What decision exactly? The figures make it obvious that 90% igbo voted for Obi while 57% Yorubas voted for Tinubu. The figures make it obvious too that Obi won in Lagos. I live in Ikorodu, Lagos meaning that my family contributed votes for Obi. Obi also won in the Southern part of Nigeria meaning that if it was south alone, he would be President today. So what decision are you talking about exactly? Was it Yorubas that went to North to vote for Tinubu where he beat even Atiku with wide Margin?

Tinubu did not beat Atiku with wide margin in the North. I even doubt if Tinubu defeated Atiku in the north.
Note that Atiku won 5 out of 6 states in his north east region.

Tinubu only defeated Atiku in north central where he won 4 states and Atiku did not win any .
If Tinubu has more votes than Atiku in the north, it will be marginal
