Soludo's Wife Showcases Her Gymnastics Skills, Urges Everyone to Eat Well, Keep Fit

By Izunna Okafor, Awka

The wife of Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo has showcased her expertise and skillfulness as a gymnast.

Mrs. Soludo, who is the Founder of a health tips promotion and awareness campaign NGO — Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo — took to her official social media page on Friday, May 10, to display her skills in the field of gymnastics through photos of her weekend exercise session.

The First Lady, also called on the members of the public to always remember to keep fit; while also urging them to eat well and live healthier, to be the best version of themselves.

“It’s Friday! Always remember, every day is another chance to get Stronger, eat Better, live Healthier and to be the best version of you,” she wrote.
The first pic though. Classic Eight brocades ..

What are u saying. Entry level bankers recieved about 80k in 1998. Graduate trainees in oil coys such as mobil and Shell were paying about 350k that time. Civil servants recieved about 50-60k grade level 8. So 180k for a full plot inside Gowon Estate was giveaway. That time land in ayobo was around 100k-120k
U guys just argue for the sake of it, without having the right information. Indomie generation will be arguing with agbalagba.
As for if there is still land for less than 1m in Epe, u r still displaying ignorance for something that is happening in ur adult life time. If u have 1m and u want a land in epe reach out to me.
Indomie generation ke, no dey deceive or hype yourself biko, there was no Neco Ssce during my time... Nissan stanza was 80-90k in 1991.. and that was a lot of money then.
It's equivalent to buying a corrolla now or a Racer Daewoo then.
Ask car dealers wey dey that time.

I still dey ask you where in Epe are you going to see land @ less than 2,000 naira/sqm.? I am current with trends in real estate along that corridor. I was on ground physically when they launched Isinmi,Lagos.
I'm not in for back and forth on this issue.

I'm sure a lot of folks for this group get people, call them and ask if you can get land @ less than 2,000 naira/sqm for Epe. .

Wetin I want do for Epe, there are better offers in Ibadan than Epe..

Never underestimate land investment. As far as investments go u have to be wise in determining what u are buying, where u r buying it and at the right price. Doesn't mean u will buy at any amount thrown at you.
I remember my dad saying he cant buy land in Gemade estate thats inside Gowon Estate in the 90's even though it was a give away price of less than 200k his reason was that it was too far from civilization and the place was close to a canal and a dumpsite at the time. Today, there is no more land in Gemade estate, anybody that wants to sell property there will start from 100m. There are still lands in Epe for less than 1m today why will u go and buy the one of 10m? So if u buy well, u will definitely have good returns on land. Thats for sure, its not even up for debate.
200k is not giveaway in the 90s. Even 150k is not giveaway..Nissan stanza Tokunbo was 86-90k in the early 90s.
My focus was on those with forex planning to invest. They won't get same value for their forex.

Where you wan see 1m land for Epe? huh

Lol, you can buy a land, hold for 10 years and people will be pricing it lower than you bought it.

I even heard (I'm not sure) that lands in banana Island sell far lower than it was selling couple of years ago.
Bro.. all those so called real estate guys ... they are overhyped.
Selling 25 million/plot in a dead zone. Most of the land are been sold @ future value prices..
Buying land @ Epe.. what if the child is not even interested in anything Epe when he/she grows up.

Don't be too sure. CBN is desperate. If anyone had told me in 2020 when CBN was giving yield of 5% in Tbills that we will get 26% in 2024, I would have laughed it off.

I remember how the low rates witnessed that period pushed me into real estate. A decision I now regret.

I'm now fully anti real estate.
The bolded is very true. Over priced plots of land in Lagos. Infact, they are already selling the future value as current prices.. anyone with dollars should totally avoid buying land. That dollar won't appreciate if you do your conversions.

There's one selling land at the outskirts of Ibadan. That place won't develop in the next 10 years.. what's the point. ? Unless you are buying for your children still in primary school.

Contradict mainstream history and lose your job and credibility

I didn't know how serious the attempt to conceal the truth was until I listened to an interview by Graham Hancock.

In this interview he revealed that historians and archeologists in academia who try to release papers that go against the historical narrative are shut down. Their projects aren't funded and their papers don't get peer reviewed. Some of them who are lecturers lose their jobs and end up unable to cater for themselves and their families.

I did further research on what he said and I realized that a system exists within top universities across the world that aims to maintain the historical status quo. Anyone who goes against it suffers the consequences.

The status quo is as follows - Human technological advancement is very recent and this narrative must be maintained despite any evidence that suggests otherwise.
Sir, please continue... I discovered a truth myself about " the two trees" and no one ever explained this to me ever. It was as if they kept that knowledge for a select few.

