people are wrongly accused often everywhere in the world but the diff is that if the man were abroad,he can seek justice and get compensation that can help him re build his life whatever is left of it but in naija u might as well remain in prison, there will be no provision made for him , compensation ni compensation ko |
the truth is as human beings we seek better conditions for ourselves and our family , for those who have managed to make something of themselves within Naija well done! for others like my very self who jumped ship sharp sharp when i couldnt take it no more and have managed to make it abroad well done too, not eveyone must remain in naija, not everyone must travel out , as long as we are happy whereever we are in the universe. Truth is i couldn't be happier where i am and anytime i go to naija for hols, i see people doing really well and i even consider moving back for 5secs, when i get back to England, i don't regret leaving AT ALLLLLLLLLLL. In fact i appreciate it even more when i get back , i have put in the hardwork here and it is paying , i dont see the need to move back in the name of patriotism (what does that mean even) . Life's too short i tell you , so for now i'll just stick to travelling to naija once in a while and continue to stock up on my lebara call cards |
two words for u mrs Akunyili aka PR manager Shut up! |
yes sir shina peters tuface is empty and u are full of dog poo |
HELL NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS, in fact i was moving with the spirit when I left and I thank God daily i did |
i'm sure it affects them, but the swanky apartment and sports car they got for their 21st birthday helps them recover pretty fast and they couldn't give a hoot nanny abt what their parents get up to. maybe some , but really very few would care abt things like reputation instead some will flaunt their surname regardless of the stories that might be floating around abt their parents. They couldn't care less really |
i totally love the fact that i wear jeans daily to work except when i have meetings of course my journey to work is about 15mins by tube, heaven i get to meet entrepreneurs daily , exciting i love the fact that i am appreciated for my hardwork my boss (who is the best in the world) thinks i'm amaaaaaaaazing , motivating i work a 35hr week i dont get paid for overtime but i can get time off work i can do any course or training and it will be paid for by the university My colleagues are just the best!!!!!! |
he does have a sweet smile, not bad looking and of he course that ripped body, Go Ken!!!! |
what are you on about mr poster ? even some Nigerians living in Nigeria lack insight talkless of NID, most of what we know about that country has either been experienced personally or heard about from Nigerians living in Nigeria. moreso what exactly have those who have the "insight" done with it so far? Nigeria really doesnt need the NID to anything at all, we are certainly outnumbered by NIN who are also educated and have the so called bleeding insight and have the advantage of proximity if the NIN who are directly affected by the problems in nigeria seem not to be able to do anything is it the NID that can? Keep your insight , thank you very much |
Very few if any UK universities will let u go straight into a masters degree prg u might have to do a PGD , u also have to watch out for credibility , make sure they are on the list for recognised universities in the UK not any bogus college , they have been clamping down on those for some time now , no refund on your money oh! alternatively dont bother with the UK (with all this cap or no cap on immigration palaver) , try canada or denmark ( they have schools that teach in English) expand your horizon , schools are far cheaper and cost of living is not as bad as the UK . Dont be discouraged though, not everyone gets it right the first time. |
who are we to say who is right for who, parents get it wrong too you know, you dont need to waste ur time trying to pry anything out of ur mom, counter whatever it is with prayer . GO FORTH AND BE HAPPY I BEG, HAPPY MARRIED LIFE IN ADVANCE!!! |
mr poster if u are serious about the girl and u want to marry her ,get permission frm her parents , u could speak to her mum first tell her ur intentions, that way it shows that you indeed have good intentions and dont want to sneek behind their backs . it shows respect , they'd love that and might even put in a word or 2 for u. u need their permission in my opinion because there is every chance that even if the girl agrees they won't, so better clear frm her parents first before embarking on any journey that would lead to heartbreak |
superwoman |
@makkajibbz i grew up in nigeria , but i cant speak my language fluently but i do understand it very well, that doesnt make me less Nigerian and as far as Nigerian pride goes, havent got a clue what that entails , surely to have the Nigerian pride ,there must be something to be proud about . |
Godbless you LadyT, it will be cheaper for them in the long run |
what rubbish values are they talking about that cant be learnt where they are? Strong Nigerian pride ? what a load of Bollocks, your friends husband is trying to run away from babysitter fees because thats probably his normal excuse for his family when they ask him to send money home . what he doesnt know is that when those kids are in nigeria they will scrape his head for him, they will demand heaven and earth all in the guise that they are looking after his kids and they want the kids to be comfortable , they need to renovate the room that they will stay in thus renovate the house, food nko, they wont be able to account for all the money they will have to send home in the end it will turn out to be the silliest move ever made by him by the way this happened to a friend of mine's older sister, the worst thing is that he couldnt challenge any money they were requesting because obviously it was for his little darlings my suggestion is that why don't they all move back to nigeria together for the 5years to learn the values as a family . Nonsense! |
