Hello nairalanders, I really need your advice/comments on this. My tenant has been a thorn in my flesh, in the sense that, he has been accumulating his phcn bill for quite a long time now (]7months to be precise, amounting to about N127000). Pls, i'ld like to hear from folks in the house on how to deal with such stubborn tenant.
Btw, the Last tenant cleared all his bills before vacating the house.

That's over N18,000 per month. How many workers/civil servants in Nigeria can afford to be paying over N18,000 to PHCN every month. After all these, he still has to pay you house rent pay for his children's school fees.

Except if the tenant has a factory in your compound I don't see how his monthly bill should be that high.

I am from Jos and i can fully confirm the genuineness of this thread! So i think u should take ur trolling elsewhere.

The OP ran away from her scam thread full of lies after she was found out.
It wasn't me that found out that the OP tried to pass on about nine girls from Benue State. The lady that busted this particular lies is from Benue.
It wasn't me that identified one of the girls is from Imo State. The person that busted this particular lie is an Igbo lady.
It wasn't me that identified another Igbo girl who's name is Chioma. The person that busted this particular lie said Chioma is his cousin sister, abeg, since when did Kaduna/Jos girls started bearing Chioma.

All these lies and many more were exposed by different people that have been commenting on this thread at different times. I think the OP was very foolish in trying to post such silly lies on social media because you just don't know who knows who.

Lastly, nobody said that all the pictures that were posted are all lies but some definitely are. I have nothing against people from Kaduna/Jos because I grew up with them, I have a couple as best friends and I've dated one or two girls from that area. The OP is suffering from inferiority complex and low self esteem. There a lots of black beauties in those regions, why not post pictures of girls instead of stealing pictures from other tribes.

I grew up in Kaduna and even had my education in Kaduna I have dated several Kaduna girls, so I know Kaduna people like the back of my hand. I have also lived and worked in Jos.

You are not the only person to have found out the OP is lying and using pictures mixed with girls from other places.

Coming online to post pictures of girls from other places is the dumbest thing anyone can do because you don't know who might know who.

For your information, Tudun wada and Gada biyu are still part of Jos, Plateau state, and I have seen beautiful ladies in those areas just that they are Muslims with Hijab and did not platered their faces with layers and layers of make up. Which brings me to the part where you kept on telling me to go to places like British America, low cost, Rayfield, etc. Girls in these places are very wayward and plaster their faces with makeup that can be bought in a shop. Now let me tell you what you don't know about beauty, true beauty can never be bought in a shop. I am from Jos, and all my sisters and feme relatives are light skinned in complexion...... My sister's picture is one of those there, even her friend too...... So it's not just about settlers.

People from Kaduna/Jos are usually very dark skinned people. Even their ancestors have been dark skinned and these is because they are descendants of the Sudanese Negros who are naturally very dark skinned.
The reason for some of your people being light skinned is when another tribe marries one of your people or the woman decides to play some away games.

Her references should have at least one personnel in the company that she works with and who will readily say good things about her.
