Don't worry bro you would get ur visa soon, DIBP has updated the time it takes to process the student visa, it's now shorter, 75% completed in 23 days and 90% completed in 46 days, just be prayerful.

the hustle is taking a new turn; DIBP made changes to waiting/processing times for SC189 @ 8months and 11 months minimum for 75% as well as 90% of application being processed respectively, update as at 20 July,2017( for the month ending June 2017). Now the long wait continues..........

I submitted it thesame day too- apparently it was a document i had submitted before but i included a scan of the boarding pass and my return tickets to the new request.

Its a real testimony people, up until friday midnight i hadnt lost hope of getting my grant infact i bought a new travelling box this weekend, ironed and arranged all my cloths with the strong hope of getting visa grant this week.

madam, i think you should visit your sponsor's bank and start asking questions, since may 16? is it visa to heaven? some Oga somewhere in that bank would have been so busy laundering APC's money that he forget to reply DIBP mail.Take action.

I applied to rmit and school gave me an extension till 24th of this month and up till today no contact from case officer

My fellow Deakin guy applied June 19th, was contacted last week to provide his NYSC certificate (even though it was included in the application)

Let's see how this week goes , I feel they would grant lots of visa this Friday as so many schools have already started classes for the July session.

Deakin here as well . . . My agent has already spoken to Deakin and informed them that their embassy is delaying us ooo. Right now, the department has agreed extending the enrolment date to first week of August.

Paid a deposit around 16k aud and was thinking visa will be fast and sharp sef.

I think the problems with visa processing for countries like nigeria is the difficulty in verification of documents and high chances of submission of bogus documents.

Am even tired, i have just resorted to prayers, its really annoying if you think about it, if these guys don't want us to come to Australia, they should officially close their borders and stop wasting our time and precious money, $550 application fee no be beans, its enough to pay rent in some part of lagos

We arrived Dxb 5hrs20 mins later..i was like At last I fulfilled my dreams...I prayed & thanked God for that because it wasn't easy I know what I passed Tru but Thank God na history e be now .....naso I dey follow follow people.... Dubai immigration no send u oh... Joined the queue as usual ( very fast) got to my turn ( tho fear catch me small ...mke any funny story no go come up oo)na Kuku Kill me here I go tell am gave him my passport & visa ...did eye scan & he stamped me in & he said enjoy ur stay... I tell Thank u....I proceeded ...got my luggage's after 5mins ....the rest na history...

Sorry about your visa refusal but I'm sure ur next application will end in praise. I hope u find d this response 2 ur question helpful.
I'd advise u request another COE from the school for the next semester informing them that u were denied visa nd prepare urself wrt to why u were denied according to d visa records sent to u. u shdnt apply for visa to another school immediately as it will show desperation. Sm al1 sch now require soa.

Yes, they requested twice, N.b: both requested documents were submitted when I lodged my application, so I wouldn't know why it was requested again, tho I submitted again at every point of request.
Grant: 14th July 2017 exactly 3:30pm nigeria time.
Sponsor: Elder brother (sibling), inflow and outflow of abv 60m, closing balance 10m.
Had a prior canada study refusal which was stated and I wasn't asked for refusal letter tho I explained in details, my sponsor was called for some questioning, also they contacted my school to confirm my degree certificate.

Court affidavit, birth certificate and passport data page was used to show relationship btw myself and sponsor, including our travel history

Educational provider: CSU wagga wagga.

Hello pharm emedy.i am a pharmacist on this PR issue.pls don't be discouraged.it looks complicated but it's actually not.what I did in my case, I nominated pharmacy technician and got positive outcome with vetassess in six weeks, I applied for nomination with NT for 489.patiently waiting for my nomination.from my findings I can do all that is needed to register as a retail pharmacist as soon as I land in OZ. I am nominating pharmacy technician majorly because I had 7,7,6,6.5 in IELTS.to nominate retail pharmacist you need minimum of 7 across the four bands in IELTS academic.APharmC requires the academic module.you do not need to write any exam aside IELTS from here.the registration involves exams when u get to OZ.pls do not bury your interest.You don't know how glad i am to see a fellow pharmacist on this thread.u can send me a PM if u need further clarifications.as men of honour we join hands.
