dino Melaye (Kogi-West) 3. Adesoji Akanbi (Oyo-South) 4.Monsurat Sunmonu (Oyo-Central) 5.Rafiu Ibrahim (Kwara-South) 6.Suleiman Hunkuyi (Kaduna-North) 7. Lanre Tejuoso (Ogun-Central) 8. Usman Nafada (Gombe) 9. Ibrahim Dambaba (Sokoto) 10.Mohammed Shittu (Jigawa) 11.Isa Misau (Bauchi) 12.Suleiman Nazif (Bauchi) 13.Shaaba Lafiagi (Kwara) 14. Barnabas Gemade (Benue). 15.Senator Abdul-Azeez Murtala-Nyako (Adamawa) http://www.akelicious.net/2018/07/full-list-of-nigerian-senators-that.html[/quote I see only Kwakwanso as a threat.Others are not coming back to the senate. So what is the whole noise all about? |
The defection is illegal null and void. There is no faction in APC at national level. INEC should declare their seat vacant. |
babamadiba:Rigging excluded, most of their seats would be taken over by APC in the forthcoming election. It is on record, many legislators do not come back. The defection cannot affect Buhari's second term. |
Wiseandtrue:Deceit everywhere! Ekiti 2014 election was far far worse than that of 2018. Stop spreading falsehood about GEJ and free elections ![]() |

ekems2017:Very stupid comment. Politicisation of killings, exactly what the enemies of Nigeria want. If PDP had resolved the killings within 16 years of misrule,we would not be where we are today. For more than 16years the killings in various part of Nigeria persisted,so why should APC ,barely 3 years in power bear the brunt. In sane countries, insecurity unites the citizens, but in Nigeria ,Idiots disunite the citizens with insecurity. Rubbish ![]() May the souls of the innocent souls rest in peace |
bobnatlo:For Tambuwal,it's strictly for selfish agenda,what a political prostitute ![]() |
Rapfrick:So is it PDP that ruined Nigeria for 16years that should win elections? APC has barely spent 3yrs,why not give APC at least 4 more years too? IF PDP had solved significant part of Nigeria's socio-economic and security problems in 16years,by now we will be talking less of bad economy, electricity, corruption, ranching, killings, fuel importation etc. Rubbish! |
Doneze:This link below,will confirm your stupidity! https://tukool.com/know-nigeria/know-about-ekiti-state/know-about-oye/know-about-ilafon-ekiti/ |
LibertyRep:Shehu Sani is a total disappointment. He wants to become a governor by all means.... ![]() |
diegwu02:Fact. Exactly my thoughts. |
capitalzero:How about section 17? SECTION 17(NYSC ACT) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Directorate may, with the prior approval of the National Defence and Security Council, by an order published in the •Gazette exempt any person from all or any of the provisions of this Decree, and may subject thereto and with such approval impose, in relation to any exemption, such conditions as it may think fit. |

I am saying that exemption is possible, especially in a genuine case like Adeosun's. She probably never thought of working in Nigeria before the stipulated age.Should Ogun State and Nigeria then be denied of her brain, because of NYSC? However,I am not in any position to authenticate the purported certificate. |

LastSurvivor11:Stupidity is when you rely on external bodies like World Bank,to determine who is who in NIGERIA. SMH. |

Jungle journalism. You have not received official confirmation before declaring that a minister's exemption certificate is forged? Premium Times is about to be buried! |
