On a first date u want to maintain an unbiased view of ur date. sex does have the power to cloud ur judgment. before u know it u start thinking that theres something there when actually u just another P****sy down the line of others , then u are trapped in a web of yet another disastrous relationship .

Please stop getting sentimental over rubbish, what contribution do u think she will have at such a meeting? there is everything wrong in spending tax payer's hard earned cash on sending an A-grade novice to a meeting of such complicated nature especially when it is obvious that she is coming back with no tangible feedback.
Let her go and do some sight seeing instead, maybe pop in to see the von trapps instead of occupying space at the conference

A member of the Nigerian Islamist sect behind a deadly uprising in July has confessed to receiving military training in Afghanistan, police say.

The member of the sect known locally as Boko Haram and Taliban said he was paid $500 to do the training and promised $35,000 (£22,000) on his return.

The uprising in northern Nigeria left some 700 people dead, mostly militants.

If confirmed it would be the first proven link between Islamists in the oil-rich country and Afghanistan.

Local people called the group Taliban because of its radical beliefs.

For years Western diplomats have feared an al-Qaeda sleeper cell might launch attacks on oil infrastructure in Nigeria, which is an increasingly large supplier to the US.

The man, 23-year-old Abdulrasheed Abubakar, was paraded before journalists in the Borno state capital Maiduguri, where the sect was based and which saw the worst violence.

well the man has just bought himself his coffin ,he has made it so easy to get himself killed by his enemies or simply himself.   its only a matter of time when we will hear, that he was a great man of integrity and that his death is a loss to the country, then they will waste more money giving him a state burial

Well they might as well be taxed as they cant just be preaching endlessly about paying tithe or making contributions , with them doing absolutely nothing charitable with the money they get from their congregation but expand the church or mosques , i mean there is everything wrong in being surrounded by the kind of affluence that we see our so called preacher men being surrounded by in the midst of untold poverty.
They need to do the Gospel not just preach it

but the thing is we r not sure why she is not working , it could be that she actually is looking for a job and hasnt been lucky, in the meantime there is nothing wrong with the husband giving her the so called allowance or money for her upkeep, even if she were working there is nothing wrong with him giving her from time to time some money for herself.

i think their name , as silly as it may sound might just be what they need to get the attention they want, i mean i saw their name and i wanted to know what they were about, heard their song, loved them, got the album, one satisfied customer ---------------its actually a tactic in marketing.
i am very sure most people on nairaland have at least checked them out on youtube out of curiosity just cos of their so called NAME

u need to tell her without judging her , one cant be too sure of the cause of her body odour , suggest to her the easiest solution white vinegar and bicarbonate soda (baking soda) works like a charm , she needs to fight the bacteria causing the odour first.

Tell her to dab the vinegar in her underarm instead of any deodorant whatsoever, then she shld use the baking soda like how she would normally rub talcum powder, it gets rid of any smell ASAP.

That u have IT skill is a plus for u already  , all u need to do is find out what marketable skills there are at the moment, i will recommend SAP or project management etc. u need to stand out , doing an IT course again will just blend u in with the masses. u need to look into offering something unique.
i mean i have a degree and a masters but i got my present job becos of my project management practitioner certificate

Moreso having a degree is not  key to getting a job in nija anyway , so why waste time, resources and a good proportion of ur life  studying for a computing degree  again when u know that even the so called universities dat offer such courses might not even have the adequate facilities to tutor u and of course u have endless strikes to contend with.
