Please I am asking bcus i have schedule an appointment via the online system on the 25th of July. Is there anything i need to be worried about please. I am confused. Please help.

Account opening? We are not talking about account opening. You are on the right track. Account opening is strictly online. We are talking about interview for students

I did my block account opening on 5th July. I applied immediately for the students visa appointment but no response. On 9th July, I did the online application and got 10th August as my date. Then, on 12th July, due to not being sure of the online booking system, I applied the normal way using the email system but no response. On 19th July, I got another mail from them telling me that I have been schedule for 10th July which is the same date I got from the online application. So, if you have done the online application, just apply again through email to student@lago.diplo.de. Thanks

Someone that went to the embassy today said a guy was sent back because he came with the new online booking system. Our friend at the gate said the only valid form of appointment is the one where you send a mail with your documents.

How can someone go to the embassy today with the new online booking system when the date from which the online started from is 9th August. That person must be a criminal. Lolz

Use the print out of the email. That will serve as ur soft copy.

The Admission Board has decided to give you the opportunity to study in our programme. Please confirm your postal address, written line by line, the way it should appear on an envelope.
i live in warri but currently in lagos in goethe institute for my B1 which even ends next week, and i don't knnow when goethe institut holiday begins.. would it advisable to use Goethe Institut postal address for ease, or i should give them my warri address. (i dey fear these our house numbering systems for naija, make dem nor go carry the mail parcel reach warri begin find my house up and down).
then i should i also write to them politely requesting for the softcopy via email also, so that i can begin my blocked account opening and visa processing. please i need response urgently. thanks a lot

Bosses, what if you do everything with one admission letter, but on arriving at Germany, you want to enroll in another university in different city. How possible is it and how do people go about it?

I was at the embassy today for block account opening. A young Nigerian girl attended to us. She is so good and cooperative. I asked her if I can certify my documents also and she said yes. So, I applied for block account and certify my documents at same time. Block account fee is 6300. Old form still in use till August.

From all indications, the old form is still valid till July ending. If you are going for block account opening and you don't have the old form, please ask here. I'll personally send it to you through WhatsApp or mail. Danke

Who said that the two forms are the same? What about the statement of account? Depositor's info and the PEP? What will happen if the amount of money in the account statement is not at least 2.8m? Na God hand we dey oo. People that will go for account opening on Monday should please update us. Thanks

NIPOST make sense oo if you didn't register the mail. Takes less than two weeks. My doc took 12 days to get to its destination

Abeg, who applied or studying in FSU Jena? How long does it take for them to make decision on admission. My app deadline is may31 but I've not heard from them.

I know the point they are trying to make. All these argument started from the guy that want to sell his house and danfo. I'm still in naija but if I'm in his shoes, I'm not selling anything. I'll use it to get that money for funding my block account even if it takes me 3yrs. Rushing to germo is for us that graduated with no job in naija or very low paid jobs or for people that comes from a rich family who can comfortably support them in getting that quality education. I'm living with my brother now as a graduate. Teaching in a sec school which gives me stipend. So, my bro shelter, feed, and sometimes cloth me as a graduate. So, nothing you guys will say about my German dream that will shake me to have a second thought. I'm not going there to hit it big. I am going there to start living. So, if you are in my shoes, we are good to go. Still expecting admission from Jena, Würzburg, Bochum, and Bonn-rhein-sieg. Thanks

From what I read today, dollar will increase to 250. That will make Euro to be approximately 280. Therefore, we will be budgeting like 2,268,000 for our form A. Thanks

Hallo, Bochum right? If you had gone through the thread, you'd have seen where @Cindino20 mentioned including a note in your application package stating that said coupon isn't available in your country does the trick. And he did same. Or you can tell them to add the coupon amount to your student fee if selected for the program as it isn't available in your home country

I believe the coupon is for returning your docs when you're bounced. I know you ain't praying for that

It means you should include a return courier envelope that covers the cost of sending your decision letter. proceed to dhl, fedex or ups. tell them u need a return way bill.
