Hey Mama, please don't be tired.
I perfectly understand how you are feeling because I was in that situation this past years coupled with series of miscarriages at 5 Months...
But I never gave up, the focus was to carry my baby and God came through for me.

Please, focus on reducing your weight.
The egg white discharge and mid cycle pain are not indicators that ovulation has occured.

Hello everyone,

I was told I have bilateral polycystic ovarian cyst. I got to find out during follicular tracking from CD 10 through CD 19.
I guess that was the reason I wasn't ovulating.

I asked my gynaecologist way forward, he asked me to come when my period begins. That he needs to stimulate me to ovulate.

Is there any natural means of clearing up the cysts
I'm weighing 80kg.

Pls experienced momma's, guide me pls.

Dear Mama, from your post, the culprit there is your weight (80kg). You have to try and work on reducing your weight by living a healthy lifestyle with diet and touch of exercise.

My Experience

In 2019, I had similar issue, (Bilateral polycystic ovaries). My gynaecologist kept bumping me with ovulation drugs(Clomid) which further altered my body systems and created more problems to me.
There was no success... Then, I was weighing 85kg.
I stopped every treatments and went on my own to research extensively about PCOS, i discovered that my weight was the culprit.

WIDD
2020, I placed myself and my husband on a healthy lifestyle. No soda, No alcohol.. No Junk foods... No Canned food... Everything natural, greeny and healthy.
I joined a Facebook group called Healthy lifestyle with Kaffy... I followed all their routines with prayers...

Two months into it, I was so consistent and I lost some weight.from 85kg to 75kg, that month, I started ovulating on my own and I took in that month without any ovulation drugs.

I have been a silent follower of this beautiful pregnancy forum.

I am happy to announce that God has finally remembered and blessed my family with a beautiful baby girl on 28th July at 39 weeks.

After having a series of miscarriages especially @ 5 months.
Cerclage was placed at 14 weeks and with progressterone and fervent prayers to God.
He finally showed up for me and my family.
I am now a Mother
To God be the Glory


I will try my best and write my BS to encourage someone here.

Yes yes yes... My God has done it again, we went for a blood pt yesterday evening and it came out a big fat positive, u need to see how I was jumping and hugging the lab guy, God answers prayers, on Monday I joined Nsppd miracle service and the pastor mentioned my case he said we should carry our baby, meanwhile my wife and hi were expecting our period, I told God to replace period with pregnancy, and he answered us, in this TTc journey we need God..



This time my wife and I will carry to term,in Jesus name..

PART 2
I was really over joyed and i registered when pregnancy was 12weeks old.
You guys know dat for every new hospital u register with they will ask u questions on your health history and d rest.

During my first antenal class d matron read through my card and told me to see their consultant gnae which i did and he wrote on d front page of my antenatal report card to always see him after closure of each antenatal class, i tried my best not to miss each appointment till i put to bed.

Apart from d normal discomfort, I had a very smooth and energetic pregnancy both in da oza room till my last trimester

My Consultant told me they will be monitoring d pregnancy till 36weeks and bring baby out because of my previous experience to avoid story, after 36wks appointment with him he told me theres no cause for alarm that everything is fine.
he told me to report to d hospital if i don't fall into labour on my edd which was on April 4th so dat i will be induced.

April 5th i carried my bag to hospital and was placed on admission to be induced d next day, but d induction failed and the doctors, midwife told me to avoid emergency case d next thing they will do for me is CS to save baby and myself.

I asked d doctor's if i could sign d papers myself cos i was alone at dat time and they responded with a big YES.... They brought d papers Immediately and after signing them i was moved to the theater for caesarien section.

Hubby was on transit to come meet me in d hospital but before he got there my baby girl was already out and was screaming so loud in d theater......i didn't know when i started sharing tears of joy that finally am now a mother!!

Baby edd was April 4th
I gave birth to my baby girl via elective cs on April 6th
Birth weight.... 3.2kg
We were dischared 3days later(mother, baby alive)

It is my second time here on this platform, my first time was when my wife had a two repeated Miscarriage last year, (One @7weeks and the other one @6weeks) but we thank God she’s 15weeks pregnant now.

Pls mummies I need help with this urgently,

Yesterday she having a little abdominal pain at her left Tommy, the pain will relieve her a bit and start again, she couldn’t sleep last night….We quickly get across to our Gynecologist and she told her to take paracetamol last night, the pain subside and start again in the mid night…..we planned to register for ANC today so we quickly head out very early so as to see doctor and Scan too. Getting to the hospital a paracetamol injection was given to her and the pain subside again. So we went for the Scan as our Gyna & Doctor instruct. The scan shows everything is fine, and the Baby is fine too after the Doc & our Gyna see the results, they said everything is fine that nothing to worry about.. So we went back home & she had a sound sleep, when she wake this evening the pain started again…..Our Gyna said she can take paracetamol but she’s still feeling the pain as am typing now…….Pls mummies What can we do, is there any home remedy aside from medication coz our Doc & Gyna said she can’t take anything else than paracetamol.

