On the contrary watch what happens when Hazard receives the ball and how many players are within 5 yards of him. 90 percent of the time, only Willian is. Both players are overloaded. What do you want from Hazard? To dribble everyone from 60 yards? Or Willian and Hazard to keep doing one-twos until they reach the edge of the box and hope they don't lose the ball?

Jeez, look at forking Ramires in midfield and look as snail as Mikel in midfield. How do you sustain an attacking moment when your midfield is shit?

Your CV is a sales document. It's a flyer. It's an advert. It's a flipping documentary.

It should list exactly what skills you have to offer as it is relevant to the employer.

Word processing is not a skill. It is a necessity. You need to be able to communicate within the corporate environment so you you need to be able to use Microsoft office. It is NOT a skill. You wouldn't write down fluency in English as skill in Nigeria, would you?

Look at the job description and write down the skills you think are required in reasonable detail.

That's the key element of a great CV

Having a CCNA and listing proficiency in word as your first competency suggests that you don't really know anything about networking. That might not be the case, but that is what it suggests...

The OP alludes to recruiting mainly fresh grads but posts of sample CV where their education is at the bottom while interests and experience are on top.

Interests are not interesting to recruiters and a fresh graduate is not really expected to have that much experience\achievements anyway.
