I also pray for everyone of us here, we shall all testify soonest. Pls, whenever we have naming or child dedication, let's invite one another. This forum has really encouraged and given me hope. Am super ready. |
Thank you Sir. God who did it for your family and other lovely sisters will surely remember those of us waiting on him too. When I was reading Blendy's testimony, I was crying because that is exactly what am facing presently. I have been called a witch, barren, ogbanje, just name it. None of them knew our case of a male factor infertility. I will look at my hubby and I thank God because even before it was diagnosed, he had been my rock. Therefore, I can't leave him now that he needs me most. Weare in it together and God will give us double and triple for all our troubles. I will share my testimony soonest. It won't be long, just in a couple of months. Commenced treatment with Blendy's doctor and God will use him mightily in my life and marriage. |
Laughing my hearts out! What a pity ! Naija, I hail thee! Smh |
Blend77, your sons are sooooo handsome, God bless them real good. I am booking for my unborn cutie girl o because I want a girl and a boy. So, keep one for her o. Am not ojukokoro, just one . Like Dr. Emeka prayed for me to be the next Blend78. Lovely babies you have. Thanks for inspiring us. God bless. |
It is well o! Happy Mothers's Day to all the ladies here. It is very good to prepare your body with healthy food, supplements and exercise while praying for God to bless our hardwork. He will see us through. Personally, am not in any rush for Ivf. Am taking my time to refurbish my body after two failed cycles. Seeing a new doctor though. Eating right, taking the right supplement but we must be careful so that we don't overtake them. They might work against the success instead of helping. Try to consult our Ivf doctors before taking them. God will help us. |
@tani, pls continue with your medications and eating habits religiously because there have been cases of bins which were neglected and they actually turned out to be positives much later. Those ppl miscarried eventually because their doctors asked them to stop all medications.pls do not stop them yet, ejo my sister. We shall all rejoice with you and YOU shall bear your children and breast-feed them yourself in Jesus name! This journey can be quite demanding and exhaustive but God, we shall all be victorious. Am still praying for your bfp. |
Bfps to all the ladies who are on 2wks wait and those about to test. Praying for everyone of us. Was also advised to do hysterscopy . Most people who did it got pregnant, it helps the doctor remove any foreign body in the uterus and also prepare it for implantation for the beautiful embeds. @ Tolonto, don't panic, just believe and have faith. God is able. |
@ Smiler . Okay. Might join you soonest. Yet to decide if we are to use Dr. Emeka's or Truecare. God will direct our path. For those using Truecare, how is the doctor and staff attitude towards their clients? This is very important to us . Apart from the fact they do a 5 day transfer and the success rate! What else makes them stand out? Thanks as I await your kind responses. |
@nogen . Yes the 1 million is for everything. But they recently had a review,so ivf icsi is now about 1,150,000. @ Smiler, Thanks dearie, we shall rejoice with you soonest. How is the staff and medical doctor? Am seriously torn between going to your hospital and Blend77's. God direct my path. I don't want to visit just any clinic anymore! Am done with insensitive medical personnel. @Opelisitic, you too shall rejoice soonest. |
Wishing you the very best and you too will soon give us the good news here in Jesus Name! Amen |
A Gigantic and Thunderous Amen to that o! Thank you Sir! Love to your wife and the babies. |

That's sad. Wish he does that too. I might check out the TrueCare Clinic too. 5 day transfer tend to be more successful than 3 days. A friend did a 3 day at Bridge but wasn't successful, but when she went back for her frozen embies, they did a 5 day for her. Shes's presently preggies with triplets. |
How is everyone doing? Inwangobio, u should be close to the end of ur 2ww. How is Madam doing? Our love to her and the triplets. We are seriously praying for you. @Tontolo, a family friend of ours got pregnant with Quads there. She said they are very good and affordable too cos they are about the only clinic that transfers blasts aside of bridge and u know 5 days embies have better chances of implanting than the conventional 3 days done by most centers in Naija. [/qu Good morning, does it mean doctor Emeka does not transfer 5 days embroyos? Planning to see him this week. Thanks for responding. |
Noted! Thanks Olikili and Venuss. All the best to those who just commenced the journey and those who are about to start. Very soon, we shall all be discussing changing diapers, baby food and care in Jesus Name! Amen! |
Good Evening fruitful women. Have been a silent reader here in this forum and would be stating my ivf procedure in march due to the fact that we having male factor.hubbys sperm count was less than 15million as the doctor advise us to do ivf .and we using doctor emeka .so worried .would not mind if any one could enlighting on how to manage my self to increase the chances. Many thanks inadvance. Seconded please, those of us who have gone through this journey and are now mothers of beautiful children, what did you do differently? Been a silent reader and follower on this forum too. Thank you and God bless you as you enlighten us. Will also love to use Dr. Emeka. So many wonderful testimonies from people who went there. |
Thanks but I never said one nurse! Not one, not two, if Dr Okewale wants that hospital to excel, he must either send his nurses on Customer Care Trainings or do away with some of them. Am sure you don't want me to divulge all that happened here! The doctor is a wonderful doctor and would achieve more success rates if he does something about MOST of his nurses. The administrative staff and the doctors are Wonderful! Let me just tell you, I left St. Ives because of the nonchalant and unprofessional attitude of most of your nurses! They are very unprofessional. I can count a few professional and empathetic nurses you have, I wish I knew theirs names. I would have published them here because they deserve to be appreciated! The rest?, very unprofessional and careless! Period!!! |
7COLOURS: WE APPRECIATE YOUR CRITICISM AND ALSO FEEL BAD THAT YOU HAD SUCH EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF OUR NURSE. AT ST IVES, WE DO NOT COMPROMISE STANDARD AND AS SUCH, WE EMPLOY QUALIFIED STAFF WITH VAST EXPERIENCE IN THEIR VARIOUS FIELD. |
@Smiler! Thank you ! It is very important to research very well before embarking on IVF journey. It is just a roller coaster journey. So sorry for all that you went through. This is why i took some time off and i made up my mind to go for it when am really ready with all the information i needed. Find a very good clinic with excellent staff who have empathy for the clients they serve. There are basic things to do before going for Ivf but they never tell you because, it is a game of gamble and if you don't succeed the first time, you will come back. Afterall, you need children. God will surely do it for everyone of us who desire to have children. |
Thank you all for all the wonderful recommendations. I took some time off ivf after a failed second attempt at St.IVES Ikeja. I decided to seek another opinion elsewhere without knowing for sure which hospital to go to really. I have been to The Bridge Clinic to make inquiries and was supposed to have started my medical examinations end of January but I kept having cold feet. Just yesterday, I came across this discussion on this site and I discussed with hubby who encouraged me to find out the location of the hospital. For St. Ives , dr Okewale is good but he needs to do something about the bunch of nurses he has. They will be the downfall of that clinic. Most of them are so insensitive and careless. Imagine a woman leaving after embryo transfer without being informed of the continual use of cyglogest till she is asked to stop. They make silly mistakes and in Ivf, there should be no room for mistakes!!!! |
. Like Dr. Emeka prayed for me to be the next Blend78. Lovely babies you have. Thanks for inspiring us. God bless.
