at OAU, you don't have to do PGD but you will offer some basic engineering courses and might spend more session and you will have the same opportunity as any MSC chem engine with bachelor in chem engr will have

thats the PGD in engineering without giving you the PG Cert. It is just like the M.Phil ie going to Ph.D without collecting your Masters

Unfortunately you have to go for Bachelor Degree in engineering if you really want to be an Engineer. DE means Direct Entry.
Having first degree the choice is between going back for another degree or proceeding with masters in Chemistry. Take note even if you have M. Eng and Ph.D In Engineering you cant be an engineer many students make that kind of mistake and realise this very late.

It is not University that gives the licence or permission to be an Engineer. They only give you a B. Eng degree. But to be a certified Engineer with the title and everything thats the responsibility of COREN. And the basic requirement is bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Most HND Holders claim to be Engineers but actually they were certified as Technologist not Engineers

You can go for PG diploma in Chem Engineering and then Masters in same course.
But mind you you cant register with COREN or NSE. As such you cant be regarded as Engineer.
If you want to be a chemical Engineer you have to go for first degree. With your first degree you can apply for DE if you have a very good grade and also lucky you can get level 3 but normally it is level 2 as you are not having HND In Chem Engr

means whenever an appointment is needed. The typical Nigerian policy is not to choose the best or any recommended personality but only the connected types which are always the worst entity. Imagine having 200 players as a couch preparing for tournament, after the training and trials you categorise them accordind to their ability/experience in 25 players/team that means you have 8 rank teams. A typical Nigerian policy is to choose the last/worst team to the tournament and drop all the best teams.

Some untruthful Buharists will say, afterall, Buhari studied in the UK and USA. but they fail to understand that those were military studies, never formal educatiom. Govt can send a school drop out to UK or US training centre to go to learn a trade, including training to be a soldier, when the person passes the training, the certificates issued can never substitute formal primary or secondary education certificate. The certificates Buhari acquired from thse military training courses can only be kept by the Nigerian Army which sent him to the training, the certificates are property of Nigeria Army, never to be kept by Buhari. What Nigeria's constitution and INEC required from Buhari were his Primary and Secondary School Leaving Certificates, and possibly, higher education certificates, not certificates from military training.

What is the meaning of illiteracy? So Collin Powel is an illiterate?

Yes of course. He got his papers in the 1960's to 1970's by 1980's he is already in top hierchy of the army. Ask any old federal civil servant that retires in the 80's. It is either you leave your certificate or forget any employment. After the invention of photocopy machine many civil servants have their certificates returned to them. Also many certificates where misplaced/lost in the process. Let them deny that he didn't have the certificates and prosecute him in court. Or are we in a lawless/failed state?

Carbon copy with logo and stamp? No employer accepts that. Let them prosecute him for forging certificates. Where are the courts?

When was the photocopy and computer application start playing role in civil service? It is in the 1980's. In the 1960's and 1970's theres nothing like photocopy machine. So everything has to be the original only. And that time for any federal appointment you have to submit your original not photocopies. Lots of certificates from individuals were lost in the records office of the federation. Let the military come out and discredit him and take him to court

From Abuja i dont know whether ure coming through suleja or kaduna. If it is suleja then drop at Koko but if it is through Kaduna you have to go through Sokoto. Anybody from Abuja that want to come to Kebbi direct should go to suleja's car park i think it is between 3000-3500 naira

1. Call-up letter.
2. Your credentials.
3. Make atleast 5 copies of the above.
4. 10-12 passport photographs.
5. School I.D. Card
OPTIONAL BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO BUY THE FOLLOWING AT EXORBITANT RATES IN CAMP:
6. Bucket
7. Cup, spoons, small food cooler/bowl
8. MOSQUITOR NET (DONT EVER FORGET THIS)
9. Soaps, detergent, sponge
10. If u lyk buy pairs of white shorts, T-shirts, socks and canvas (must be white only). You will be given 2 pair of white shorts 2 pair of T-shirts 1 pair of canvas. But remember you are going to spend 3 weeks in this dressing most likely you may need to buy the above as only uniform is allowed in camp.
For ladies buy your sanitary pads.
For muslim Ladies a small shoulder hijab is allowed. And trouser that pass the knee is allowed. No long sleeve shirt. And remember all should be white.
Lastly bevereages like milk, sugar, lipton, milo, cornflakes are allowed. Make sure your bag/box can be locked securely. WISH YOU GOODLUCK
