they are from.Niger delta region simple , do u know that they are paying rents ? They have landlords and landladies ...u don't even know that they are paying rents , that's why its good to investigate before jumping on thread,
Do I suppose to pity them because of their 10 children ? Even in advance countries despite the level of standard of living , maximum is between 2 to 3 ..mostly 2 kids , how can a poor family living in a shallow wooden area makings babies like animals without control ? Guy e be like u no understand life or u lack global exposure ..
I will ask you again,
what tribe/s do they belong to?
What part of Niger Delta are they coming from?

That you comment is inhumane, and evil.

How can you call fellow humans animals.

Are Americans and British living in slums better than these. Because they also have poor families with lot of kids bin the countries

most people don't know the effects of having slums in the community, from soweto slums, to those in Rio the story is always the same, crime drugs, rape and diseases. We should all be working towards eradicating slums not permitting it
The Solution to slum is not sudden gentrification.

There are reasons why slum is common in third world countries.

They can never try this is Shomolu? See reasoning!!!!! When they did it at Oshodi, did hell come down? When they did it at Ijora Badia, did the end of the world come?

Meanwhile, I am not Lagosian, despite the fact that I've lived all my life & own properties in Lagos.
LOL, you're not a Lagosian, and you're claiming some people don't belong to Lagos.

Ironic embarassed

I know Oshodi very well.
Oshodi demolishing is within the market place and not residential.

If the government is sincere has they claimed why did they ignore the Court order on this case.

they left Niger Delta because Niger delta politicians failed them , militants are only fighting for their own pockets not for the people , ..
No compensation for illegal settlements , that placd is a criminal home base , long over due , should have been demolished during tinubu tenure ..
Can you prove they are illegal settlers.

Kindly tell us their tribes, because Niger-Delta is not a tribe.

Then carry them go meet FG na! What makes it the duty of Lagos state government to be bound to providing shelter for foreigners that occupy Lagos state lands?
Who are the foreigners?

I am sure they are more indigenous than you.

This is I trust Shomolu guys.
No government can try this nonsense in Shomolu or Mushin.

Perhaps Ambode plans to build a port there or something more that'll fetch money for the state
What you call Shanties are people's homes.
The same home the Government can't provide.
That land belong to them .

God bless Jakande.

We don't have the facilities to manufacturer even chargers in Nigeria.

I think I am beginning to understand the grievances of these lawmakers, and it is that they re angry that they re the only ones singled out as being corrupt in the tripod of governance.. They know the executive and judiciary equally stink sorely and nobody is saying anything about it. Equally all the governors receive humongous amount and even go as far as hijacking funds meant for the L. G. A's and nobody is batting an eyelid...

or

Unilever vs UACN last dividend on their price

Are you a Fundamental Analyst?

Many "investors" on this forum trading on NSE are short-term traders and not Fundamental analyst. "Fundamental analysis works better for value investors who are generally known as long term investors" ...@OakPearl. Fundamental Analysis is a top-down approach to selecting a fundamentally sound stock to invest in.

First and foremost, you need to evaluate the general economy. The economy is like the tide carrying individual companies like boats. When the economy expands, most industry groups and companies benefit. If the economy is in good shape, then move into group selection. Based on govt policies, which groups will benefit more, most etc? This will then be narrow down to company selection...

The final step to this analysis process would be to take apart the financial statements and come up with a means of evaluating the company to invest in... Sound fundamental analysis will help identify companies that represent a good value, a strong balance sheet, stable earnings, and staying power...

Key Questions
-Is your analysis robust enough?
-Is your investment acumen is long term (6 months or more)?

If you focus your investment judgement only on declared dividends by companies, you are not a fundamental analysis but a DIVIDEND HUNTER and it will back-fire at some points...

grin grin grin grin grin
I was once a fundamental analyst until i woke up one day to realise most of stocks i investing in have lost value and some other delisted/dead.

No one is sure if he was the one that pulled the trigger but he led the soldiers that arrested Ironsi and Fajuyi and eventually killed them.

The bastard called Danjuma who like his fellow Hausa/Northern soldiers felt the first Nigerian coup was an Ibo coup and used their own coup to avenge themselves.
It doesn't matter who pulled the trigger.

TY Danjuma gave the orders and the soldiers simply obeyed.
