I am giving you 20 reasons why we will vote for Jonathan 1.SECURITY We will vote President Jonathan because, Security Wise he has performed creditably well, Just imagine the well organised APC/CPC orchestrated Boko Haram Onslaught against the state meant to distract the president. Today Security is Better thanks to the President and his multi facet approach 2.FDI We will vote for Jonathan because Our country is today the NUMBER ONE DESTINATION for FDI . Despite the Boko haram and puppet Media onslaught on the administration ,GEJ has attracted more FDI in 2 years than OBJ did in his whole 8 years of globe trotting. Almost 19 % Of all inflow into Africa in 2012 came To Nigeria. 3.RICE The Rice Revolution that is currently sweeping the Nation is a project of the GEJ administration, new Rice mills are today scattered all over the country thanks to a president that knows what to do . 2014 will see the disappearance of the thai chemically preserved rice for the fresh and ready to eat Nigerian parboiled rice including dangote Tin tomatoes 4. COCOA RETURNS When last was was cocoa mentioned in Nigeria ! farmers abandoned their farms for other businesses . The story is different today , as at Nov 2013 Cocoa , became the 2nd highest non export earner after Oil thanks to the cocoa Seeds and development initiative of the fed Min of agriculture. Even forbes sabi the man 5 ROADS . ABC transport in a recent advert in the dailies, agreed that the roads are far better and encouraged passengers to travel by road. The impact of the Jonathan's administration on roads Bridges is so Glaring From the Benin -Ore , to Lokoja -Abuja , from Kano -Maiduguri , to East west Road , Numerous bridges are scattered all over the rain forest and the savannah courtesy of the Road Master and Bridge builder President Good Luck Jonathan ,Why won't I vote for him ! 6.RAIL , in two decades your types did not see reasons why our rail lines should be resuscitated, this man came and in less than 2 years the abandoned Kano -lagos line one of the most important route in the NRC lines is back on stream full swing after 18 years! With air -conditioned coaches and full entertainment at a price almost next to nothing , president Jonathan has offered the poor and less privilege in the society an opportunity to experience first class service under his administration. By 2014 all rail line across the country would have been connected to each other and you don't want me to vote this man . Allah ya kiyaye 8. ASSU strike : the president held the longest Meeting in his Political career ,murdering sleep and to ensure that our Brothers and sisters return to Class. ASSU only returned to class when the wind blew their Hidden agenda open , a Politically Motivated strike was what we experienced in 2013 ,the president has shown him self a worthy Negotiator and a leader who is willing to use the stick when the need arises ! That is why we will vote for him again 9. UNIVERSITIES 12 Brand New Universities 9 of them in the North. Those who accuse the president of Non performance are most times Blind or recalcitrant politicians that have refused to see the good taking place in the land! With 12 brand new Universities and scholarship for all first class graduate and lectures who want to pursue PHD ,the president will not only be voted again for a second term he will win by a wider margin Insha Allahu . 10.CASSAVA The Lagos state Govt just commissioned a cassava flour mill to take advantage of the cassava initiative of the FG policy on cassava , several other companies are investing heavily to promote the cassava bread project, our wheat imports are down , and our farmers have started smiling and you say we should reject this man Tufiakwa! 11. AUTO POLICY Innoson motors IVM, Nissan,Hydai Daewoo are in Big time With the kind of Money Toyota makes in Nigeria that company should have a plant in this country , forget that infrastructure trash, Innosson and Nissan have made nonsense of that rhetoric , This President is the first president to insist that Nigerians must get value for their consistent patronage ,why will toyota manufacture in SA and ship over 50% to us, NO With the support of the presidents new policy on Auto most families will stop leaving large on Tokunbo and start taking delivery of new vehicles . Thanks a Visionary President. 12. PHCN After several attempts to privatise the entity , President Jonathan has finally done it . From Nnewi to Owerri from Abuja to Lokoja , from warri to port-harcourt , from sokoto to kano , improvements in power supply is gradually being felt , Nigerians are not stupid they will make the Right choice 13. Minimum Wage Its easy to forget that President Jonathan introduced the New minimum wage ,structure Civil servant are enjoying that package today. Sorry they will vote for him 14 FOI , Your pay masters in the APC controlled states have thrown the Freedom of information ACT into the trash can, Even Fashola an SAN who should know better has chosen to thread the part of thieves when information regarding internally generated revenue figures are sought ! But that is a piece of legislation that these administration is proud of ! 