Nigeria Vice Presidential Debate: My Observation- U.S. Ikelebe.

The Just Concluded Nigeria Vice-Presidential Debate, what passing-bells for the ears of those who watched the Debate? The stuttering syntaxes of the debaters’ that most voters can't comprehend. Here are my observations:

KHADIJAH ABDULLAHI-IYA is a woman with management insight but stuttering to air her ideas. Unquestionably, she is not a good orator nor good for the public symbol as VP.

GANIYU GALADIMA: He has in-depth knowledge of the problems bedeviling Nigeria. However, he lacks the basic economic knowledge, skills, and techniques to heal the wound.

UMMA GETSO: An intelligent lad, with a growing head but trying to put a hat bigger than her head.

YEMI OSINBAJO: I thought Osinbajo was just a pastor and a lawyer, he is more than that. He had multi-facets skills; politics, law, economics, religion, and business. In all measured, he demonstrated not just having the skills of identifying problems but also, a genetical problem solver. We’ve done these…, we will do this…., and if that is done, we will get here. These assertions are what separates a wheat from the chaffs. What separates an inner reality from the outer realities. As stated by Prof. Abu Abdurrahman, Professor Osinbajo appeared in the debate only as a mark of respect for Nigerians. It is obvious it’s an “unfair match”, the stutters standing on the platform are nowhere close to the smooth talker. What Professor Osinbajo is seeing in his bedroom, even when his co-debaters climb a mountain, they can’t see it.

MR. PETER OBI: Proved to be an emotional intelligence leader who understands what people want to hear. He is an outpourer of political- economics terminologies, parroting figures that lack sources and empirical validity. No doubt, Obi read extensively. Unfortunately, a search engine optimization cannot make a pig fly to places. Until he embodies them into action, they’re nothing but outsourcing words from the pith of lies. How can Nigeria near look like China when money and corruption are ruining the land, crooked politicians betray the working people, pocketing the profits and treating them like sheep? Attitude to solve the problem makes the difference. If Nigeria must near look like China, we must bring corruption to a minimal level. A country which continuously experienced massive looting to the bone marrow can never overcome from her wounds nor appear like China.

So sad that one of them was recently defeated in the last concluded VP debate. That's even after doing an errand boy for an ugly dictator. A colonial master with a dark vision.

BTW... A short man with a gray hair, is that one still a human? Osibanjo's only undoing in life is trying to defend the undefendable failed leader "Buhari" in politics.

-Shortly after he resumed office, they sponsored Avengers to halt oil business(Country's major income), he tackles them.
-They later sponsored IPOB secessionists, he silenced them
- Being the promoter of farming, They bought, hoard and even destroyed the farm products after the harvest, to create hunger in the land and ignite civil uproar, but he invested more in farming to bridge the gap they have created
-They made an attempt on his life, God Helped, healed and returned him back home, after months.
-They ganged up with the criminals in the NASS to scuttle all progressive bills and laws in order to make him bow, he remained resolute.
-They used the riffraff, thugs, puff heads and the bleaching common-nonsense in the senate to ridicule him and distract him, he remain indifferent.
-They imported, smuggled deadly-weapons and sponsored killings, and internal crimes to tarnish his government, he squared up their effort and keep beating them.
-They took false campaign of calumny against him to foreign countries, in return he gets more support and encouragement from international world.
-They resolved to begging him not to contest again, he left them in tenterhook and suspense.
-Now they knelt down and beg military to take over. He smiled.
When you hear these people crying, please note that Nigeria is progressing, and getting off its hook.
They prefer anybody apart from him, they presented/suggested many options within their circle.
As they create the distractions and the sabotage, he remains resolute, focused, determined, calculative and committed to the welfare and well being of his country masses.

As a matter of fact,If I were to present a seminar paper on the top ten economic policies that will transform Nigeria's economy, a more systematic and technologically driven fight against corruption,would top my list.

President Muhammadbu Buhari has disowned a campaign organization with the name ‘Buhari Campaign organisation’.

Festus Keyamo (SAN), Director, Strategic Communications of the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, made the announcement on Friday evening.

BCO had written the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing soliciting jobs for certain named companies in order to “cushion the financial pressure on the organisation”.

However, according to Keyamo, the said organisation does not have the authority or mandate of the President to solicit or raise funds from public institutions, corporate bodies or individuals for any campaign activity whatsoever.

“The attention of President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation has been drawn to a letter making the rounds by one self-styled ‘Buhari Campaign Organisation,” said Keyamo.

“The letter is addressed to the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing soliciting for jobs for certain named companies in order to ‘cushion the financial pressure on the organisation’. The letter was signed by three named individuals.

“Let it be known to the general public and all unsuspecting individuals and organizations that the said letter DID NOT emanate from President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation nor was it authorized by it. The said ‘Buhari Campaign Organisation’ does not have the authority or mandate of President Muhammadu Buhari to solicit or raise funds from public institutions, corporate bodies or individuals for any campaign activity whatsoever. This is also a notice to all such public institutions not to honour any such requests as the one from the amorphous ‘Buhari Campaign Organisation’.

“As previously announced, the ONLY approved campaign organisation of the President is the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation headed by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi as the Director-General. A Campaign Council would also be announced in due course.

“We also wish to re-iterate for the umpteenth time that President Muhammadu Buhari and his campaign organisation WILL NOT have recourse to the public coffers or public funds to run the campaign. We intend to make a complete departure from past practices of the main opposition where they looted the public treasury to run their campaigns.”
