Our political leaders in Africa are corrupt quite alright, but their military counterparts haven't done any better when they came to power too. The military regimes even enjoy more power than the politicians sef. For an African country to sit straight, you just need the judiciary to start the momentum at worst. Once the judiciary is out of the grasp of the political leaders, their power is limited to some extent. Is their any hope of such if the leaders are appointed by military regimes??

I am not pro military, I hate all military dictators. But some are worse than others.

While Idi Amin had some positive qualities I would argue Abacha by comparison had none.

Gaddafi was in many respects a military despot but all Africans know he did good by his people and the continent.

There are other military dictators who did good things like Park Chung Hee who was responsible for the 'Miracle on the Han'. Whilst repressive he led South Korea's massive economic expansion. Samsung, Hyundai and others all have their origins in his rule. Deng Xiaopeng is another dictator who laid the foundations of China's massive economic expansion.

When it comes to military leaders sadly it isn't always so black and white. Another interesting stat for you is that most industrialised nations today never industrialised as democracies. So it is even less clear cut.

Like I said read a few books understand history before making faulty comparisons. Have a good day.

Good politicians serve you in many ways. I am doing well in life, owing to a great free education. As education was cherished in the country I lived in, I went to good uni where professors were paid on time.

Then I was able to find work in an economy that was well run, stable and where jobs were plentiful as a result.

Then I could earn a good wage as corporations were regulated by govt properly. My wages went far as inflation was kept low. I even travelled to other nations as the local currency was strong and my money went far in other nations.

Buhari and Osinbajo failed to achieve any of the above by contrast. They the left Nigeria poorer and less secure than when they found it. As a result they are simply FAILURES. They should leave quietly as they were indeed useless..

There is sadly little to suggest things with change for Nigerians under Tinubu who was foist upon Nigerians via vote rigging. Who appears to be cut from the same cloth forming part of the previous govt who failed so woefully.

He won SE and SS hands down, he won NC, he won Lagos with about 1million votes, he won Abuja, he won Plateau with over 1 million votes, he won in many areas of Bauchi and other northern states. Most of his northern votes were completely robbed.
