Why are they trying to serve her court process. Have they served the DSS agents that arrested and unlawfully detained the man any documents? Or the entire DSS as an institution where innocent people can be picked and abused for trivial matters. One would think that the complaint would have started his good campaign for justice with the DSS but here we are.
Are his lawyers advising him properly?

The suit must have listed her as one of those to be served. It's not abnormal to serve all those involved in the arrest and detention. She is free to have her lawyer recuse her as after she accepts.

Malami should stop asking to make arrangements for her lawyer to receive court papers on her behalf. They had better put a stop to all this nonsense going in this bubu's government.

I think Nigeria should bid the US farewell, and look elsewhere, Trump only respects strength even in countries that look weak e.g where the Philippine President threatened to tear up a military treaty with the US because an associate was being threatened by the US, they cooled with the action.

Asides from the security lapses the US asked the Nigerian government to correct, my personal view is that refurbishing, sorry, rehabilitating terrorists is a big joke to the world at large. The federal government is not serious enough yet.
