Freed Chibok girl four months pregnant by webmaster on Sep 26, 2014 One of the abducted girls of the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Miss Susan Ishaya released by Boko Haram insurgents is four months pregnant The Chairman of Chibok Community in Abuja, Tsambido Hosea Abana, confirmed the pregnancy yesterday in a telephone interview with our correspondent in Yola. Miss Ishaya was said to have been found near a police station in Mubi town, Adamawa State, on Wednesday after she was dumped there by the insurgents, according to security sources. Abana confirmed that the girl was among the abducted Chibok girls, adding that she has been moved to Adamawa State Police Headquarters in Yola. “Susan is actually one of our daughters abducted from Government Girls Secondary School in Chibok. “She was found in Mubi where her abductors dumped her and was later taken to Yola and it is proved that the girl is four months pregnant but psychological and physically traumatize,” he said. Abana urged the authorities handling Susan’s case to expedite action by sending her to a good hospital for proper medical attention. He called on the Federal Government to step up efforts toward freeing the remaining girls and re- uniting them with their families. Our correspondent also learnt that another young lady who recently escaped from the Boko Haram captors had been killed in her Michika community after it was discovered that she was responsible for the death of her four siblings. The girl, whose name was being kept secret to shield her family from facing manslaughter charge, was said to have successfully re-united with her family before she perpetrated the heinous act of killing her three male and female siblings. However every attempt to reach the military authorities in Yola proved abortive Meanwhile a drama unfolded yesterday as leadership tussle allegedly ensued within the rank of the Boko Haram insurgents in Madagali with over 30 feared killed. A trapped resident in Madagali yesterday confided that the fight ensued over disagreement which centred on whether as well as who should be the new Amir (leader) after the killing of the former leader of the insurgent by Nigerian troops in Bazza a fortnight ago. “Over 30 Boko Haram fighters were killed in Madagali town after a fight that ensued between them over disagreement on whether to surrender their weapons. They just kept shooting themselves sporadically,” said David Chakawa. Chakawa who told journalists in a telephone interview that there has been disquiet among members of the group with some agitating for ceasefire. “Already, there is also leadership crisis over who should emerge the new leader in Madagali,” Mr Chakawa said. For almost three weeks now, Gulak, Shuwa and Michika towns have been under the control of the insurgents. Residents say that, many “defaulters” where being punished by the sect by chopping off their fingers while others are given corporal punishment of flogging “They cut-off fingers, lash offenders and marryoff spinsters,” said Bitrus Kwache a trapped resident in Michika. http://nationalmirroronline.net/new/freed-chibok-girl-four-months-pregnant/ |
arsetalks: Nonsense. Arrant nonsense. You mean the FG that didn't release money till weeks later?so in a situation where "FG didnt release money" the credit goes to Lagos govt by default? |
. |
arsetalks: We have done a good job on this Ebola issue. Kudos to theu mean the lagos govt that it took three days to start recovering dead bodies from the rubbles of the collapsed synagogue building, after begging TB joshua (the chief culprit) to withdraw his church officials? Pls commend the health ministry, especially the minister. |
shymexx: WilyWily/Ncharaare u sure u entered the correct thread or was there blackout in your brain while u were typing? |
Dragonking: HowFrom the title one would think he has doubts about the existence of God.However, the content shows he has in times of challenges like any other human questioned God. |
The title is misleading. |
cktheluckyman: U are dreaming!!!! They were about 400 million catholics in the world by 1950s today they are 1.2billion,by 1900 we had less than 1 million catholics in africa and less than 20,000 in Nigeria ,today we have over 140 million in africa and about 30 million in Nigeria!!! The catholic church is the single largest church also in the US with over 70 million americans professing the catholic faith!!! The pentecostals in the US put together are less than 25 million.Does this statistics look like a diminishing church to you?http://m.theweek.com/article/index/202388/catholics-in-crisis |
The unsaid implication is that seven of them are islamist organisations, including the first five deadliest. |
enigmaotr: It's easier for a foreigner to be the Deputy Governor of Lagos come next year, than any non-Yoruba. It wont happen.u sound like mama peace. |
yemaldo: Una no dey tire? History cannot be erased bro just forget and move on or continue looking for what u cannot get backvery contradictory! |
crap. |
