There are a lot of things needed. I'll break them down into their various sets and try to explain

1. A business development team

2. An experienced IT team

3. An experienced agricultural expert

4. An investment consultant

5. An advertising team

Now, each of this sets above will complement the efforts of the other. Hence it'd very important to get the very best in all, cos the failure of one is the failure of all.

I read the comments and saw someone swing very quickly that he has experience in building investment sites, and I laughed. It's a bigger ball game than that.

1. The business development team are the guys to generate the business ideas. How will the business stay afloat, after the first five years in which 80% of start ups fail. They will take care of the business plan, proposal, seed funding quests, profit channels, pitching to investors etc

2. The IT guys are also super important. Your site/start up won't see 3 weeks day light without them. They will make it possible for people in other parts of the world to be your investors without even seeing you face to face.

3. The agric expert team are the A guys. They will work closely with set no. 1, to educate them on the best agric practices, trends, best crops to invest on etc

4. This guy or guys will eventually advise you on the best way to turn other peoples pool of money safely entrusted in your hands to profit. The CBN rules and regulations guiding investment. They will also being the legal department to cover you legally , in case of legal battles.

5. This set of guys are also important. No use lighting a lamp and hiding it under the table. This guys will set your start up on the hill. They will use both offline and online means to showcase the value of your start up, its advantages and why people should invest in it. Lastly, tour success will come mainly from this guys, (although everyone is also important)

If you want to start this, IF, make sure you get to know the ropes well. Get the right person to advise you rightly...if you slip, legal cases and great financial embarrassment awaits you. But God will guide you through.

The Tenement rate is a tax on the occupation of property not the ownership of property. You may own a property and not live there, so the responsibility to pay the Tenement Rate then becomes that of the tenant. However, if the property is owner-occupied then the landlord/owner pays the Tenement Rate. The Tenement Rate is a critical source of revenue for Local Governments.

However in Lagos, the State Government usurped the powers of the LGAs to demand and collect Tenement Rates, by promulgating the Land Use Charge through it’s House of Assembly. So the Tenement rate, Ground rent and Neighborhood Improvement Charge were all fused together to become the Land Use Charge (to the chagrin of the LGAs) and landlords became primarily responsible for it’s payment, not tenants.

Now there are so many properties in Lagos that have not yet been enumerated or captured in the LUC database, so they are currently not being assessed yet for LUC payment. Properties in this category are most likely still being assessed for the old Tenement Rate, so tenant(s) or whoever is in occupation is still expected to pay the Tenement Rate into the coffers of their Local Government Area.

Trust me, its very hard to see a young man In this present era, that acknowledges that he doesn't know, and seeks wisdom from those around him. Trust me, thats one of the greatest humility a young person cam display.

That being said, I'll go straight to the point.
Based on my little experience in life, there are three things a young person MUST NOT DO to be responsible or avoid pitfalls. Majority of young people have fallen through them.
There are called the big three by me. They are...

1. Alcohol (drunkess)
2. Drugs
3. Women.

If you can avoid these three successfully, youve made it 50% successfully in life.
The other 50% trap is another aspect of life that trapped people who avoided the big three

Its peer pressure. This is so powerful, its 50% alone.

If you can do your best to be close to God, as much as you can and ask him to help you avoid these things above....youll come back here some Years time and acknowledge the words I've spoken were true and right.

All of a sudden the new wife sent me a message mocking me, calling me an ex. This a woman i don't know physical, this a girl that just appear from no where and got married to him, yet i sincerely wished them well. So why mocking me by calling me ex is what i don't understand? I wonder if this woman know how hurt i felt when she sent me that message. To be sincere with you, i parked on the road side and cried my eyes out, 6yrs of relationship gone just like that.

To the husband part he still want us dating but i refused, not that i don't love him but I felt disappointed in him. This was the man that showed me genuine love for the first time in my life, not by money because i don't request money from him, i have my own money. But you know when we talk about true love, am deeply in love with him, and am regretting not saying yes when he was disturbing me to settle down with him.

Note this man has taken the lady and the new born baby to UK since they married legally but he kept disturbing me to be his second wife and promised to do British paper for kids i will have for him. My replied to him was if i was actually dating you because i want to be a British citizen i would have settle down with u for long and become a UK citizen before u met that lady u married. I only told u to wait let me hustle for myself and not be a liability on you but u went ahead to marry another lady.
