Thnx. |
Congrats. |
Promxy94:They've been bought. Many Thanks. |

Jamescool2:Ooh - I get... (Properties) would fall under the real estate niche... There's also realty, realtor, etc. Sometimes, if you think about it, it doesn't hurt to "niche-down" on any given keyword... Congrats on your sale... More sales to us! |
Congrats on your sale... Please care to share the matrices you used in acquiring this domain? |

He said it is an inbound... (Meaning no outbound marketing was done on his part). The buyer hit the BUY button and asked him not to disclose the name. |
Congratulations to the sellers of .....$800 & ....$250 |
... Wishing us a successful week! |

Belbis:@CokeBar .... Tested and trusted. Search for her on the Nairaland exchanger page |
Gpexchange:A very lovely ROI ... Impressive sale! Congratulations sir... |
Rankett:My thoughts exactly! Spot-on Boss! |
Neutral15:Hi... - Import lead on Dan - Email him that a confirmation email has been sent to him from the broker handling the transaction. - Emphasize that: as soon as he confirms the email, the process of transferring the domain's ownership begins... Also emphasize that you do not get paid until the transfer of the domain has been concluded. *** If he accepts the import lead, Dan would automatically follow-up with him periodically - untill he makes payment. Congratulations in advance! |
Learner47:Thanks! Sadly, everything is manual for me...I'm old-school like that. Leads source: internet (Google/Bing/FB/LinkedIn/Twitter) Like I stated earlier - I'm still learning the ropes in this craft. I do believe automating some processes would be helpful (as it would save time/effort). |
oskylabs:Join and follow all things domaining on social media...(you'd get loads of inspiration) Subscribe to newsletters/mailing lists/etc - on niches that interest you... By doing so, you stay informed (and who knows - might stumble on a gem) ***Judging from my sales report you can tell these are under the Realestate niche. I know of folks whom their "bread&butter' is the Law/Legal niche... There's also Finance & Tech... Simply put, pick a niche(s) and stay very informed in it... I believe every other thing would fall in place. I'm nowhere close to being a guru in this craft. I'd urge you to always stay informed and be creative (some of my sales leveraged on what I saw other domainers doing/selling... ) Oh - also, there are web platforms that help you coin names (NameStall.com - is one) Figure out a system that works for you, and perfect on it... |
Sales report: Hold time: between 1-2 months Method: Outbound (and follow-ups) All names were coined. Special thanks to NLer Jamescool2 and each of you for the insights and guidance... May God continue to bless our efforts!

Apologies for the late reply...(24hrs seems insufficient these days) ** I can only do outbound phone calls at the request of the client (enduser). For me - this gives a basis for my conversation. Best wishes & more sales to all of us. Famundpropertie: |
Hope you were able to resolve this... Famundpropertie: |
I have used @Cokebar She's reliable and trustworthy... Just Google "Cokebar + Nairaland" to locate her... PS : You'd need to show proof that it is a legit transaction sha! Verify the authenticity/credibility of anyone offering you this service (e get why!) MostImportant: |
Hi... Any Zelle exchanger available? Please he/she must be willing to do escrow. Thanks. |
sammyrollo:From time to time, check here: https://tldes.com/com |
Greenscientist:For me, if I've done my research and vetted my assumptions - I take a decision (without looking back)...and live with the consequences - period. This approach might not work for you - but I'd advise you seek out what works for you & apply it... There isn't really a 'right' or 'wrong' answer/approach to some of these questions... Find a system that works for you and stick to it... (Improve & modify it as you grow in the process). |
Greenscientist:It depends on the context...from my newbie experience, NY - State NYC - City Now, depending on the niche/keyword - you'd decide if the ideal mix should be city or state. Some niches do well on a city-level, but wouldn't be appealing on a state-level... NYCPlumber//king (would be ideal for a business who's core focus is in the city of New York) NYPlumber//king (I personally don't like the name/mix) but - would be for businesses who's focus is across the state of New York. *** Using "abbreviations" in some cases might not work to your favor...Some cities are known by their abbreviated versions (example: OKC - Oklahoma ...LA - Los Angeles...) But, this doesn't make the abbreviated version better than the unabbreviated... Use good judgement. Don't "gamble" ... Unless you feel its absolutely necessary. Wishing us best of luck... |
bologzy:Send the enduser a fresh email. Title the email: "The Domain Acquisition Process for xxxxx.com). (Edit Accordingly) Hi, Hope this email finds you in good health. The domain acquisition process is pretty straightforward... 1.) I've placed the domain for you with a reputable domain broker (www.dan.com) - the broker insures your funds and protects you from any form of loss ... They insure the transaction from start to finish. They have over 4000 positive reviews/feedback online: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/dan.com The broker is also a subsidiary of GoDaddy -(the world's largest domain registry) 2.) We have asked the broker to contact you via email with the $x,x x x offer... I don't get paid until you confirm that you have recieved complete ownership of the domain... Kindly let me know if you have any questions... Awaiting your response. Warm Regards, xxxxxx xxxxxx |
Countdown to 2023 ... May God bring all of us good tidings! |
kennypoka2:Thanks for the favorable feedback sir. I remain grateful & loyal... Wishing us many more sales! |
