surveycash: This issue may be more serious than I thought. Are sure you paid for the right order? Check "All Orders" especially "Awaiting Shipment" or "Awaiting Acceptance". You probably paid for the wrong order.

If the seller is claiming the order is closed on its end, it should show closed on yours too and you have to "Re-Add to cart" to make payment.

Unfortunately, AliXP has poor customer support as you may not have their contact if you are not a VIP member. You may need to contact them on this. I'll give you an e-mail you can contact.

Thank you for your response, on my end what I have is awaiting payment, and the pay link. I checked twice to ensure I made the right payment and the looking at it now, its the same item in my box and the same amount for what I paid for on the successful page. I will upload the first page and my order page next.

Sorry for my english earlier was handling a lot at the time. I used my GT Bank Mastercard to make payment. I got the confirmation page for payment yesterday. The Shipper sent me a mail, that he has gotten the order but payment not seen, that the order shows closed in his mail. No mail sent from Aliexpress yet sha, I guess from what you have said that would come later on. So the wait continues. Thanks Surveycash and the full house.

After making payment, I chatted with the shipper and he said he hasn't gotten any payment info from aliexpress. That the order was sent to be but closed aand he can't process the order, so I check my order and I found it showing awaiting payment. My account was debited last nite so I don't understand what next to do about the situation. Thanks house

My reason for askin is that some item are free shipping via DHL but when you contact the supplier they will give you a minimum order quantity or price before DHL can be used.

Dhl is the fastest options so went for it, with hope to market and then make more orders

I just made my first purchase on Ali Express for a Mifi device for 52.99dollars. Store is Buy Digitals, I have made payment using my gt bank mastercard no issues.
The delivery process is thru dhl they also have EMS but that is 7-10 days so I went for dhl, with three days for processing and 4-8 days for delivery to Nigeria. So the wait begins. Thanks everybody

U av no issue with Custom (if U r not ordering in containers) as DHL ships Door to Door!

I would like inputs from everybody, I am about to try aliexpress for the first time. I want to buy a Mifi Device from a store in china, they are offering free shipping thru DHL and EMS, they have good raating of 94 percent and feedback of 4.6.
I have two issues to tackle and seek opinion on, Firstly if I use Dhl would it be delivered to me directly and secondly I hope customs won't ask me to pay a fee to get the package from dhl. Thanks

Pacemaker: You are absolutely right, I was shipping bulk goods to Nigeria and was hoping to get a fat return because I thought the Nigeria I left years ago still has its legacy. My college buddies parents are heavy in the political scene in one of the political stsbled east african countries, they promised to clear the way out there for me so I can be shipping goods direct to wholesale buyers. I have known people of that country here in states as very honest with good conscience. If it works out as planned....viva doing biz with Nigerian traders! !!!

It wasn't easy sticking to my 20 shirts budget, but good news is I found more than 20 good shirts and can't wait to have them. The payment has been made for the shirts, now time to await the delivery of the shirts in the UK before further delivery to Lagos.
Also with this order I purchased Five 64GB Playbooks and 4 Rapid Charger Stand too. (Gonna be selling these once they are in Nigeria).

Its pre-order sir, that's why the pb is going for that amount. It take two-three weeks to get em in. Once I ship em with my cash its goes for 45k.