Gbawe2: Another ill-exposed mumu failing to see what matters. Are Nigerians not even influential politicians in Nations they or their parents migrated to outside Africa? It is humility and the ability to love, respect and embrace the people around you that makes the difference. If this is the case, and as some examples prove already, the Yorubas are probably the ethnic group most prepared to trust power to non-indigenes who have proven themselves. Are u actually pleading that Igbos shouldnt contest for positions in lagos or do u mean it is unlawful? |
chuxyz: noneroone, iteghite and iteolu are standard igbo. I never said itenaani is not correct but it's wrong when we are talking of standard igbo. In my dialect, we call one "nnaa" and that does not make it right when we are talking of standard igbo. By the way what's the meaning of Ikpumsky? A nairalander? The important thing is that it is an Igbo word and it is widely known to mean nine. |
By 2020 an Igboman will be governor of Lagos, Rivers and Delta including southeast. Yea, let blood pressure rise. |
Kanwulia: Do some people keep asking why a certain group of WEED-SMOKING, drug-trafficking, hereditary/genetical-ritualistic, wife/mother/father-killing. tribalistic goons are hated all over the world? If loud insults which are founded upon hatred were to bring development, yorubas would have been in the realm of the "gods" in human civilization. |
Pls no heart attack. |
2015: Igbo leaders give condition to support PDP in Lagos on september 15, 2014 at 12:12 am in news By Caleb Ayansina ABUJA—A coalition of Igbo leaders from the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has demanded the the deputy governorship slot in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Lagos State as a precondition to support the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.. The coalition also added its voice to demand for immediate removal of the chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Attairu Jega, over allocation of 30,000 new polling units across the country. The Igbo leaders, canvassing support for President Jonathan’s re-election,should he decide to re-contest, also urged the federal government to protect the lives and properties of Igbo people throughout the federation, especially in the north, so as to guarantee electoral spread for President Goodluck Jonathan in the 2015 presidential election. The coalition, under the auspices of ‘Goodluck Gaa Niru 2015’, stated this in a communique issued after it’s maiden national executive meeting in Abuja last weekend. Leader of the group, Kenneth Ibe-Kalu, who led other members of the group to read the communique, observed that President Jonathan secured the 25 per cent votes spread across the nation due to the massive presence of Igbo outside the South East. The group, however, appealed to the federal government to ensure security for all Igbos outside the South East in order to avoid intimidation of Igbos ahead of the 2015 elections. “Mr. President should know that it was the Igbo votes that gave him more than 25 per cent votes outside the southeast zone. “We suffered untold hardship leading to several mortalities, especially in the north. Ahead of 2015 election, we call on president Goodluck to ensure maximum security of Ndi’ Igbo outside Igbo land,” it said. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/09/2015-igbo-leaders-give-condition-support-pdp-lagos/#sthash.73n3jn2i.dpuf |
chuxyz:Iteghete, Itenaani and Iteolu are all allowed. |
This is becoming funny by the day.threads and counter threads everyday on why one needs to make good grade. If i must comment, i'll say that what sells an individual is the qualities he has which he acquired while in school. It is this quality that everyone must strive to get. If it reflects on your grades, good for you. If doesnt good for you too. All those who have these qualities and skills succeed but not all those with good grades succeed. |
I also heard the church officials malhandled NTA camera man who came to cover the site. Now the so called church is a citadel of lie. |
Higher education - the opium of Nigerian youths. |
Lordlexyy: North is synonymous with peace, love, brotherliness and very moderate until the influx of easterners who almost corrupt the region with their over ambition and pechant to make money above all things. North without extrimis remains the only ideal place to live a purposeful life.I am not sure the Easterners were the ones who taught shekau, your own brother how to use rocket luncher, artillery, armoured vehicles, IED to bomb his own people, including men, women and children. Did we coach your teenagers on how to behead innocent people as far back as 1966 in the guise of pogrom? Even the present emirate in the north is founded through war and bloodshed just as boko haram is doing, yet you claim north was peaceful. Agression, conflict, blooshed and even jealousy run in your DNA from time immemorial. Region of piss indeed! |

I just heard that in the news, any comfirmation? |
