Ignore him. For how long will you spoonfeed him? We need FDIs if they don't. The records are there.

In most ramifications, Yoruba beats their ethnicity. We shouldn't care whatever they think from now henceforth.

Seems we've wrestled to far in the gutter with pigs that we now forget our actual calling. Ewo!

How many of these industries are owned by Ogun indigenes so that we can know what group economics is

Like Anambra 95% of industrial activities there are owned by Anambra folks making the money stay in the state

But in Ogun there is what is called capital flight! Investors pay indigenous folks peanuts ,declare anything as profit then oay paltry tax and repatriate the rest money back to home

So once again how many Ogun people owns industry in Ogun state or are they just workers ?
Anambra this Anambra that Everytime. I noticed Anambra people are the core of Igbo's problem because of needless bragging and over bloated ego.

We aren't doing this with you. We have our indigenous industries as well as foreign ones. We need both.

Do what's good for you over there and leave us alone.

INDOMIE9090:
It began as a trickle, but now, it is no more news, that Ogun state in South-Western Nigeria is the new juggernaut in the fields of Industry and Academic institutions. It can be said that the state is currently experiencing an unprecedented industrial revolution, as an ever increasing stream of Companies, Industries and firms are beginning to site production plants, Warehouses and all kind of facilities in the state, From Dangote's Ibeshe plant (The largest in Africa), to various new Industrial and Power plants in the state, the new manufacturing plants that have commenced production in Ogun State belong to the biggest industrial concerns in the world, and are by no means minnow.. A former governor of Ogun State once described Lagos State as being attached to the belly of Ogun State. This description is reasonably apt, considering that Ogun is geographically the only or closest neighbor to Lagos, with both states conjoined through a vast borderline.- And the increasingly important role Lagos is playing in Nigeria and Africa, is beginning to Yield dividends in no small measure, for its much more endowed and bigger neighbor (ogun). The Huge metropolis that is Lagos has also spilled into Ogun state on many fronts, and state boundaries have blurred out.

While Lagos is undoubtedly ahead as the main station in terms of the service industry establishments, where the headquarters of banks, major business concerns and also the Stock Exchange and other financial centres are located, Ogun has also been accelerating towards emerging as the centre of industrial activities. Presently, investors in the manufacturing sector actually consider Ogun State a more alluring and conducive site for their activities. These investors have been drifting into the state at an unprecedented rate in the last three years, From the Sango Otta axis to Agbara, Ewekoro, Ibese, Ifo, mowe/Ibafo, Magboro and Sagamu,Abeokuta, where numerous major manufacturing firms have registered their presence.
Fine lady, you are doing well.👋👋

The Shoprite in Benin is opposite my house in Edo state. Its in Sapele road close to Mega Fuel Station. The land is government land, and it belongs to Ministry of Education, Edo State. The was formally Edo State Library. Your Tayo came begging Edo state to give him a location so he rented that spot from Edo State. Tayo doesn't own the land he only bought the name. The products in the shop and around the the Shoprite belongs to different people.
This old for nothing olodo sef. Who's talking about the land here?

This is also a function of population too.

My hypothesis that the Igbo has a minority population is supported by this clean data from registered lines too.

Same pattern was what I discovered in JAMB data too.

TAO11:

Actually, Oshodi (historically speaking) was a title and not a personal name. Although it has now evolved in modern times to be sometimes used as a name.

In fact, Oshodi (Oṣòdì) is NOT a Yoruba adaptation of Tsoede. We know this because Yorubas still preserve and use the Yoruba adaption of Tsoede till date, and it is: Shado (Ṣàdó) or sometimes (Ìṣàdó); not Oshodi.

The Yoruba adaptation “Shado” (from: “Tsoede”) is a Tapa-Yoruba religious title which is many worlds apart from the Yoruba title “Oshodi” (Oṣòdì) — a different and completely separate title/office.

The title “Oshodi” (Oṣòdì) is a title of Yoruba origin. It appears in different form in different Yoruba areas & kingdoms. The key term in this chieftain title is “òdì”.

The title comes in the form of: “òdì-ọba”, “oṣòdì”, “òsì” (a synonym of “òdì”), etc. The term “òdì” (as applied to a person) translates literally as: “alter-ego”.

As such, “òdì-ọba” translates as “the king’s alter-ego”, “oṣòdì” is “one who acts as [the] alter-ego”, etc.

This title (in Yorubaland) is that of a chamberlain who is both the king’s aide & the king’s stand-in.

A Nupe held this title at Èkó. Oshodi (Oṣòdì) is not his name. Oshodi is the Yoruba title of his Yoruba office. His actual name is Landuji.

Finally, the screenshot below shows what Bini sources say about this title, which they articulate as “óṣòdìn”.

Bini sources note that this title is “Of Yoruba origin”.

Culled from Bini-English dictionary, published 1937.

He said "well-travelled", referring to all countries of this world, not just USA and UK. In Japan for example, the majority of Nigerians there are Igbo, likewise in other countries across the globe. Just because 10s of thousands of Yoruba are fleeing Yorubaland for greener pastures in the UK and USA, it doesn't mean Yoruba people are well travelled.
So they must visit Cambodia, Afghanistan, Syria etc., enmass before they can be considered as well travelled? Empty braggart.
