Frankrobbn1:
Please don't be misled, AIP is NOT a guarantee that VISA will be granted!. I believe you've not seen a case scenario whereby IRCC after requesting for a medical exam from an applicant, they later refuse the application with flimsy reasons? I guess you've not seen such happen before!. Please be properly advised that Nothing guarantees study permit application to Canada. Not even the best attorneys can guarantee success. Ultimately, the outcome of every application is up to an immigration officer to exercise their discretion based on the information present in the application.
Having said that, I would like to congratulate your brother on the success of his application thus far.
It will end in praise. you are an experienced man 1 Like |

Good morning,
my phone was stolen recently and i was asked to make a report to the police station but i am kind of reluctant because i feel the police wouldn't do much and i will end up spending more money. Have you gone through this route before? how did you get back your phone? |

kaffy4tope: Hello my people pls save a soul
My parents believes so much in agents that any contrary advise would be shoved off.
Now to the present issue, there is this agent they approached to process Canada study visa for my sis. She truly applied and letter of admission was sent from the Uni. They asked us to pay some amounts and we’ve paid infact so far it’s close to 3m.
Now this agent has directed us to go and get police report and medical fitness certificate at any Federal Hospital. But, I sense something is wrong, the whole process seems to be different from what I’m reading here. House please kindly help out before more harms is done.
My question are? Is it true that we must get a medical fitness certificate even before applying?
He promised to help us out with statement of account do you think that is not a red flag?
The hospital is asking us to pay 50k for covid19 test amid other tests that I can’t even remember now.
Please I need your advise. agents don start again |

Sapte: @Frankrobbn1 Please my sitution is a bit complicated. I applied using an agent, before getting to know about this thread on Nairaland. This was in June. I told the agent to give me a password so I can check the cic site and get details on my application but he said doing that means he has given me access to all his clients information. So right now until he tells me there is an update I don't even know how far my application has gone. Kindly advice me what to do please. I do get email notification but I really want to have access to my details on the site and even see the documents he submitted. Since then, he only sent the biometrics request form and he said no update yet agent from the pit of hell. i know successful people that applied through agents also and they were given their login details. Your own agent just wants to rip you off. keep pressuring them for the login details. what nonsense! he even gave a stupid excuse that if he gives you your login details then he has given you details of his other clients. 1 Like |
