As a lay man, i have considered this: Devaluation of naira: Genuine importers of raw materials will buy dollar at 350-400 naira, price of their finished good will increase. Purchasing power of everyone will drop. including the masses who dont deal with forex, BDC etc. What is the proportion of Nigerians that is affected by 1 dollar = 350 naira today compared to when naira is devaluated?? With the current regime, Every demand for forex outside genuine importers of raw matertials buy at black market (including those of us who buy cloths from Aliexpress, ebay etc..), including those who enjoy luxurious Dubai travels. Does the current regime affect Mr Salako who eats Garri (ijebu), Tomatoe (Kano), Onion (Sokoto), and Beans (Adamawa) and palm oil (Ondo)Does it affect the cost of taking the average civil servant from his house to workDoes it affect the cost of buying 1 bag of Dangote cement to continue his 2 bedroom bungallow Am sure tie and dye from Abeokuta or Aba made Jeans shoudnt be affected. So who are the real victims of this current regime of FX over-demand in the market?? My lay man perspective you may say........ |

You guys can keep d debate on or make money from this govt. Failure by using your money to buy dollar outside nigeria in countries like togo, benin rep, or ghana and sell in a mmonths or two months, the way things are now expect a dollar to exchange @ #400 before march this year, simply because no clear cut policy on the economy, crude price all time low since baba no want make we use treasury bill chop we go use him lack of economy policy hammer lolz quit apc,pdp blame game, a word they say is enough for the wise blessed be. |
Maybe maybe not hope buhari will not meet the shite leaders in uae and trade our boys up north for anti-corruption war FYI they need population (men) to wage war with iran and ISIS,guys travelling to UAE should be very careful cos iran would soon attack UAE, ajala abeg no go support UAE oooo buratia don kill shai any attempt to meet the sunnis leader there would amount to support, enough they say is for the wise lolz blessed be |

Brunel:to all man his own been a member of ROF has really made me a better person, wish the op all the best, but would also encourage young ppl out there to ''seek'' for the truth about life and it's core values become a member of ROF,MIST,SANCARA,AMORC, the goal is simplicity of life which has been lost due to our insatiable quest for wealth, fame, e.t.c blessed be. |
Brunel:am not jumping into conclusion op wanted to taste because his friend did? The wrong reason to do anything is to compare yourself to someone else, on a lighter note got calls from austrailia and newzealand wishing me happy new year and some ppl are saying the world is going to end when it is already 2016 in austrailia |

He only see what you report ot don't so always tell him the mistakes first before telling him of gain, profit or stides made when reporting this will cover for whatsoever mistakes made, |
braine:a thousand is an understatement army, they rape and kill first hand info they only show and tell you what to believe, in armed conflict casualty and usually down-played to prevent international sanction #eyewittness tiv, platuea and kaduna massacre. |
Sweetguy25:that moment when a nigerian pastor with police excort and bodyguards tell you he will open the gate of heaven for angels to protect u and ur family you better run mbaka should tell us how igbos shd ask him how nigerians should ask him how did buhari intend to fufil his promises naira is 270@ parallel market crude sell less than $45/barrel,the purchasing power of the masses has reduced nov/dec salaries have not been paid, busiiness, store owners are feeling the heat, mbaka why why why..... |
Pls stop looking for jobs the earlier you realise the better for u op you company will recruit soon what a lie (i presumed) nigerians should braze up for hard times am not a prophet of doom but just saying the reality on ground based on the economy of the country for now DIY how to make money from now till march 2016 if you have 20,000 now use it to buy dollars in any BDC and keep it by march 2016 1$ would be btw 290-310 now it @ 270 if you can take more risk and make more money. Blessed be |