You just read my mind

A plot land in mowo close to badagry that was bought about 850k three years ago is now valued at 1m50k at most

Just appreciated by 200k after 3 years

Now compare that 200k with the current inflation of this economy

I believe returns on land investment are just overated

Na the person wey inherit land from him papa dey enjoy the dividend pass the papa wey been buy the land initially
Especially lands in the ibeju axis. Totally overrated.
I mean look @ the mad traffic gridlock @ Awoyaya and beyond.. 20 -25 million for a plot of land ,that LASG may come back after years and say it was an illegal acquisition.

In 2022, I took some riders to their father's property @ Awoyaya.
Obviously, the man abandoned the property, most of his colleagues built theirs @Magodo phase 2.
The children and the mother were wondering what came upon the man to choose Awoyaya..

To cut the long story, they abandoned me in the traffic to continue their journey on 2 motorbikes grin to a house worth over 50 million ..
The traffic was horrendous.

What you guys are doing is wicked to the bone

Niger Delta is the goose that Lays Nigeria's Golden eggs and after 40years FG wants to do something Substantial for them by building them a Coastal Highway and you are now fighting against it

You no Shame?

Yet You saw Buhari building Railway for his People even to Niger using the Niger Delta's resources

Don't you know that at least Half of what was used to build Abuja was supposed to have gone to the Niger Delta as infrastructure for the sake of Fairness and non exploitation?

FG has Cheated Niger Delta so badly for decades to the extent that they don't even argue about it again they only give them fake promises to improve their behavior towards the Niger Delta and because of a Single Road you are here fighting
Blame your incompetent governors and compromised local Chiefs. All Niger Delta states receive oil derivation funds apart from the monthly Allocation from the FG.
What have they done so far with it?.

Ogun state doesn't receive 60 % of what Delta gets. Yet, its the manufacturing hub of the country.
When are you going to hold the leaders of the Niger Delta responsible for the gross neglect of its own people.

The challenge with drivers who get stuck in ehailing is "they don't take time off".

Driving typically drains mental energy which is much needed in critical thinking and mapping out exit solutions.
Not every ehailing driver can be a fleet manager. ( reason why not every musical artiste can float a record label) .One needs a specialised skillset to handle cars and rental drivers wahala.

And with the current cost of cars, the ROI on renting cars is not encouraging..

Some will ask why the time off, it's needed to make reflections and allow a flow of the idea stream.
But when drivers still do 6 full days in a week , that will never happen.
If you are strategic, what you earn in 6 days can be earned in 4 days.
giving you 2-3 FREE days /week to brainstorm.

EXCLUSIVE: Bolt Nigeria lays off nearly half of its staff, says it’s part of a restructuring process......this thing dey hit bolt really hard oo
But that there 25% is too much for me Cos I can't imagine take a rider and then you give the rider discount and still take 20% commission from me so I am the one to take the burnt for the discount.......they are not serious yet
. As per rider discount, you are not taking the brunt.
Bolt is giving riders part or all of the commission you were supposed to pay.

Let's run a scenario. If the trip ends 5000 ..

Bolt says " collect 3500 From RiderX , Bolt will add
1500."

From that trip, you are meant to pay Bolt 25% ( its actually around 24.3 - 24.6%) commission. This amounts to 1,250. This is the amount they gave as discount to the rider.

So Bolt adds the remaining 250 naira as CREDIT to your Pocket balance in the app. There's no confusion.

As per downsizing.,Benin n PH staff were mostly affected, PH and Benin are not really lucrative for ehailing, PH is overrated, a lot of it's residents can't afford ehailing.

As per Lagos, Bolt has not been making money like it used to. Coupled with the senseless blocking of their revenue agents ( drivers) on flimsy issues on acceptance rates n driver's score.
Let's say you have 4000 drivers delivering, then you pursued 1500 out of pride. Obviously, a revenue drop should be expected.

Bolt can't leave Nigeria esp Lagos grin..I feel the editor / journalist just added that rider to make the article sensational cool

Thank you for your response. Much appreciated.

However, do you think I should choose InDrive over Uber? Or I should register on both.

Due to my inexperience, I was thinking that I should go for a platform that helps me estimate the trip fares as I am not knowledgeable about prices that would favour me.
Start with the main apps.. Uber/Bolt.

Don't chase targets.

Work only when there's surge. As a newbie, if you are working on Bolt/Uber without surge, you are just flogging the car with minimal gains. E hailing cpys won't tell you this, they are just going to confuse you with deceptive ads on Facebook .

Go to areas you know and are familiar with.
If you reside on the island. I will advise you take trips only on the island for now.
If you need a list of all the terrible areas. Go and read back on the thread .

Technically, the beach/ water belongs to the FG.

That singular acceptance suspension will really affect Indrive because a lot of drivers will rather take timely surge trips on Bolt than wait endlessly bidding for trips on Indrive.

can you drive properly?
Is your other partner working.?
