My experience in the hand of these people was not funny at all. the advert said its a multinational company seeking for skilled and unskilled labour. Skilled labour were to be paid 50,000 while unskilled were to be paid 30,000.
Very happily,I call the number on the advert and the guy said i should send my details and call him back.


On calling him, he gave me a venue and assured me that there would be an exam the next day that I should come with my writing materials.
I got there the next day ready. They gave me a paper to fill my details again and write the number on the poster. Na so them com start seminar/lectures oo. From 10am till 2pm I almost faint. They were just shouting and motivating...after many talk, they said many are called but few are chosen (I think say na time for aptitude test oo) . That is how we were asked to pay 12,100 and we will not be poor in our lives again by selling the product and networking ( that's bringing others)... I just hiss carry my hungry stomach commot.
I didn't know if I should be angry at them for decieving me ,or laugh at myself for falling for it

our lawyers hardly know the right suit to file or even how to go about it.
but if it is to write a summon notice or letter of settlement for 20k all of them go begin chook eye, complete learnerd disgrace.

how can a lawyer advise a client to allow him file a crimminal case against his debtor, when the debtor has agreed to his debt, went a step further to put a standing order on his account in lieu of the said transaction?

another thing is that EFCC may be using cheap, half baked charge and bail lawyers, little wonder they have no conviction in years.

u got it all wrong my guy.....you cant go into the merit of the case when there are preliminary objections...the foundation is wrong so u cant build...meaning...if the charges are in the wrong court then everything done in the wrong court will be a waste of time as preliminary obejection on grounds of jurisdiction can be raised at any time before judgement....if the documents are genuine and not forged then all other charges against them will fail...jst watch.the government jst wants to waste the time of the court and nigerians....we have a freedom of information act and am sure that document is not enough to incite anybody if we have not been incited by all the treasonable statement made by dokubo and buhari and a host of others
