You opened up my once 'big village' - Okpekpe town in Etsako East L.G.A and turned it into a town, by constructing a beautiful road of over 10Km, even in diffult terrain for that matter. You turned the road to become a center of attraction and tourism(thank to Mike Itemuagbor and other organizers of Okpekpe 10km race). Now Okpekpe has opened to become a hub of economic activities in North Ibie lan. We are most grateful.

Abuja - A naked woman accused of witchcraft was seen stranded on the roof of a church, the All Christian Fellowship church, just before Kubwa village market, Abuja Punch reports.

The middle-aged woman, identified as Ikugbona Ope, a bean cake seller in the area, was said to be a widow and mother of four children.

She narrowly escaped being lynched by the quick intervention of the police who arrived the scene after the residents accused her of practising witchcraft.

One of her children said her mother had been behaving strangely for about three months, adding that moves to take her back to her village in Okitipupa, Ondo State, failed, as she refused to leave the house.

Baba didn't squandered all that money you mention but rather the Gas power plant projects was sabotage by some political enemies during President Yaradua era by painting baba as corrupt. Instead for President Yaradua to continue the project Obj started, he was busy witch hunting the power sector and yet Obj was not found culpable of anything. While the power equipments that was purchased languish and rust away at both the Onne and Lagos port. Up to today you will still find those massive power equipments in Onne port.

Addis Ababa – The African Union on Monday gave Burkina Faso’s army two weeks to return the west African state to civilian rule and threatened sanctions if it failed to comply.
“We ask the armed forces to transfer power to the civil authorities, and the council has determined a period of two weeks for the transfer,” said Simeon Oyono Esono, head of the AU’s Peace and Security Council, speaking in Spanish.
The army has stepped into a power vacuum left by ousted leader Blaise Compaore, who was forced to resign the presidency last week in the wake of violent demonstrations at his attempt to extend his 27-year-rule.
Lieutenant Colonel Isaac Zida was named the interim head of state.
“The African Union is convinced that the change has been against democracy. However, we know that popular pressure led to the resignation of the president. Those circumstances were taken by the armed forces to get into power, but it originated from the people,” Esono said.
“Having taken note of the origin of the popular revolt which led the military to assume power, we determined a period of two weeks, and after that period we are going to apply sanctions.”
The United Nations, US and EU have also called for the country’s military top brass to hand power back to civilians.

Are you for real? Did you even read the post at all. The police said from the investigation they have done so far, they discovered that the man is part of a gang terrorizing the area. Are you saying the police also fabricated that? The police man also confirmed that the deceased was in the process of wearing a condom when he was hit. People have gone to court to seek for divorce for the flimsiest of reasons.

Below are some of the acts both men and women need to check to enable a happy and non tensed home front.

* Getting up from the bed without bothering to lay it.

* Leaving items liter around the living room and bed room.

*Not agreeing to if the toilet seat should be kept down or up.

*Refusing to take food from the bottom of pot.

* Refusing to eat the top of a sliced bread even when you tore the wrapper open.

* Chatting or Playing with your phone, laptop, tablet, reading a book or watching tv while your spouse is saying or complaining of something important.

* Walking out on your spouse while he/she is complaining of what is hurting them.

*Refusing to eat a food if there's no meat, fish or egg decorated on it.

* Refusing to flush the WC after using the rest room.

* Refusing to mop the floor after littering water all over the floor after having a bath.

* Piling up dishes in the sink.

* Not turning off the electronics while going to bed or leaving the house.

* Too pompous to use the words "thank you, I am sorry, Please".

* throwing used diapers around instead of disposing them properly.

* Buying luxury items without prior consent of your partner.

* Thinking you don't owe your partner an explanation for coming home late or leaving the house at whatever time you want.
