For some reason Nigerian applications are reviewed and processed in Nairobi Kenya.

The Lagos and Abuja office merely processes biometrics collection, receive your passport when it's required and inscribe the visa counterfoil already processed and presented to them from Nairobi.

No your passport will not be shipped to Nairobi and returned for visa stamping, it will reflect the issuing country (Nairobi Kenya) and not Lagos.

You were correct. It was requested by office in Kenya. It showed received in abuja. All four family members got their visa. They're beyond excited.

The IRCC that will send you a PPR (request for your passport) will most likely be the one in Nairobi but your passport will be stamped at the Canadian VAC center in Lagos or Abuja.

So, Redlining can affect the amount of funding available for an area. The wealth of the area, the health standards and also the quality of schools.

I live in a 99% white state and I can categorically tell you how safe my state is. The Bronx is crazily unsafe even during the day. I was praying not to get robbed by the gang groups I was seeing. I entered the subway and started another round of rigmarole. The first train I entered took me to Manhattan, my Airbnb apartment is at Brooklyn.
I contacted the guy and after much explanation, I stopped at a particular train terminal and entered the right train in the proper direction. For the first time in my life I felt so clueless.

Are you a citizen or resident of Benin Republic (with immigration proof)?

If not, they'll deny your application and refer you to their Nigerian embassies. It's a waste of time and money.

They could edit it, put text overlay on it, put a different description on it and post it on another website making you as front for another scam.
The possibilities and endless.

I personally think 5min intro video for a job application is ridiculous and pointless.

Think about this, 15 applicant, 5 Mins video each

That's 1hr and 15 mins of videos for the recruitment team to watch which an inperson interview would have taken care of

It's a waste of storage space, a 5 min video in HD can be between 40mb to over 500mb

It takes away time from the recruitment process

It's counter productive, they already have applicants resume which contain most of the same info

The company shows they are unprepared and unserious and lack direction.

Also, it's a big liability for for company. If the image/video shows up somewhere later you can sue (in the US, they'll make you sign documents when your video and/or pictures are involved)
