Daddy said "I AM the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" The Bible also says that with God nothing shall be impossible. The doctors have given their own report. But this is the report of the Lord: By the stripes of Jesus Christ you have been healed! That promise is sure and can be activated by your Faith in God and your confession. For whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. God can surely reverse your situation, Sir, because Jesus Christ has already paid the price for all forms of infirmities and diseases. |

The question is this, is Shehu right on this? Yes, he is! By the way, you need to work on your Grammar. This is what you should have typed: Shehu Sani could/would have done worse if given the opportunity. I rest my case! |

Iran sells gas N26, Libya, Venezuela etc sell less than N40. You'll not see the so called Nigeria government and their merchants talk about that but compare themselves to a tiny place like Hong Kong that sell over 2k because that's where their interest lie in doing same thing here Toh! |

Ire o Aketi omo akorogbo isale okini Very thoughtful and thought-provoking advice! But I have come to realize that anybody with a good heart suffers immeasurably in this world. From my own experience, 8 out of 10 people that I have treated with the utmost respect, kindness and financial generosity have paid me back with evil. Many of them have taken my kind nature for weakness. Hence, they treat with with great disdain. I have given out hundreds of thousands of Naira as loans, and many of the people would not even mention it again. They will not pay back. I have given hundreds of thousands of Naira as gifts to different people, but at the end of the day they would turn against me, when they ask again, and I tell them to wait a bit or collect a lower amount they asked for! Sometimes I wonder if it actually pays to be good in this world. |
Sports › Re: Why Multichoice Lost Out In Race For AFCON Broadcast Rights by obesse: 9:24pm On Jan 04, 2024 |
oz4real83: The good news is that a company is finally breaking multichoice's monopoly over sports in Africa, the bad news is that Nigeria and Nigerian companies are always no where to be found when issues like this are being decided, small countries and their companies decide while Nigeria, a supposed giant must obey decisions made by these tiny countries , if they decide that Nigerians won't be given access to watch afcon, the decision stands This is so true. It is such a shame that many of the so-called business moguls in Nigeria would rather invest outside the country because their sources of income are questionable. And those who do invest in Nigeria do so only when they can lobby the government to kill foreign competition for then, so that they can squeeze consumers dry; eg cement production and rice farming. |

cathodekazim: I'll advise nairalanders to be cautious of what they read here. A lot of people will start claiming what they aren't. Hard to save in this economy If you don't have a good paying job. I earn roughly 100+ in a month but hard to save 1 naira. I even spend more than my income monthly. Cost of living is crazily high in Lagos. How you want save self ( tfare, house rent, electricity, miscellaneous, feeding, children school fees etc. Let's stop lying abeg You cannot generalize based on your own experience. There are people who are making legitimate money as we speak. Some are even making more money than they used to before this administration. True, most people suffer as a result of the current economic situation, but some have become richer as a result of the same factors. For example, if you have a contract with a foreign organization (working remotely); you will get paid in US Dollars or British Pounds or Euros; but you will pay rent, school fees, transport fare, feeding expenses, etc in Naira. How will you not save money? |
