dayosoof:Your friend is talking nonsense. Vibe and Matrix are one in samething, same Engine, same leg works difference is badge and outward appearance. The vibe exterior body parts are expensive compared to the matrix. Besides matrix itself has several types and trim, XR, XRS, 4WD, you don't expect the 4WD matrix to drive same as a FWD Matrix. Then Engines in those vehicles are like 6 or more depending on where the vehicle is coming from, trim it is and what year it was made (pre-facelift or facelift) so no two Engines would have same output eventually 2 identical vehicles won't give same performance because identity isn't only in exterior outlook. |
All these cars wey you go dey steer right wey the body go dey steer left till he jam Angry Soldier on he own turninoninown Incase you wan sell to Iron Condem, I get contact ![]() |
Don't forget to talk about the Almera N17 cause someone tagged one 500k here from those ijaye sellers, I shock but I didn't comment not to be called a badbelle by goons.

Wigetsolar:Yes GTA3 in the diablos territory park where a pay phone is. I have forgotten the name but will drop it when I get access to the game later. modified bf injection is the car |
mgbadike81:I don't think anything about it cause I have not seen it physically. It's a SWB and fitted with diesel engine. Engine is common but diesel engine technician may be out of reach in some locations. If it is manual, 4WD and it is within your budget, then you can make payment for it as long as it is in good working condition |
mgbadike81:It will get the job done T4 or T5 but ensure you buy the LWB with 4WD cause those are rated to 1.5ton in cargo capacity ensure also it's manual. |
naijapower:in other words, you are father Christmas or rather santa Claus ![]() |
gworldomer:Chevrolet is not a popular brand in Nigeria, their cars used to be identical to Daewoo which is another rare brand. The Captiva is identical to Suzuki XL7, they may share some parts but Engine and co is a bit different. the car would not have a great resale value and parts may be hard to source locally |
Wigetsolar:if I ever book a flight definitely not to Africa but to the land of milk and honey ![]() |
naijapower:Stop dreaming, wake up and be realistic so people won't call you a scammer. First thing to be determined in manufacturing is industrialization. Is Nigeria an industrialized nation? Second is metallurgy industry, where do you hope to smelt iron ore/metal ores, separate metal ore into constituents, bend and mould liquid metals into required shape? Thirdly you need will of technicians who know what they are doing inorder to make your vision a reality, road side mechanics are well trained than all those Nonsense professors we have littering the 4 walls of a university all they know is to be chasing girls demand sex for marks, is it those 1s that want to produce your 500k brand new car. Finance, unfortunately for you, Nigerian Banks don't finance startups who just assume and haven't really done anything to be sure, except you know someone that knows someone who knows someone your 500k brand-new car is going to go through samething Nigerian entrepreneur without funds face. Economy, the Nigerian economy currently can't sustain such business, people you are targeting barely eat 3times meal a day, they struggle to send their children to school and have just enough after paying other heavy bills just to start building in the village, car is their last need currently. I am not discouraging you or anything but even a brand new TATA NANO is $3400 even if you bring a CKD of it to Nigeria It can't be sold eventually at 500k to customers |
Who knows the direction to Uganda from Oshodi? please it's important ![]() |
I have owned a car from Canada, a Toyota sienna, It came with a slight rust from the rear wheel arc which was visible and the undercarriage specifically the edge where the car jack is supposed to fit. It also affected the lower arm which broke into two both sides one was a bit fatal the other I noticed in time to avoid damage. The chassis to had a fair share and the worst of it that affected the lower arm was the Engine chassis beam, changed that for 20k, it rust and caused untold hardship to my suspension bits. All the rust has been tackled to an extent, rust isn't extremely severe as it's part changes that it needed. before I forget too, fuel tank rope affected and extra Tyre rim too had to be changed since it was under, it rusted out. The second car is a Lincoln navigator that is from USA that o e nah head of rusthold, all suspension parts, AC lining and most undercarriage had moved from corroded to rusting but the parts have not been changed cause to lOosen the parts itself is an Herculian task. The car rides ok though except for noise during some extreme offroad. |
Innocent10787:Both are distinct, if you want luxury with a good ground clearance for bad roads the RX300 FWD, if you want an off-road capability then the AWD RX300 should foot the need. if you have no bad roads the ES330 will ensure good fuel economy and balance of power. Both vehicles are almost identical in price but a base RX seems to have more standard luxury equipment than a base ES330. |
weyreypey:A 3.0L V6 Audi A6 has a close fuel mpg to a 2.4L i4 Toyota camry |
Johnsonkeyz2019:Go to a mechanic, he bleeds out the old one. He refills the brake with the new one, test for brake consistency, if things are to soft or air noticed in system, he should bleed out the air. Test drive again and confirm good job done. |
jeraw:Yes I have sold it that is why I said "what I was using" not what "I am using" |
Johnsonkeyz2019:Have you been using that DOT3 in the red can? the one my papa been dey use for his Benz 200 regular in the 90s, abeg use the blue color allied it's what I was using in my accord 06 and still use it in some of our cars and we have never had brake problem or rusty brake lines |
DaddySimple:I am not a clearing agent, I am just giving you a heads up. Okada, korope, Napep all come into the country as CKD even cars like Micra and some Nissan used for transportation biz come in as CKD or spare parts reason why they are easily affordable, if they had come in as a whole unit through the right channel, the custom duty slammed would make them expensive. |
DaddySimple:CKD is completely knock down, so when it arrives you will just couple it together. CKD are zero custom duty fees. so you only pay exercise on the container not on each unit eg You pay 200k for a 20feet container as custom exercise. But as a unit you pay 200k per vehicle multiply by 8 equal 1.6m. |
DaddySimple:yes it can, also bread delivery, meat pie or let's say snack showcase etc, the 8units isn't bad either, yOu can bring them in and test the waters. I also hope it's coming in as CKD make customs no go build duplex ontop your head |
DaddySimple:okay, seems you are targeting particular Ninche |
DaddySimple:It won't go far because 1. It was done during fashola Era though those ones were like car and seat 4 people (3 back and 1 beside driver) I don't even see their scrap anymore not to talk of a broken unit. 2. These specimens are 3 to 2 seater minus 1 passenger means less income to earn, not a good way to compete with the competition (Keke napep) 3. It is sold for 1.5m too expensive and won't be financial viable for the available competition (Keke napep and korope) 4. These vehicle has a less weight/haulage carrying capacity that itself is a huge turn off for its target market. The best transportation vehicles to use in SW Nigeria must have cargo space capacity and capability. 5. The design is too soft and may not be able to handle areas it can benefit (Rural) it would have a poor offroad balance, miniature interior space, very low height to ground surface, flexible exterior tensile strength incase of roll over or plowed into. so would probably make a bad rural ambulance, cargo hauler, comfortable people mover. The vehicle would sell obviously but not as hotcake or anything. But if it can be incorporated with 4 tyres, a solar electric engine, a truck/van version I believe it can go places. |

xplora98:Engine issues due to rust kwa, you for remain silent now you don enter BCDs wahala. Yeah some vehicles used in Canada do Experience rust problem or let's say very cold snowy regions whose roads sometimes freeze on the surface. The question is you aren't the one importing those cars specifically so you can't tell which came from what continent, I prefer you stick to what you can determine than adding fallacy to your advert. goodluck and Godspeed. |
