Good day, please I want to ask. I got married December 2020. Although there's has been a diagnosis of PCOS while I was single. Ive done other test and they are ok, just PCOS. I was given clomiphene and it worked for me at the second cycle, but miscarried at 7 weeks in october. So I'm thinking if using clomiphene again if my menses come before I go for another appointment with the doctor. Is it advisable!

Sorry about your loss...

Please don't take this clomiphene without your doctor monitoring you closely because it does more harm than good.

I advised that you discuss with your doctor about him/her placing you on progesterone once you are confirmed pregnant again either the (injection or tablet or insert) whichever one your money can afford until after your first trimester then placenta will take other.

Same thing happened in kafanchan yesterday where he went to commission a road that led to the palace of the emir of the Hausas in kafanchan, such a shame. Buhari could not travel by road to kafanchan because the road was terrible. He went to kafanchan by helicopter, but where will he land? The township in kafanchan is crowded with no space for a helicopter to land so the only option left was the Kaduna State University in kafanchan which also had a terrible road connecting it to the township. Guys, did you know that they tarred that road in two days, working day and night? Even the road in kafanchan which is in southern Kaduna was mostly done in the Muslim dominated part of the town. The part that went through the Christian part is still there under construction for about 2 years, yet to be completed. People go through so much trouble plying that road. I pity anyone that fails to see beyond the smoke screen. Never make the mistake of voting Elrufai even as vice president. Even Buhari is learning bigotry from him!

Now that I properly rested and healed, I want to share my birth story as a testimony of the Gods love and goodness to also encourage TTC moms out there that’s their time is near..

Pls if you are pregnant or still trying hold unto this bible verse Exodus 23-25-26, it’s indeed very powerful. Do meditate on it

I have been married for a while, tried to conceive for some months and finally got pregnant which turned out to be a missed miscarriage. I and hubby were broken but we were comforted that at least I could get pregnant and another one would come.

After a while of anxiously trying, we decided to seek medical intervention, I did scans, follicular tracking etc, hubby was asked to do his seminal fluid analysis which came back poor, poor motility,poor count ETC

He was placed on drugs, but his sperm count kept getting bad until our only hope was ICSI/IVF. We decided to do it, which failed. This was the year 2020

With the bad sperm count, IVF was our only hope of having a biological child, I prayed and got tired of praying, I stopped praying at all.

The beginning of January I and DH decided to try another IVF procedure but this time in India, we contacted the hospital and we were booked for December 2021.


January to march I kept sending different groups in and outside Facebook to put us in their prayers.

Miraculously DH sperm improved without any medical help, I missed my period April and delivered my baby via an emergency CS in January.

The devil tried to rear his head at the last stage, but trust God who s always a step ahead of the evil one, baby was born hale and hearty.

I am typing this today with my beautiful baby on my chest and I want to encourage everyone to make out time to intercede in prayers for Mamas who are still trying to conceive, as the journey is not an easy one.

All glory be to God.

Invest more on eating healthy foods, nuts and vegetables...

First, have your husband checked his semen to know if he is not the one with the problem.

Check your hormones to know if they are normal... Check your ovaries and fallopian tubes to be sure they are okay.

Then, download an app to track your cycle to know if you are ovulating..
Have sex during your fertile period...

Give it three months with consistent prayers...
You will surely testify...
Most times, pregnancy is achieved on a relaxed mind, soul and inner body...

Good evening mamas in the house, I am sorry I have been away for so long, I needed to work on my mental health so I took a break from ttc, I worked on pcos and now my ovaries are normal, before the break my right ovary healed first, and I hav been ovulating from my right ovary but yet no pregnancy, so this cycle my doctor asked me to do another TVs which I did and both ovaries are normal now, in the past I stimulated with 5mg letrozole and I always had just one follicle, but this cycle I have 4 as of today from 2.5mg letrozole and bitter leave juice.
Getting to meet my doctor she asked me to trigger with hcg shot which she gave me, I am scared because of ohss because on the scan result there is significant fluid in the pouch of Douglas, I use ubth
Please @Sugar and other sabi mamas in the house what should I do I am even scared to bd

I advised that you start Baby-dancing...
The fluid in the POD signified Ovulation...

