Hello,
Please I need advise on what step to take. My fiance is in US and we plan to get married later in the year.
I've been to the US twice last year on a visit visa which I just renewed again this year.
My question now is which route is the fastest to getting an immigrant visa to enable me join him legally.
We were thinking of going to court dis summer when I visit again but learnt there's a new 90-days rule stating you can't come in with your visiting visa and get married to a US citizen before 90days during your visit.
I'm not sure about how long it'll take to process the fiancee or spouse visa.
Pls I need your advise on my best option to go about this.

It's difficult for me to understand what exactly you wanna do as per getting married to your spouse based in the US.
let me say this,K1 (fiance visa) process is almost same as the normal visitor visa (b1/b2) only that the interview usually appear more difficult as you have to prove beyond doubt you have a bona-fide relationship with your fiance but it's doable.I believe that's your best bet if you are thinking of getting married asap.
Secondly,why not wait till he gets his passport and let him just file for you straightaway which also could take couples of months to finalise.I think your challenge here is the timeline.
Also,why not relocate with your B1 visa and stay until you are free by law to marry him??.
You have many options at your disposal with different timeline but same results but the K1 visa is still your best bet for now if waiting till he becomes citizen is like waiting till eternity.
Choose wisely.

I have been applying for jobs i have experience in. Technician Jobs, Networking, Service technician, Comcast Tech. (those are the jobs i am really interested in for now)

I however applied to all jobs Indeed suggested to me (from the experience i filled out).

Fulfillment jobs, Logistics, Food service (from when i was on a Visa lol) etc etc. I just kept applying.

Most of the job interviews here are mostly centered around what you can offer and not where you have your certificate.have not seen anyone discriminated upon cos he has a degree outside of US.
All you need is to keep brushing yourself up with latest skills and you should be fine.

Hell no. I take that back. Don't get me wrong, i am doing remarkably okay. But i am stressed out. holy shhhit, I am stressed out.

I work in boston. Pay in boston is relatively higher. I get paid 21.75$ starting and i work 40-47hrs per week. I get two days off. I am however, sick of the driving. The traffic is terrible. I spent 2 hours in a 45-50mins drive. I have to pay 9$ to park everyday (they are increasing it to 16$ cos other parking garage is 16$). I have been applying to other jobs and doing interviews. I just haven't found something yet.

Getting a job is hard. DOn't get me wrong, there are jobs everywhere BUT once you become LEGAL (no more on a visa), you become so picky, your qualifications and how it can help your career path or a paying job comes to play.

I have become so picky. I have no passion to work long hours or Nights right now.

Right now, i just wanna find something closer so i don't have to drive far. I have two interviews scheduled for the rest of the week for now. I hope i get something.

Let me go back and sleep some more

My brother what did you expect from them when you told them yourself you are on F1 status when asked?.besides,having a work authorization doesn't means you have successfully adjusted and the process is completed.for all I know,the process may still be ongoing.
Just relax til when you have finally and successfully complete your AOS process,then you can pursue any rejection to the appropriate quarters.

I didnt apply to the job as a f1 visa holder buy as an "alien authorised to work for any employer in the united state" without any restrictions.

The airline knew all these procedures. I was asked fkr my employment authorisation which i provided

Oh ok...but you should have just told them you have a green card instead of you saying F1 which put them away from considering you or when you have AOS/EAD through marriage,is that not green card already??.or have you checked to see if your EAD doesn't have any restrictions attached.

So i had this phone interview Bosch representative for over 30 mins. The discussion was going smoothly and when the lady messed up and i was so annoyed.

Lady : are you authorised to work in the united state?
Me : Yes

Lady : Will you require sponsorship now or later in the future?
Me : No. Im authorised to work for any employer in the united state.

Lady: on your Cv, what have you been doing since 12 months ago?
Me: That was when i came to united states and .

Lady: ( Cuts my speech) So you will need a sponsorship for this work
Me : No, I am authorised to work in the united state

Lady : What class of Visa did you come in with?
Me : F1

Lady: which means you dont have authorization to work in the US
Me : i have the authorization

She started lecturing me aggressively saying i will need a sponsorship for the job.

I simply told her saying "If you dont know about something, you simply ask"

Lady : Well you are not qualified for this post
Me : Whataver and have a nice day

I was so disappointed that a representative of the company doesn't know much and yet she claims she knows only for me to get a regret email 30 seconds later lol

I thought you said you have adjusted your status in your previous posts cos as a F1 holder,you are NOT authorised to work full time job in the US.
Don't even bother applying for these kind of jobs again until you have successfully adjusted your status cos you could even be reported to DHS.

I think I can easily relate to your interest,i don't find them sexually attractive myself but I found myself involved with one extremely spotless beautiful chic sometime ago and I guess the attraction could be from our professions anyway.it never last as I had to request for a transfer quickly and quietly when all subtle moves to end it never worked before I am accused of sexual assault in a workplace.

Yes,he has an enviable record working as a chief financial controller of mobil unlimited in the past which ordinarily could have earned him some billions in the process and he was a senator and governor of a whole lagos state for many years,so what's the fuss about his wealth all about ??.
An ordinary senator is worth some billions legitimately at the expiration of their tenure not to talk of lagos state governor.

So a friend on vacation in chicago got robbed at gunpoint.

He went out arround 4am to do something and he was approached by this two guys with gun taking his money and phone right in his street

Pls if you are living in chicago, also know some parts are very dangerous to walk(assume chicago is dangerous to be safe) during odd hours. He was even asking me if they had toy guns or if they can shot him for real if he resisted.

The first safety tips is self awareness...there are some neighborhood you cant walk safely on during the daylight not to talk of 4am in the night.what was he looking for at that time of the night even as a visitor?.
