For those of you that like conspiracy theories, have you asked yourself this?
What's the discipline of those who's gotten their tfare for the different days of the interview? Is it random or not. This may not be easy to answer as we do not know how many in actual have gotten theirs.
Given that we've only seen 2 nnpc staffs from different depts been referenced in all the tfare alert testimonies so far (there could be more), could it be that the receivers are departmental rejects or successfuls? Could it be they are handling this departmentally or subsidiary-ly?

Disclaimer: Like so many others here, this is a homemade sauce. And no, I won't state whether I've received alert or not. Let this be a neutral hypothesis. Whether you disprove or ascertain is your choice. There is no wrong or right answer.

Smart observation! I have noticed this since but I just felt like keeping mute cos I don't people to come for my head. However, since you have mentioned something related, let me speak up. Have your noticed that the alerts are coming from two guys, an MIS guy and a Compensation guy? In my opinion they are already sorting out the successfuls from the unsuccessfuls, hence the time lag in receiving alerts (It's not difficult for them to send everyone alert at the same time).

So the question we should be bothered about is, who has processed my tfare? Is it the MIS guy or the compensation guy? I am sure we can begin to deduce the implications now.

Don't you think there is more to this? Is it difficult for NNPC to collate all the account details of candidates and then disburse at once, just as they sent invitation for interview and CBT? Why the time lapse between the alerts?

Recall that for those who were interviewed on the same day, some have gotten while others have not. So I think there is a yardstick for sending these alerts.

Just thinking out loud.

Now some people are beginning to receive alerts. Now the question is: Why are they sending the alert in dribs and drabs? Food for thought. I think something is beginning to make sense to me.

Exactly. Apparently only a few have gotten the alert. So what if NNPC is paying those that are successful first? It's really confusing. But I think the tfare has no correlation with APL for the following reasons:

1. There is no way they would have known the successful ones and gotten the approval of FCC between last week and yesterday.

2. It does not cost NNPC anything to reimburse all candidates their tfare( O&G coys are not like banks that are closefisted. When an O&G coy asks you to drop your account number they will surely reimburse you irrespective of the outcome of your interview. So that access bank scenario no join at all). Besides, we were told that all candidates will be reimbursed.

3. If only a handful have gotten the alert, does it mean the remaining candidates will be absorbed? Nah.

As for me oh, whether I receive or not I am not scared of the alert oooo. I go collect am and flex am wella and las las I go still get my APL based on logistics with Baba God.

All those arguing that there is no God are inexcusable. I am glad that they are science oriented. Scientists believe so much in the principle of cause and effect. That is, for every effect there must be a cause.

Imagine you're walking in a desert. Then you come across a very beautiful building. It has lots of nice furniture and elegantly decorated. What would be your conclusion? That it came by chance? No. Someone must have put it in place. Remember, for every effect there is a cause.

In the same vain, the universe and everything in it couldn't have come by chance. Think about how organised the universe is. Think about the sun that is just in the right distance from the earth. If it were closer, the whole earth will burn and if it were farther we will freeze. What about the seasons? When it's time for the rainy season, it appears and when it's time for dry season, no one reminds it. In fact, the organization of the universe is too glaring for any reasonable and sincere mind to conclude that it came by chance. There must be a cause. There must be a super intelligent mind behind this masterpiece. Arguing that everything in the universe happens by chance negates the principle of cause and effect.

Indeed, the universe must have been created by a super super intelligent being. That is the Almighty God. Well, some may argue that since they can't see God, they don't believe in his existence. They are still inexcusable. Do you believe there is something called wind? Why do believe it exists? Undoubtedly because of the effect it produces. You can feel it. You can see its impact on object. So the fact that you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exit. Similarly, you can't claim that God doesn't exist just because you can't see him. His wondrous works abound all over the universe and anyone who doesn't believe in his existence is inexcusably.

Guy please double check this info with your source cos it doesn't look realistic. Well over 200 positions were advertised for EH positions. So EH cannot be just 200 even if they are to take one person per role, which I doubt.

OK guys. By the power vested on me as one of the persons who started condemning the act of sharing interview tips, I hereby declare that all should sheathe their swords. Cos those involved are beginning to listen to the voice of reason ( even if some may not openly agree due to ego).

In a related development, I learnt that for the EHs only one person will be taken per role. How true is that?

I am glad there are sensible people here on Nl. There is a world of difference between academic intelligence and wisdom. One may be a 2.1 or first class graduate but may lack wisdom and common sense.

Obviously those who are sharing detailed info about their interviews are doing it out of excitement either cos this is the first major interview they have attended or cos they feel they have gotten the job.

But one thing I am certain about is that those who are doing such are their own worst enemies. As for me, the favour of God will definitely see me through to the medical stage and ultimately getting the APL.

More reason why I feel the assessment is beyond the questions you were asked. Imagine them asking me about customer service, as an EH engineer. But thank God I told them what they wanted to hear.

You need to know that there are other yardsticks used for grading, besides your answers to the questions. However, it can only be God. Forget how you responded to the answers.

From my observation, those coming out to spill out interview questions verbatim are GTs. I don't think any EH has done that or perhaps I have not taken note of that.

Most of them divulging info are apparently doing it out of excitement, not knowing the enormity of their actions. Someone said it's an indication of team work. Very funny indeed.

You should ask yourself if what you share here is linked to your candidacy in the recruitment, would it help you? It is a enough to give people a clue as to the interview format, but to come here to share interview questions verbatim, is just fraud.

Intact, I interviewed on the first day, and by the time one of the guys that went in before me came out, he was talking to us at the lobby telling us some area of concentration. Unknowingly, he was overheard by the interview panel and they had to come out to caution the rest of us that if it happened again, we would be disqualified. Let's really be mindful. The interviewers are not machines. You don't expect them to be fabricating new questions for each candidate just because some people have divulge the questions.

You guys should just be reasonable sometimes.

I did get a handshake from one of the interviewers. Even the panel head asked me to continue smiling. But I did not read any meanings into those actions. I just felt they were just being friendly and professional. Be that as it may, it's good to hope for the best.

Don't mind them. They want to form Mr. Generous. While it is not wrong to share info about your interview, there are certain things you shouldn't divulge, like the questions u were asked. The most annoying thing is that many who are requesting for them to be furnished with info would not do so if they were in that position. People can be cunning.

They knew many of us were dehydrated and having kept us at d amphitheatre for long before being called.

A guy even fainted yesterday and was given glucose and subsequently rushed to the clinic by the medical team.

Sincerely I felt for d guy who collapsed. The medical personnel said it was due to shock
