Smh. This thread is not a mistake. Don't worry, I'm almost positive the man of the moment, Peter Obi, will come out and give a detailed explanation and clarification. |

Occurstaem: This is the lowest of the low coming from the OP. I always thought you're different.
Understanding the structure of English language sentences would have saved you from this embarrassment. Subject- noun or pronoun that performs the action or being described. Verb- Object-
Fuel subsidy is an organized crime, and I will remove it immediately...
Fuel subsidy is what is being described, hence the subject. I don't how to explain it to you so you can comprehend what Peter Obi was saying. Peter Obi has always said that Fuel Subsidy is a scam. This is because there is the "real fuel subsidy" and there is the "organized crime fuel subsidy". The cost for both are the same. So that implies that half of our sovereign wealth is being siphoned by the organised crime aspect of fuel subsidy. That is what he will remove on day one. That's a low hanging fruit he will take care of without consulting anyone labour unions or congress or his cabinet. The other he will deal with thereafter and he even said how he will take care of the other. Click on this link and watch the video: |

OfoIgbo: How are we sure you're not an Agbado trying to drag Peter Obi into Tinubu's mess.
Peter Obi always said he would remove subsidy asap, but however, that he was already in communication with organised labour and he would put something else in place to cushion the blow of the subsidy removal.
In Tinubu's case, we was not in talks with organised labour to negotiate a adequate compromise for the masses. He also did not put anything in place to cushion the blow Peter Obi will not remove the real subsidy asap. What he will remove from day one is the organised crime within the subsidy. Peter Obi is of the opinion that half of the subsidy money is organised crime. That, he will stop from day one. The genuine subsidy he will remove after due consultation with labour and after taking care of the possible effects of subsidy removal. Things like modular refineries, revamping production, education, Healthcare, transportation are what will help cushion the effect of subsidy removal. |

Raskimonojendor: The it is fuel subsidy.
Fuel subsidy is an organized crime, and I will remove it immediately...
He said he would remove fuel subsidy immediately. Don't try to be smart by half. Peter Obi said the fuel subsidy is a fraud. He said only half of the money spent as subsidy actually gets to Nigerians, the rest are siphoned off. That fuel subsidy (that is being siphoned) is what he will remove immediately. |

I find it very interesting that the APC Propagandist and even the PDP have resorted to misquoting Peter Obi in the quest to save the face of Tinubu. That goes to show that the powers that be are truly afraid of Peter Obi. That also tells us who the real opposition party is.....the Labour Party.
Now, to the issue. I noticed people are quoting Peter Obi tweet about Subsidy removal. I have read that tweet and nowhere did he said he will remove subsidy immediately he takes office. What he will remove immediately is the "fraud". Peter Obi believes that the amount we are spending on Subsidy is fraud as its the smugglers and cabals that are siphoning the subsidized fuel through our Ports. If you even noticed, he started with attacking the rascality going on in our Ports. He promised to immediately bring back sanity into our Ports, and that way he has succeeded in immediately dealing with subsidy fraud.
Of course he will eventually remove subsidy in its entirety but that will be after he has dealt with the fraud, and also after ensuring the refineries are working (this is including modal refineries by small and medium scale establishments) that he will remove subsidy in its entirety.
So those who are misquoting Peter Obi are being disingenuous. The beauty of it all is that Peter Obi is not shy from the Press and we have all heard him talk about Subsidy. So anyone who tries Propaganda will fail because we all have unfettered access to Peter Obi either through the Press or Social Media or even in person. |

If the collation from polling units up to the national centre was manually transmitted, collated and computed why should your existence depend on IRev.
Who feeds the IRev, you don't trust Inec but you trust what is on IRev, is it not what the inec agents snap and send to the Irev that it will show. Is it until we break peter obi head and put sense there that he will know the best form of authentication is the primary source of results .. Bvas can only check accreditations & over voting but the Eca08 paper is the valid authenticator here not Irev prints. The essense of IREV was to ensure transparency and nothing else. And that failed woefully. The only reason Obi is mentioning IREV in the tribunal is to prove the election wasn't transparent. Obi is using the Result Sheet and BVAS to prove he won, and not using IREV. |

INEC adhoc staff were mostly NYSC Youth Corp Members. While going through some result sheets on IREV, the following result sheets (see attached picture) revealed that some of our Corp Members are "olodo". You would expect the Corp Members to be well educated as they purportedly graduated from tertiary institutions.
Picture 1: The INEC adhoc staff is writing 8 as "eate" instead of eight. Writing 88 as "eate ete" instead of eighty eight. And writing 187 as "one eate seven" instead of one hundred and eighty seven.
Picture 2: The adhoc staff wrote 57 as "fivety seven" instead of fifty seven. Writing 46 as "fourty six" instead of forty six. And writing 100 as "one hundret" instead of one hundred.
Picture 3: The INEC adhoc staff wrote 207 as "two zero seven" instead of two hundred and seven.
What do you have to say about this sorry situation?

Education › Re: 25% Requirement: Solve This Mathematics Word Problem by Obinoscopy(op): 12:52pm On Apr 20, 2023 |
Trustworthiness: Different people will have different approach in solving the equation. However, in relation to the 2023 election and status of FCT in terms of declaration of the winner of the presidential election, we should be concern of what the interpretation given to the section of the constitution or the law. In the past, had all the elected president won Abuja before they were declared winner of the presidential election? This is how law is implemented. In your question, why did you give all the 36 state 100 and FCT 120? You should give them all 100. From there people can calculate the minimum percentage required to win the presidential election. So, your question is wrong for making the 36 states 100 and FCT 120 instead of 100 for all, to assume as 100% voting. In the past all Presidents had gotten 25% in Abuja. This is the first time a winner is not getting 25% in Abuja. Regarding the question, the reason I used 120 for Abuja is to see if 120 must be used in the calculation or not. Remember the question says to calculate the LEAST number of appliers. So if that's the case, since other States have a lesser number of appliers, is it mathematically okay to exclude Abuja when determining the LEAST number if appliers? That's the rationale for using a slightly higher number for Abuja. |