This pain sounds like"Round ligament pain"
It usually starts around the beginning of 2nd trimester... You can google about it and know more ok.
There is nothing you can do about it. Just allow your wife to have enough rest and she will be fine.
Hold your wife's hands together with yours and pray about it. God listens...

She will be fine ok.

Our long-awaited precious victorious baby boy arrived through elective CS weighing 3.5Kg @ 37 weeks

Edd: 25th March
DOB: 4th March

BS:
After several miscarriages and medical conditions of over 10 years, I was confirmed pregnant around June last year.

Due to previous Pregnancy issues, a cervical cerclage was placed @13weeks. 1st trimester was the most challenging with different issues ranging from lack of appetite, moderate hyperemesis gravidarum, spotting at 6weeks and was placed on progesterone support for four ( 4) months with adequate bedrest.

Second trimester and most of the 3rd trimester period was very smooth not until I decided to be a super woman by bending excessively when doing a house chore even though I was advised against doing any form of house chore. This led to spotting at 36weeks.

The doctors were ready to do an emergency CS but by God's mercy, the scan report showed that the spotting was from the cerclage and baby is okay. The doctors had to take caution, being that the baby is a precious baby, by shifting the date of my elective CS from 15th of March to 4th of March.

My baby boy was delivered on the 4th of March at about 12:30 pm, weighing 3.5Kg. I am still recovering by God's Grace, even though we were discharged 5ldays ago, baby was re-admitted due to jaundice and he is currently on phototherapy ( Pls pray for his quick recovery).

Wishing all pregnant mamas a safe delivery in Jesus name. Thank you all for your support during this journey, you are a family indeed!

First, soak the beans in water for 30 mins or 1hour before you cook it...
Then, wash and cook it once it boils, bring it down from the fire and wash it again.

I have been avoiding this thread out of pain. I had my daughter in October 2015, although I was on the team in November.

Two years later in 2017, I took in again but sadly had a miscarriage. I bled for almost a month and had to undergo an evacuation. Since then, I've been struggling to conceive without success.

The first time I tried conceiving it happened within six weeks, the second time happened that same month, now five years later and no success.

I don't know what's happening. I'm currently on Pregnacare conception, but having severe signs my period is around the corner.

I'm so depressed right now. I keep seeing others get pregnant. Friends I gave birth together with in 2015 are on their third kids

This is just me pouring out my pains. I know God will answer me soon sha.

Have you tried to check your progesterone level since most of your miscarriages happened btw 6weeks?
That hormone can be the chief culprit.

I advised that you work closely with your doctor from ovulation till BFP.. then, You start taking progesterone immediately till after your first trimester or as instructed by your doctor.
You will soon smile ok

I remembered during my own time, I had little or no say during my marriage rite preparation.

We didn't spend up to half a million in doing everything in the list and also our traditional marriage was also on a low key...

[/b]From my side, it is called "Iluru nwanyi" meaning in a lay man's understanding "your wife will take you to all her extended family (Aunties and Uncles) especially the ones that are married and show them whom she has agreed to marry...and you can't go empty handed that's where the drinks and money come to play.[b]

Now, it is not compulsory but it is necessary.
You will have to make out time with your wife and visit them even if they are living in another state from yours...

My Dad (blessed memory) made my elder sisters to do it with their husbands... They only go to their houses with wine(Eva) and #1000 envelope.
I found out that most of my cousins didn't do it and we only get to see their husbands in their traditional marriage day.

During my own time, my husband refused that he wasn't going to do it and my Dad forced him but he boldly refused. And we ended up not doing it... And nobody died.
My marriage is still kicking fine to the Glory of God.

Good morning wonderful wonderful mamas,
I seriously need a clarification on this and what could happen.
My wife is 14 weeks pregnant, and since she was 12 weeks pregnant she saw a blood after urinating by whipping. She immediately visit the hospital and was ask to carry out a scan.
The scan came out perfectly and baby was fine too. So the doctor ask her to have a bed rest for a week which she did.
So, after resuming for work another clotted blood (very small) started staining her pant. Another scan was done by the doctors Instruction, everything was fine too even baby was moving up and down.
What could cause this blood stains. Cos doctor keep telling her to have another week bed rest.
Note: no abdomen cramps except deeper pain from her left stomach. (cysts was discovered there).
Your candid and experience advice needed. May we all carry to term. Thanks

First, let her observe the bed rest as instructed by the doctor.

Secondly, ask the doctor to check her Cervical length to know if there is any problem there.

Everything will be fine ok
