The supreme bodies of OPEC are :

The Ministerial Conference
Each Member State is represented in this most important decision-making body by the authorities responsible for oil industry and energy ministers of the government. Each Member State is weighted equally ( one vote) . For valid decisions a quorum of three-fifths required (currently eight out of twelve members ) , for all material decisions ( thus all questions except procedural matters ) unanimity is required. The conference far remained full members can spruchen impressive regards decisions taken in arrears and thus prevent . On a proposal from the Conference Non-members may be invited as observers to the conference. During the conference, a delegate ( minister) is elected President , who shall chair and retains the title until the election of his successor at the next regular meeting . The Conference shall determine the objectives and policies of the organization and determine their strategy can only institution to change the statutes, decide on the membership and chooses the other essential organs. In addition, a general clause specifies all the skills of the organization that were not assigned expressis verbis other organs within the jurisdiction of the Ministerial Conference. The venue is usually the headquarters of the organization in Vienna.

The Board of Governors
Each Member State shall appoint a governor for two years in the Board of Governors ( the Ministerial Conference in this respect a veto ) . The Board of Governors shall in the principles laid down by the Ministerial Conference policy of the organization in order , prepares the budget of the Organization and shall make recommendations to the Ministerial Conference. The Board of Governors shall meet at least two annual meetings .

the Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for the executive branch of the organization in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and observation by the Board of Governors. It consists of the General, and the necessary staff to accomplish its tasks .

In addition, there also the following organs:

Secretary General
The Secretary-General is in accordance with the statutes of the official representative and the senior officials of the Organization . He coordinates the activities of the organization in accordance with the instructions of the Ministerial Conference. The Ministerial Conference shall appoint the GS proposed by the Member States for a period of three years , renewable once is possible. The GS is supported in carrying out its activity by a staff of employees , including two directors ( that of the Research Division and that of the Support Services Division ) and the seven department heads.

In addition, a Legal Counsel (General Legal Council) as well as an Internal Auditor ( Auditor ) were established

The so-called OPEC President is actually only the President of the Ministerial Conference and appointed as such only to chair the meeting at which he was elected . He reserves the office until the next meeting of the Conference of Ministers ( the statutes according held every six months ) .

The Minister of Petroleum, Diezian Alison-Madueke Thursday was elected as OPEC President at the 166th Ordinary Meeting of the organization in Vienna, Austria, making history as first elected female head of the world body.

Speaking with Per Second News earlier in Vienna, she voiced optimism that a final bill for the PIB could pass through very soon.



" We have done our own part and it is now with the National Assembly".

“We hope it pass very soon. The PIB will update the existing laws in the petroleum industry to ensure a win- win situation for both the oil companies and the country at large,” she said.

The conference President, H.E Abdourhman Ataher Al-Ahirish, said that world oil demand in 2015 will grow by around 1.1 million barrels per day, with total consumption at around 92.3 million barrels per day with the bulk of this net oil demand growth coming from non OECD countries.

He also disclosed that Non-OPEC oil supply is also anticipated to rise next year by 1.4 million barrels per day to average57.3 million barrels per day. The region of' OECD Americas' is expected to be the main non-OPEC contributor to this supply growth-supported by some increases in Brazil, he said.

Al-Ahirish, who is also the Libya's Vice President for Cooperatio further stated that the recent price developments signaled that the oil market is currently searching for stability and balance, which will be a focus of deliberations at the meeting.

I get you @PastorKun but criticisim is never our duty as christians, and i prefer anyone who identify to be a man of God to be left with his God. since i am not God, i dont think i can accurately judge who is false or true except by revelation through the holy ghost.

- We all knew that my mother was going to pass on because the doctors has pre-informed us even her cancer condition is free available on the internet. We hid the information from my mother. Why it was painful was that the death occurred sooner than expected. We anticipated months, but it happened within couple of days.
- Despite being sceptical about the doings, undoing, manipulations, actions, inactions, falsehood of pastors, I do believe in God the Supreme Being and Creator and just like every human being who is yet to fully understand and grasps the mystery of this supreme being, I resulted to hope because I do not wish to lose my mother. Well it has happened and I am stronger now and I also know better now. My mother's death and other experiences continues to justify my reason - if you act in certain conditions, the result attributed to the conditions will naturally take effect.
- Now to you manoda, do you want to have a child? Why don't you go to the hospital and get looked at so that you can know what is wrong with you or your partner and begin the treatment process. When you seek hope from fraudsters, you delay your treatment. When you are knowledgeable about something, you begin the address the situation based on your knowledge.

- The Supreme Being is expressed in every way and it was not a mistake that there are doctors/scientist who can solve your issue.

Isn't it obvious If they taught proper theology in the so called university they would be inadvently shooting themselves in the foot as all the hogwash which their self proclaimed bishop teaches them would be seen to be false. Students in the university would be able to easily and soundly see loopholes in the church's regular mis-interpretation of scriptures and of course it would cause a conflict becos the truth is contrary to what Oyedepo preaches. You have to remember that first and foremost Oyedepo is a business man and he would not want to embark on anything that would jeopardise hie business interests by allowing his students to learn proper theology. That aside i am almost certain that Oyedepo like most of his pentecostal colleagues did not go to any proper instituition to study theology, what most of the charlatans do is to take a part time six month diploma programme in one of the several unacreditted and shallow bible schools set up by other like mind manipulative pentecostal churches and learn primarily how to administer a church and fleece the flock. They learn very little about deep and true biblical knowledge and doing the will of God[ they prefer to invent their own scripture claiming "revelation"]

The question I always ask about these purported miracle workers is this: if indeed they can do fantastic deeds like healing HIV,blindness,raising the dead etc.,why doesn't the world take them seriously?Why doesn't the media broadcast and publish these things? Why do we always have to take the word of these healers or their sycophants for it? You want us to believe fantastic and extraordinary things are happening at certain church meetings and the world just chooses to ignore you because of unbelief?

Someone mentioned John G. Lake here. Lake claimed that he was mightily used by God to heal a certain plague that hit SA in the early 20th century. He even said he asked a doctor to collect fumes from the corpse of a dead victim and put it in his(Lake's) hands, claiming the microorganisms will die. And he further tells us that they did die when observed under the microscope. A most fantastic deed indeed! But is there any external, disinterested or independent evidence corroborating Lake's claim? Not that I know of. The same applies to the many supposed faith healers: A.A. Allen, Wigglesworth, Branham et al. Lake the faith healer died of a stroke at 65 in 1935 after making many outrageous claims that made him seem superhuman. He was just a man after all.
