Man 56,to Serve 2,675 Years in Jail for Killing and Eating 23 Pizza Agents and 6 Jehovah's Witnesses



A man identified as Ivan Fedorovitch Yanukovych has been arrested by Houston Police. He has been charged for a crime bordering on cannibalism. He is believed to be directly involved in the mysterious disappearance of not less that 31 persons in the past ten years. He is charged for his involvement in killing and eating 23 Pizza Delivery Agents, 6 Jehovah's Witnesses and some postmen.

Information from Naija Pledge Website showed that Ivan Fedorovitch is a 56 years old man who lives with his mother, Anastasia Yanukovych who is 93 years old. A section of the apartment he lives with his mother has also been rented out to a student. He is said to be completely blending with the people of the community. And as a result of his jovial and social life with the people, he left no footprint of any suspicion that he is cannibalistic. He is said to have been involving in cannibalism for over ten years without being caught.




Having run out of his luck, the police arrived the scene of the incident and caught Ivan Fedorovitch red handed in the act. He was seen in his garage butchering a dead body. According to the police report, he was preparing a fat quantity of grounded meat from human parts. He mixed it with aromatic blend of spices. While being caught red handed, he admitted killing unsuspecting pizza delivery men from local restaurants, preying on several postmen and taking the lives of a number of Jehovah's Witnesses who might have called at his door to share gospel with him.

One of his neighbours, named Chief Jeff Buchanan told the news reporters that, Mr Ivan Fedorovitch would always invite his neighbours to come and watch football in his house. And upon hosting his neighbours, he would served them with a large portion of barbecues. He said that no one has ever suspected that Ivan Fedorovitch was a mass murderer. This was because he is always so friendly with everybody. Another neighbour submitted that, Ivan Fedorovitch was in charge of organising their yearly spaghetti dinner fundraising in the community for the past five years. And said he is bewildered over the fact that such an important person in the community could be involved in such heinous acts.


When contacted, brother Tom Duvall, a spokesperson for the local Jehovah's Witnesses organization expressed satisfaction over his arrest. He said that it is a big relief that more members of local congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses organization have not ended up in his belly. He was happy that the courageous witnesses of the local chapter of the organization are now feeling safe.

During his interrogation by the police, Ivan Fedorovitch tended to be regretful over his conducts against the innocent pizza delivery men and the postmen who were only going about their businesses. He was anything but remorseful over the killing of some Jehovah's Witnesses. He said that they were so annoying to him. He wished he had more opportunities to kill of of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Consequently, experts who analyzed the penalty for his crime believed that upon conviction, Ivan Fedorovitch will serve not less than 2,675 years of jail terms in prison. That is to say he will serve for more than two millenniums in prison.

If we take a closer look at how Mr Ivan Fedorovitch related with his neighbours and the community at large, it is possible to assert that, he has fed other people who went close to him with human meats. It is important that, we query every act of generosity that seems to be too good to be true. And one must be careful about the choice of one's associates.

Pls, people of this forum, good advice is needed from the legal gurus in the house.

A friend of mine is worried and needed what steps to take concerning this issue below:

He has a challenge pay his rent. This is due to the fact that the job he is doing doesn't bring in much. But he still try to balance up the arrears gradually. He pleaded with the landlord to accept the rent of 4 months out of 8 months and promised him that he would look for the remaining ASAP. This happened on early February this year and the landlord accepted. On 2 of March, this my friend received called to come to the human right Dept. in a police station.
On getting there, he was told that his landlord reported to them the he is owing a rent of a year. He became confused but latter explained to them how he just paid him for 4 months and that he's only owing for 4 months. The landlord was called to come to the police station to confirm but he said he's very far away. They agreed they will be called the following day.

The following day, there was no invitation. After a week, a 2 month quit notice was issued from the human right Dept to this guy that he must vacate the apartment by end of May or face serious legal action.
Now, the question is these:
1. Does human right dept issue quit notice on
behalf of landlord?
2. Is quit notice not supposed to be 6 months
from when it was issued irrespective of
whether the tenant is owing arrears or not?

Please, legal and sensible advice is needed.