15.Press Freedom , even thought these right has been consistently abused by people like you who publish nonsense, the administration has remained steadfast, humane and undisturbed by on-line puppets and newspaper ''yaro Boys'' GEJ till 2019 16 ELECTORAL REFORMS Jega is cleaning up INEC, our elections are better organised today ,we are not yet there, but we can comfortably say we were better than we were yesterday . These sincerity of purpose is a product of a GEJ powered reforms 17 Health Building and equipping hospitals have been one of the top priorities of the Jonathan Administration, Maternal mortality rates are falling thanks to the SURE-P midwives programme, our doctors today are well paid, our Nurses are among the well renumerated and our hospitals are better equipped ! As such we will not let GEJ go until 2019!Gbam 18 . DEFENCE PROJECT One would have expected the that with the crisis the armed forces are tackling they would not have time for innovation, But Under GEJ the armed forces are Building Home made drones , Home made worship, tanks and artillaries this is unprecedented in the history of our country 19.YOU WIN For the first time in these country Young entrepreneurs are been challenged to achieve their dreams Thousands have received grants to power an existing project or give life to a new idea ! And you want these young people to abandon light for Darkness. Hell No 20 . AIRPORTS Even the devil will marvel at the transformation at the airports, simultaneous transformation of our gateways is a feet never be for attempted or matched by any government . Today we celebrate clean terminals , passenger friendly airports with state of the arts facilities . The transformation and the diffusion of Fresh Air has only began ,Cramjones needs to Visit an opthamologist if he can not see the Good in the land We pledge our allegiance to President Goodluck Jonathan and we reject in totality the thieves that continue to Siphon Lagos IGR through the back door GOD BLESS NIGERIA Oche Otorkpa (MNSM) |
Pound for Pound No leader past and present can match the achievement Of President Jonathan , No amount of campaign of columny can stop the People president from a well deserved second Term . GOD BLESS NIGERIA |
There is no Need creating another thread to lunder an already Damaged Brand! 1 Fashola did very well in his first time becos he used the funds available to him wisely but Tinubu was not happy and that almost ccost him his second term ! 2 how can we explain that a state with the highest Federal infrastructure in Nigeria , a monthly IGR that equals some state annual Budget yet Mass Housing that the Palestinians have mastered in their small enclave has eluded this guy for 7 ears. 3 . Building a suspension Bridge for al already over pampered elite when 80%. Of your inner city roads filled with mud and gutter is a complete SHAM 4. Pipe borne water is a Basic amenity , Majoriity of Lagosians including most likely the Op use boreholes or wells , when the whole of Lagos state is almost surrounded by water is a shame . 5 . Demolishing peoples houses and rendering them homeless without offering opportunities or alternative is another area Fashola appeared to be getting a lot of things wrong, I don't believe shanties should be promoted but the Brazilian model of upgrading slums should have been explored instead of taking land from the poor and giving samr to the rich who build estate whose rent is equivalent to their 3 years salary. 4. Governance is not about planting flowers and painting bridges , its not about giving LASTMA the powers to humiliate citizens it about the Provision of Basic Amenities like Schools ,Pipe Borne, water. Roads etc 5 with what lagos Generates it is a crime for Lagos to be the most Indebted State in Nigeria but that it the story today, Fashola has to give Tinubus IGR consultants almost half the noney as such there is No money for dev project as such he has no choicet but to borrow . Fashola is a Good man ,but Bad men placed him there, his political future depends on whether he responds , that I the sad reality Lagosians must live with |
Tstark: I bet you were on the island when you were there last month right? That's really the only place where fashola has actually done anything tangible. His policies basically cater to the rich and high-brow areas of Lagos. Take a drive on the new bridge connecting ikoyi to Lekki, then go to shomolu, and you will find yourself wondering if those two areas are in the same country not to talk of the same state.God Bless you my brother! You have spoken well sentiments aside |
Honestly ,I have always insisted that Fashola is a disappointment for the following reason 1. With an IGR of Over 20 billion monthly this man has only succeeded in making the rich in lekki et al more comfortable at thesame time chasing slum dwellers and allocating the plots to burgiose ! 2 . Jakande estate and other blueprint he left behind would helped in alleviating the huge housing deficit. 3. I love the suspension bridge its beautiful but sincerely u don't waste such huge sums for elites when over 80 percent of your inner city roads is in sham 4 few locations in lagos can boast of pipe borne water , most lagosians depend on wells and boreholes yet lagos is surrounded by water this is a misnomer ! 5. Governance is not about planting flowers and painted bridges yes it does make the city beautiful. but in reality its a cosmetic work meant to deceptively sway public opinion while Tinubu and his cronies milk Lagos state dry! Pls don't Blame Fashola its not his fault he is a good man with a Bad Oga !!! |
1wolex85: Thank you o! Not sure, but I think even atiku won. Can you imagine the guy saying gej will win ekiti as if it is a given. Yet is saying pdp will win 30 percent in buhari's state. I think gej has a slight advantage but some of that guy's analysis is total rubbish. Tinubu will surely rig lag for apc's candidate if he needs to, the same way he did for atiku in2007 except he makes another deal with gej like 2011.Don't worry we will Confine him and his Foot soldiers to their bedrooms till the votes are tallied . GEJ till Nigeria is fixed |

