otokx: This is common practice in Nigeria na, 4000 is not a bad deal for a town like Enugu. They normally give free t shirts and transport to and from the venue.This shows failure in leadership and the extent of poverty How cheap can they get? I'm sure you will be adding some more incentive to at least 25k to get mobilize people in the SW to do that It's even more shocking when you hear voters card being sold for 5k |
