You see it is important to stock take once in a while in relationship , so that you are sure that you both are still in the relationship so you know whether to continue investing or call it a day amicably .
From time to time Ask point blank are you still happy in this relationship? This is a very big question because the response will inform the next decision instead of investing heavily both physically, mentally,emotionally only to find out 6yrs later that he /she stopped loving you ages ago and vice versa.
A lot of relationships are lacking communication because it is only when you speak your mind that the other party knows what's up, speak your mind so that the other party doesn't assume things that are not there.its hard but damn speak your mind!!!!!!

yes but you must appreciate that procrastination is indeed a killer sometimes and for some people no matter how important something is they will procrastinate themselves into problem, some people don't appreciate the benefits of doing something with a sense of urgency, they are just so laid back and think there is always time.

so many people are married and are still lonely, are childless, are loveless, are penniless, are miserable and the worst thing some arent even getting any (if you know what i mean).

Marrying late is not necessarily a bad thing , i married at 36 and good lord i wouldnt have coped if i had married in my 20's , i realise now that i knew nothing then, right now i am a grown WOMAN ,i deal with things differently in a more diplomatic way than i would in my 20's, more patient, i am bringing more to the table , i am accomplished in my career and in my life in general, i now know my priorities and this helps me focus only on important things ,i went into marriage knowing myself as a human being, knowing how i want to be treated and how to treat a fellow human being.

while single it is important to educate yourself, improve yourself, read up, take time to fully understand who you really are so that you dont waste your years being someone else, dont waste your single years sleeping around and exposing yourself to all sorts .Your old age will reveal the kind of life you lived in your youth

Ask yourself will you marry YOU? i.e will you marry your type of person if you were someone else , start there

Use your single years to actually understand your OWN personality, a lot of people dont even know who they are , they have multiple personalities which confuses even they themselves , Find out what you actually like , write it out if it helps ? this will help you determine who you are most likely to get along with , whats your type? be realistic and honest in every way

This high blood pressure is no joke ,i feel everyone shld invest in a blood pressure monitor , they are inexpensive and really invaluable because high BP is the root cause of so many sudden deaths , it is no longer an old person's disease , younger and younger people are getting it, the thing just creeps on you and before you know it , e don happen.
it becomes important to know certain stats as you age , like blood sugar level, blood pressure stats, what do you weigh, what shld be your ideal weight, blood type etc
Cut down on excesses like Smoking, alcohol ,red meat, salt, stress all these contribute to high BP, although genetics and Family history of high blood pressure are just some of those causes that we have no control of , but the good thing is high BP can be managed

Normal: Less than 120 over 80 (120/80)
Prehypertension: 120-139 over 80-89
Stage 1 high blood pressure: 140-159 over 90-99
Stage 2 high blood pressure: 160 and above over 100 and above
High blood pressure in people over age 60: 150 and above over 90 and above

Lets lead healthier lifestyles and leave the rest to God

Usually in interview they go over all of this with you... Like can you lift 25kg? Can you stand for 35 mins? Can you lift pull. ...kg.

Then personal grooming, no tattoes (some employers) , piercings bla bla bla..

Most sympathizers with this Lady, I believe have let their feelings run along with them. Some will even make it out into a case of discrimination against blacks when in fact it is nothing of such. Most jobs have specs that include a strictly regimented style of outward appearance including the styling of the hair. If it was deemed that she failed on that front, the recruiters are left to decide her fate, which they have done. Besides it was mentioned in the feedback she got that she will not be able to satisfy their clientele with her appearance, once again the interest of the company won over hers. It happens all over the world. I'm sorry she lost a job but people lose jobs everyday because of the smallest of nuances or under-qualification. It's a cold world, if she can learn to adapt and stop playing victim, I am sure she'll make headway.

she didnt exactly apply to join the military and if this was a requirement then it should have been stated at the interview , the dress code should have been brought up if it was a key part of the job, not offer her the job first then make it conditional.
