I assume the opera mini might be the problem. So I tried Uc browser. It gave me a comprehensive registration page, but I was refused permission to go beyond the 2nd step. I couldn't complete registration on either browser. So I gave up.

Use opera mini with the extreme mode turned off for a better experience or better still use Google Chrome on Android

Ensure that you enter in your correct card details and that there is a minimum of 500 naira in the bank account plus that you haven't done any international transactions exceeding 100 $ for the month

In truth there is a nationwide shortage of paper, but saying there is none is a lie. 64 pages is very much available, I believe they are forcing it down the throat of Nigerians to pay for 64 pages.

I just got mine yesterday. Applied same day and got it same day in abakaliki immigration office. Though I was at Enugu immigration office and they said no paper. it cost me a lot to apply and get it same day because in the end it comes down to man know man and your ability to shout.

For those requesting for a timer, I will like to say that time management is a big part of the exam. This is an online exam. You can improvise a timer. No timer will be provided. Believe me, adding a visible timer can astronomically increase the tension while taking the test. Let each candidate provide a timer for themselves.

You have 60 questions to be answered in 35 minutes.

However, I have added a feature such that you can skip questions you do not know simply by clicking on the arrows besides the number list. This will enable concentrate on the ones you know first. After finishing all the ones you know, you can go back to review any question you were unsure of. You can navigate back and forth with arrows. It will also now request that you submit your answers if you reach the end before time elapses.

If your time elapses while answering the questions, it will count only the ones you answered.

you are actually correct. Speaking from experience in writing CBT tests, skipping questions to answer it later in a timed exam is counter-productive. If you don't know it you guesstimate it and move on period.

the best he Can hope for at this stage is a second class lower. Assuming he had straight A's in his 400lev, that's a GPA of 5, add the 5 To 1.9 and divide by 2 is 3.45 which is 2:2
So it's not possible for him.
