Pls I am having issues with my inifinix S5, I have used other infinix and I believe it is not a setting that I did. It is either from the factory or how new phones are made.

The problem is this, whenever I set a reminder, the sound will just ring for 5 seconds and stop, atimes I won't even know when it rang, other infinix I used before can ring as long as the song last. Pls can anyone provide solution on how to extend the reminder sound for more than this 5 seconds.
