fyzaila:The meat was big oh. Not all was placed there. We had to put just some on the table. |
As u can see,due to the biting inflation and high cost of meats in Abuja and it environs. Three of us decided to go to Keffi this morning to buy a cow worth 320k and we shared it. At least this will see us through the year end. Below are the pictures.

This present govt is just looking for western validation. |
Agunesinjaweola:I was born in Lagos despite that I jettisoned the admission for a university education in my state where I graduated and doing so well for myself. |
DenreleDave:Because u don't know where I work. There are so many things that makes the south west so back ward. Let me leave it there. |
DenreleDave:I don't argue blindly, but with fact. Argue with the facts. |

DenreleDave:Don't divert it to ilaro,I said about 50 communities and I can send u the list if u are still uncomfortable with the truth here. |
ipobarecriminals:Don't stay in one place for too long,it retards your brain and stunts ur growth as well as ur prosperity. That is why there are more poor people in ur villages than any where else in the south. Don't take comfort in poverty. Below is the evidence.
|
DenreleDave:My first admission was at ilaro...my younger brother graduated at ilaro. So keep quiet if u don't know anything. I have moved round Nigeria.
|
According to the last judgement,u don't need their permission to protest any where in Nigeria. |
ahiboilandgas:I respect people alot, but not with those with hate in their heart just to divert attention. U are one of those who follow people like goat without ambition. The way u talk is so pitiable senseless and need re-examination. U are a propeller of hate and ethnicity on nairaland. May evil that u wish others like Obi not depart ur home. |
ahiboilandgas:If u have sense,u will know that Obi is no longer the MD or chairman of Next cash and carry for the past 7years. Go and verify illiterate. |
IconicR:U are not serious. U don't have compassion,wicked soul. |
ayomideking:U said I was lying how far. How far,so u can see that u guys are still backward and still living in the past. |
50StarGeneral:Trinidad and Tobago is a great country. Two of my brothers are there. A medical doctor and a nurse. |
I want to correct that saying;that men are not marrying again. That is a blatant no as far I am concerned. Come to the income aspect, not everything u hear,u should apply in ur life or expect to be generic in our day to day living. router123: |
The American govt through his African representative has agreed that all the coup carried out in recent times in Africa were carried out by American trained soldiers in Niger,Burkinafaso,Guinnea and Mali. The reason why I am writing this is that, war is not the solution. American has created a monster and now, they are looking for whom to quench the fire currently burning the west Africa sub region, and Nigeria is the country of choice to do their dirty job. Back to Niger Republic situation,Without Niger,France can not light their country, that is to say in every 3bulbs in France, two are lighted by Nigerien Uranium and the same Niger can not light 98% of its country with electricity. France is just milking them and making sure they install a corrupt officials as their leaders hence the constant take over of power. I pity our situation,ur own house is burning and we are looking for whom to help. |
They are playing with all of u. |
drlateef:We expect u to pity ur parents from the suffering they are going through, but tribalism will never make u to have sense not for one day. Most of u are just okay being foolish than having sense. |
ayomideking:U people are just myopic and tribalistic. The progress of the igbo tribe always make u guys go sleepless and worried. What do I gain in lying when I have personally been to this community myself. U can read it up yourself man abi na woman u be. Face ur tribe and tackle the myriad problems facing it...we are not like u guys.
|
Christistruth03:Guinea is not. Doubouya is going to supply all their needs through the sea |
jawalis:Madam, wait till atleast 5 to 6 months, then u will know where to focus on. If u buy unisex it will look like u have wasted money. Scan is not upto 5k. Pls,don't be in a hurry,I can see u are a first time mum. |
Finally this man has no plan. Let him give helinues the 50k let us see where it would take him to. He has no practical plans at all. |
Stopping gambling addiction in Nigeria, like anywhere else, requires commitment, self-discipline, and a combination of various strategies. Here are some steps that can be taken towards overcoming gambling addiction: 1. Admit the problem: Recognize and admit that you have a gambling addiction and that it is causing harm to your life, relationships, and financial well-being. 2. Seek professional help: Consult a mental health professional or addiction counselor who specializes in gambling addiction to guide you through the recovery process. 3. Build a support network: Reach out to family, friends, or support groups who can provide encouragement, understanding, and assistance during your recovery journey. 4. Set financial limits and create a budget: Establish strict financial limits and avoid access to money or credit cards that can be used for gambling. Create a budget to help manage your finances and prevent impulsive spending. 5. Avoid triggers: Identify situations, people, or places that trigger your urge to gamble and try to avoid them. Fill your time with new hobbies, activities, or interests that can redirect your energy and focus. 6. Self-exclusion programs: Take advantage of self-exclusion programs or tools offered by gambling establishments, both offline and online, which can restrict your access to gambling activities. 7. Develop healthy coping mechanisms: Find healthier ways to cope with stress, boredom, and other emotions that may trigger your urge to gamble. This could include engaging in physical exercise, practicing mindfulness or meditation, or seeking support from others. 8. Restructure your social environment: Surround yourself with individuals who support your recovery and distance yourself from people who encourage or participate in gambling activities. 9. Practice self-care: Prioritize self-care activities such as getting enough sleep, eating well, and engaging in relaxation techniques. Taking care of your physical and mental well-being can help reduce the desire to gamble. 10. Stay accountable: Keep track of your progress, celebrate milestones, and be honest with yourself and others about any setbacks or relapses. Regularly evaluate your progress and adjust your strategies accordingly. Remember, overcoming gambling addiction is a challenging process that requires sustained effort and a positive mindset. Professional assistance and support from your loved ones play a crucial role in your journey to recovery. |