what is there to probe my president ? that he plans to probe does not make it hurt less , why go through the hassle of probing when he could have easily stopped such an amount from being spent on absolute rubbish , meanwhile was he not aware that they were planning to spend billions like that celebrating their fathers and their mothers head? After all the noise , did Guiness book of record even acknowlegde the cake at all ? were they even invited to measure it , if they really wanted to do something useful , they shld have provided all the primary schools in Abuja with free breakfast of bread, egg and tea with the amount of flour, milk ,sugar, egg wasted on making such bull . mshweeeeeeeeeeeewwwwww |
Instead of admitting that it is the government that has failed the 6-3-3-4 system , he is blaming the system. Most people who passed through that system are doing excellently well despite the struggles . what is he on about really? if he likes bring 1-2-3-4 it will still fail . MR PHD holder instead of speaking grammer and bathing us in saliva , find out why the other countries that have adopted it are successfully implementing it and why it is working there and not in Nigeria |
@ agabaI23 thank you o jare for the correction |
Meldrick you have made it worse, so she is even a PHD holder and she can be as clueless as a hill billy |
of course it will work, truth be told the reason why some people would never allow their parents there is rather for selfish reasons i mean who will baby sit for them in the absence of their aged parents who have nothing better to do , if well organised, a retirement home is not a bad idea the ones here in the UK are not bad at all it gives them space to socialise with their mates talk about the good old days , play games, take on new hobbies, attend fitness classes, eat a well balance diet by people who know what people their age should be eating , they watch TV, they have a van that takes them to interesting places, they have away days, sometimes they are visited by school children who perform for them and they have adequate health care as they are visited by a health care workers , they even have hair dressers who come to visit to give free haircuts and hair dos from beauty schools and these people continue living basically . Some even do volunteer jobs at churches, charities , they have that sense of belonging even at their age, they are of course allowed to visit their family when they like In naija ,some parents dont even have their space and almost never leave the house and are literally stuck at home all day all in the name of that they are living wth their children , its not just eating food and sitting on the balcony that elderly people require ,they require many other things which some children really dont have the time to give. Thats why some itch to go back to the village where they are busy doing one or two things , attend meetings, church functions etc i volunteered at one in the UK, quite an amazing experience for me, i got to know the 82year old man and he was quite happy to stay there he said as he had made new friends, he even had a girlfriend, his kids used to come and see him with his grandkids. He had his well furnished room- self contained , filled with pictures and his basic stuff no hassles, absolutely no clutter and occupants used to visit each other, not bad at all |
"I started doing it just this month and I've slept with only two boys. There is nothing like ritual'' puke inducing, like that makes it less of a crime The parents of the boy who allowed their son to go live with him should be hanged as well |
surely there will be need to educate people on the benefits of using the bins, who knows that might be another 400m naira project, then another project to import the right kind of removal waste trucks to fit the bins another 2.8bn. Of course they would need to print Abuja on the bins this would cost another 800m naira and be done abroad of course because if done in naija there is every possibility that it wont last . Bunch of jokers mshewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
|
more reason to stay where i am jare!!! visionless dunderheads. These are things that shld be said in whispers so as to not let the world see how useles our government really is, so they mean they have done their research and absolutely no company in the whole of Nigeria can handle this ? why dont they import brains instead Honestly second by second its looking like there is no light at the end of this tunnel |
we are not even clear on the direction we are going, talkless of projecting our 10year needs, the only thing we are sure of at the moment is that clearly we are nowhere The need of the country will determine what jobs will be created and what skills will be needed to fill those jobs. Create more industries and improve the already existing industries first then the jobs will come 25 million jobs for a population of how many ? i wonder what kind of jobs? what sectors? what skills will be needed, what skills do we have at the moment ? meanwhile youth ,young people everytime young people the old people nko, they act like the old people have nothing to offer , surely Nigeria is everyone's responsibility. |
