A man wants love,companionship and plausibly sex from a woman.The same should also apply to women. After all, some researchers believe that women enjoy being loved and sex ,more than men.

But most women these days,are only after your money and they ironically take sex as a bargaining tool,something that should be given freely.

So how do you detect early enough,that a woman is only after your money?

Further contributions are allowed ,but below are my own submissions:

1.She asks for money or financial bail out even before actual dating or physical meeting

2.She is never interested in how to safe or plan for projects,make more money,but only how to spend it

3.Keeps you away from her family or friends.She dare not invite you to her family party or event .

4.She is not romantic to you

5.Not a virgin,but avoids or tells you she "hates " sex.Or you have to pay for sex,directly or indirectly,on every occasion.

If she truly loves you, shopping list comes only once in a while, other than transport fare. Sometimes,she might not ask for transport fare.To her,sex is mutual enjoyment.

If she is only after your money,shopping list comes before or after most sexual encounters.Also transport fare is a must on every occasion!To her,sex is a service rendered!

6.Not bothered about the consequences of having another boy or man friend

7.A known extrovert,but behaves the opposite when you are together

8. Not a student ,working,but always asking you for money.

9.Always clashing with you on money matters and comparing you with others that spend on women

10.She hardly wants to meet or mingle with your family members.You are on your own if you invite her to your family party or event.One "genuine" excuse must crop up.

11.Always avoiding discussions relating to your joint future

12.Avoids hosting you in her residence without any reasonable reason

13.Prefers only phone chat and always angry at video or audio calls,especially at nights.A lady that loves you should be happy to receive your video calls any time, even at work.She replies later if not in a situation to pick.

14.Avoids the two of you being seen together in public or in certain routes or locations.

15.Becomes hostile or avoids answering very personal and intimate questions

16.If you are not rich,she still wants all the most expensive things from you

17.You just met few days or weeks to her birthday or other special events and she is relying on you so heavily, financially. She reminds you at every meeting or discussion.

19.She is never jealous.She does not care if you have other girl friends.

There will always be exceptions to a general trend.

However I did not rule out other factors,but generally population is a major factor which is also applicable to rate of unemployment.

It seems the number of applicant is in line with the unemployment rate across the states.

The higher the unemployment rate the higher the application to police force.

It has more to do with higher northern population.

Please you check with your lawyer @ rent free. My lawyer told me. If the landlord wants to throw you out , he has to give you notice especially after your rent expires . He has to give you time and it varies up to 6 months . Smart landlords send reminders by mid-rent and ask that you confirm if you plan to renew . If you say no , then your 6 months notice starts from when you received the letter and they can use that as evidence in court to evict you

Your lawyer must be a stupid ,charge and bail type.

How can he tell you rent is free?

The law protects both the tenant and landlord.

The 6 months period of grace is to give you time to move out not to cheat your landlord.You must still pay for your extra stay in the house.

This called MESNE profit.

Even the so much talked about 6 months notice is not sacrosanct,it all depends on what is in your rental agreement. 6months is applicable only if your landlord is foolish enough not to specify any quit notice period in the rental agreement.

If your rental agreement says 5days quit notice,you go in 5days!!
