God bless you , post operative care is atrocious in this country, that critical period after the surgery and discharge where things like monitoring Vital signs, Pain control, Rate and type of intravenous fluid, Urine and gastrointestinal fluid output are usually done by less than qualified staff.
My father in law has just been discharged by one of the costliest hospitals in lagos with the worst bed sore i have ever seen and he was in the ICU for 4 weeks, just how did they miss it?

God bless you, the patients themselves should be the one tooting the horn of the hospital not the hospital officials, what the friend of the deceased did was to give a review of the treatment he got while he was there i.e his personal experience unfortunately they failed woefully on this day.

Nigeria’s hospital system is in absolute shambles. Everyone of the hospital staff whose negligence, was a proximate cause of the patient’s death, would have been sued or prosecuted if it happened in a more civilized clime.

Moreover, the fact that a hospital lacks oxygen warrants sober reflection on the so-called “learned” people who run the facility.
