You are so not worth my time. NEXT!!!

Somebody ask for facts - and he gets the facts - but they are not what he thinks he will get, and then concludes by saying someone is not worth his time - who should make that statement? Yourself or myself? Some people think as if they have gotten their brains in yuk.

No where can be less safe than a country where 17, 034 human beings were murdered in one single year -

1,417,745 - violent

9,983,568

17,034   -   murder

92,455   -    rape

447,403  --- robbery

862,947  -    assault

2,183,746  ---- burglary

6,607,013  ------theft

1,192,809   -----vehicle theft

In one year - 2006 - alone in America - common - facts speaks better than being judgemental.

Open this othr link and compare the Nigerian statistics with the American statistics - of course I expect you not to beleive the Nigerian statistics - but beleive the American statistics - because to you people - nothing good comes out of Nigeria.

http://www.cleen.org/crime%20statistics%201994-2003_graphics.pdf

At least open the statistics and comapre - year by year.

Kobojunkie:

So, are you trying to claim that less than 921 murder's took place in Lagos state in the same year 2006??

Something must be potentially wrong with the way you think if you think that 921 people can be killed in Lagos State alone in the year 2006.

In the whole of America in 2006 - 17, 034 people were killed - in one year alone - can that ever happen in Nigeria in one year alone? Common - lets be reasonable - lets think before we write - lets be objective - lets be human -
Crime / Re: Crime Rate In Nigeria Vs Crime Rate In America And The Western World by Njoy1(f): 11:18am On Apr 17, 2008
Open this link below and see for yourself - the crime statistics in New York alone - where there were 921 murder cases in 2006 alone, 3169 rape in 2006 alone, 34, 489 robbery in 2006 alone - 68, 565 burglary in 2006 alone - 32, 134 theft in 2006 alone - 45, 387 assault in 2006 alone - etc

http://www.disastercenter.com/crime/nycrime.htm

Then tell me where the crime rate is worse - Nigeria or America -

Remember New York is only one state in the whole of America.

People just open their mouth and talk negative about Nigeria without recourse to facts.
Phones / Re: Hot And Steamy New - Nokia N95 Nigerian Navigation Maps Now Available. by Njoy1(f): 8:23pm On Apr 16, 2008
@labiyemmy

Thanks - I noted you said it also works on Symbian phones - HTC, XDAs - etc - not to worry - I work in a top bank, I am speaking to the management to see if this can be offered as a service to the bank's customers - the management particularly likes the idea of putting all their bank branches on the map and using it as searchable points of interests and find my nearest searches, this way, it is easy for users to locate nearest banks and ATMs from where they are located.

Please call me on the number given you when you return to the country. You will do good not to answer the "dogs" - loosers are so easily irritated by someone else's progress and success.

dont mind them - dont you think they are simply jealous - you know how Nigerians are - they think they know all - but when someone knows better - they do all they can to pull him/her down - thanks for the navigator map anyway - works good for me - tried using it from Agege to Ajah - was good - however - try add more maps for the Ajah area - couldnt find my cousin's street - its a new area in ajah anyway - by and large - good stuff.
Jokes Etc / How My Father Became My Son In Law- Very Real. by Njoy1(f): 5:50pm On Mar 28, 2008
Two men, one American and an Indian were sitting in a bar drinking shot after shot. The Indian man said to the American, "You know my parents are forcing me to get married to this so called homely girl from a village whom I haven't even met once. We call this arranged marriage. I don't want to marry a woman whom I don't love, I told them that openly and now have a hell lot of family problems." The American said, “Talking about love and marriages, I'll tell you my story. I married a widow whom I deeply loved and dated for 3 years. "After a couple of years, my father fell in love with my step-daughter and so my father became my son-in-law and I became my father's father-in-law.

Legally now, my daughter is my mother and my wife my grandmother. More problems occurred when I had a son. My son is my father's brother and so he is my uncle. Situations turned worse when my father had a son. Now my father's son i.e. my brother is my grandson. Ultimately, I have become my own grand father and I’m my own grandson. And you say you have family problems? Gimme a break!

lol the real David can be easily identified by the post count. The fakes will need to stay here posting every minute for the next few weeks to make over 8000 posts.

To your question . . . yes twice. TBH if i don't feel sexually attracted to you i can't date you. Everyone thot we were dating because we were so close . . . we knew each other so well that she just assumed it was only a matter of time and we would become a couple but i just didnt feel it sexually. I liked her as a friend and that was it.
That is why i don't understand how you hope to commit your future with someone you're not sexually attracted to . . . Sex to me is not very important but at the same time i wouldnt want to be stuck with someone i can't see myself holding in my arms.

Anybody in his/he right senses will never attempt to keep up with you on NairaLand - we all know you have nothing better to do than come on NairaLand and abuse people as if you are the king of the earth.

Politics / Re: Who Is Fooling Who? by Njoy1(f): 9:17am On Nov 05, 2007
arrant nonsence - so because Obasanjo's son bought a house for 570,000 dollars, you want EFCC to go after him? So any private person in business that gets his/her money legitimately now should be tailed by EFCC, even when that person hasnt been in government?

Maybe EFCC should be scrapped and everybody should be free to lot the national treasury as it was in the days of yore.

Nairaland / General / Re: Why Are Nairanders Quick To Condemn Naija? by Njoy1(f): 10:43pm On Oct 27, 2007
Because Nigerians are a people who sees nothing good out of their country - they are the types Yoruba people refer to as bastards who uses his/her left hand to point to his/her fathers house or abode -

How many of us will boast to our friends that our parents are poor and dont have money to feed us? Noone wants to do that - but thats what majority of Nigerians do - sing it loud everywhere - d country is bad - the country is shit - etc - then you ask if we deserve better.