Been TTC for 16 months, I recently did a follicular tracking and i would really appreciate if anyone can help explain the result to me. I was placed on Letrozole and Metformin before going for the scan.

Day 9-
RO- Dominant follicle measuring 21.7mm X 14.2mm in diameters
LO- Dominant follicle measuring 12.8mm X 8.9mm in diameters

Day 11
RO - Dominant follicle measuring 24.2mm X 19.9mm in diameters
LO- Dominant follicle measuring 12.5mm X 8.1mm in diameters

Day 13
RO - Noted is a luteum cyst measuring 9.6mm
LO- Nil Dominant follicle

From your result, it shows that Ovulation occurred from your right ovary.
Hence, the presence of luteum cyst noted on Day 13 from your right ovary.

Ovulation is at hand between now till Wednesday,.. you might need a trigger shot to aid Ovulation.

The problem is your endometrial thickness is very thin(4mm), which might prevent implantation to occur.
You need to work on your endometrium.

I was once diagnosed of PCOS in 2019 and my doctor bombarded me with Clomid which messed up my system.
I personally started researching about PCOS and I got to find it that it is all about you making a dietary changes and eliminating soft drinks, processed sugar and food. Eat more of Fruits, vegetables and nuts with some green smoothie.
I treated infections and then, placed myself on a PCOS diet-friendly food.
I took in twice to the amazement of the doctor. although, I lost it due to undiagnosed Cervical incompetence.
Currently, my cycle is now regular and predictable with confirmed ovulation all thanks to God and my dietary changes.

I wish you can leave those drugs and focus on treating the root cause of PCOS so that you can be free.

But after our wedding, we had two months to stay together and there was not conception. Again, this time, he has been around since two months and no signs of conception.

First, you have to know your menstrual cycle.
This will help you to pinpoint your fertile period and Ovulation.

Encourage your DH to go for Semen analysis, this helps to know if he is not shooting blank.

Just as You opened the womb of Sarah after so many years, we believe that You are and will do the same today. We have the faith that You will keep Your promises to Your children.
Lord, even as Hannah was without a child, You give her a son after her prayer unto You. You heard her supplication. And this day we know our prayers will not be void unto You but it will be heard and answered.

Lord, even as you remembered Rachel and she conceived, listen to our prayers today and enable us to conceive and bare child.

Compared to the previous one...

Now, you have to monitor yourself via follicular tracking and once you have a LH surge, you start BD until ovulation has been confirmed to have occurred.
Then back it up with serious prayers...

Good morning everyone. Please I need an answer I have been trying to conceive for years now. I have pcos. I have used so many drug and I have decided to stop.my period cycle length since may 2021 is now constant without me using primolute N, it comes on it own just it might be 28 this month 30next month the last one was 33. So I saw my period 1st if aug and decided to try kambest female corrective herbs.and I decide to track my ovulation with LH test strip. I got a positive aug 18th yesterday. I was so happy it’s has if I got positive PT. I don’t ovulate at all just decided to track this month. But my fear IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET POSITIVE TEST STRIP AND STILL NOT HAVE FULL GROWN EGG. Can I have LH surge and still not ovulate I’m confuse pls help

Not just a positive LH strip is a criteria for Ovulation to occur.
You need to also track your Cervical mucus discharge to know if it is slippery(Ovulation kind of mucus)..., Your Temperature to know if there is a spike and also Once you get a positive LH surge, you need togo to scan to check if truly there is a growing follicle and the millimeter it is and also from which side of the ovaries it is growing from then, check out for Ovulation pain from that side.


Secondary, your DH sperm count (15 million) and motility (30%) is poor.
He need to work on it...
Maybe that's the reason why pregnancy has not occur.
