It seemed the theory of Farouk/King Ayam is true really. Dunno to what extend though.

My father-in-law works @ NNPC, said they have been systematically sorting out the final list/database of successful candidates thru the credit alerts actually. That may be why it's taking so long to process everything. He knows that one of these two guys is processed for successful candidates, while the other handles unsuccessful ones. But he doesn't know which is which for now.

Whatever the case sha, some of us are settled.

Have your noticed that the alerts are coming from two guys, an MIS guy and a Compensation guy? In my opinion they are already sorting out the successfuls from the unsuccessfuls, hence the time lag in receiving alerts (It's not difficult for them to send everyone alert at the same time).

So the question we should be bothered about is, who has processed my tfare? Is it the MIS guy or the compensation guy? I am sure we can begin to deduce the implications now.

Let me talk a bit about those who claim that their friends who have 100% connect have not been paid and as such the successful ones have not been paid. Well, don't you think there is a difference between merit list and connection list? What if the HR is concerned about paying those in the merit list? I am not saying that those who have been paid are the successful ones, but using those with connect who have not received alert as a dertiminant for success does not hold ground, cos they are coming from the back door, so to speak.

However, I strongly feel there is a reason for the discrepancies.

This is not about the tp/apl correlation something..I am only interested in the very reason why some people got alerts already and some others haven't. I know nnpc has the ability to forward everyone's tp same day. I mean, we didn't tell them we're in a hurry to receive our tp now...so they would have still taken their time to input all the acount details and forward it once if they wanted it so. However, I just need a genuine answer for my question. I know everyone will eventually receive alert...but why delay some people's own?? That's the question...

They are having a hard time deciding whether you should be sent by the MIS or Compensation guy.

More so, from a subsidiary. Think guys. Any person paid from a subsidiary is as good as having got apl. Those paid from the general roll book: mis, some are employed some aren't.

You see when people were just attacking the flowwolf of a guy I was just watching. That guy has info, perhaps the way he got it across was the issue. He said something about if your name not in MIS, you're not successful.

Abeg make I ask you one question: The APL of the successful guys, will they come from different subsidiaries or from a central system?

Well, what I am saying is based on my hunch (which hardly fails me), and observation. What do you think the secretaries were doing as the interviews were going on? In my panel, after each person was interviewed, it took another ten minutes before the next person was called upon. And other guys in other panels I know attested to that trend. Like flowwolf said, which I agree with, all successful candidates will be in the MIS. Soooooooo?

That said, any theory that believes some people will receive alert and some will not, cannot be true. It does not pass the test of common sense. NNPC will reimburse everyone that attended the interview and put down their account details. I insist, it does not have any correlation with success.