Several members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State, over the weekend defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The move by the defectors, was with a resolve to help the ruling party in the state maintain its leading position in the forthcoming general election. A member of the State House of Assembly representing Gboko East Constituency, Dehiin Dzuayi, who led the defectors, said they were no longer comfortable with APC due to the party’s inability to chart the right course for its followers. Nigerian Eye reports: Governor Gabriel Suswam in his speech while receiving the returnees on behalf of the PDP assured them of equal treatment, stressing that they would not be discriminated against by old members for taking the right step to abandon the APC. “We will treat you equally. The party will never abandon you”, he pledged. Suswam who boasted that the PDP would continue to rule Nigeria and Benue State also promised to construct the road linking Gboko Local government Area to its neigbouring Gwer West. www.ynaija.com/apc-members-dump-party-for-pdp-in-benue/?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter |

Adamawa: Buba Marwa, Others Shun APC Leaders Meeting To Settle Crisis https://newswirengr.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Buba-Marwa-206x300.jpg Since the defection of Adamawa state Governor, Murtala Nyako to the All Progressives Congress, the state chapter of the party has witnessed a political crisis rocking that threatens its formation ahead of the 2015 election. The party held its first State Interim Committee meeting to settle issues relating to the defection of the State Governor Murtala Nyako from his former party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) PDP into APC. Recall the leadership of the APC had handed over the chapters of the party to the governors that defected the PDP, but that decision hasn’t been favorable to long time members.. Hence the need by the party to call for a meeting to settle the differences. But the said meeting is being presided by a party to the dispute, who happens to be the Adamawa governor, Murtala Nyako. The meeting held at the Dougirei Government House Yola was attended by notable party chieftains, including the former Presidential Candidate of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and former State Minister of Defense under the Government of National Unity Abdurrahaman Abbah. But some chieftains of the party who are members of the State Interim Committee, including former Military Governor of Lagos state General Buba Marwa, Hajiya Fati Balla, Engineer Markus Gundiri, Hon Titsi Kwaga Ganama, Hon. Haske Francis Hananiya, Barr. Boss Mustapha and Mr. Vincent Musa were conspicuously absent at the meeting. The North East Interim National Vice Chairman of the party Dr. Umar Duhu when contacted for comments on why some notable members of the committee were absent during the meeting, confirmed sending invitation to all the members of the Interim Committee but noted that some members simply and deliberately refused to attend. What will become of the APC in months to come will be determined by the peace talks by the leadership and the worrying parties in the state chapter. http://newswirengr.com/2013/12/29/adamawa-buba-marwa-others-shun-apc-leaders-meeting-to-settle-crisis/ |
LIE !!!!!!!! These APC Guys never cease to amaze us, an associate of the president, a known friend of Bakare gives him a gift, Becos he wants to score cheap political points for his Boko Haram associates he drags the President into an informal interaction between Friends ! Next time their wives get pregnant the president might be implicated , to the APC the president is always guilty even before he is charged ! |

Best wishes to every one |
The General Overseer of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Primate Babatunde Ayodele has emerged with more details on his predictions for 2014. Ayodele who recently said the PDP will rule in 2015 but Nigeria would divide has also released prophesies surrounding the economic, political, sports, aviation, climate sectors in the country. The General Overseer started off by urging all Nigerians to fast and pray from the 1st to the 3rd of January 2014 begging Nigeria to take cover in prayers. According to Nigerian Eye, read Ayodele’s predictions for 2014. Economy Concerning the year 2014, I will advise every Nigerian to take time and be prayerful for the country and for themselves from the 1st to 3rd of January, 2014. This is for God to prevent imminent dangers ahead of the nation and economy. Let us take it from here. I don’t see anything happening in the Nigerian economy. I see debts everywhere- our crude oil, foreign reserve, and all. States will be in debt, the Federal Government will be in debt and Nigeria will be planning to go borrow money. So, the government has to be very careful not to be grinded by these debts. Prices of food will increase drastically and flour will be scarce and very expensive. Corruption too will be more prevalent because this government lacks the power to fight it. Fighting oil theft will also pose a major challenge and Nigeria will beg America to support her in the fight. The price of petroleum will increase as well. There will be too much of troubles concerning kerosene. Sea pirates will dominate the waterways and the African Union, AU, will form a common security to monitor our seaways. Various organisations such as the Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGASSAN, and The National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, NUPENG, will be embarking on industrial action almost at the same time. Again, power supply will be unstable until 2015, 2016. I also see ocean surge in Lagos. Sponsors of Boko Haram will be exposed as well. Very importantly, let us be very watchful so we don’t have any border crisis. Polity Like I’ve always said, President Goodluck Jonathan’s second term is dicey. He will start some political abracadabra in order to gain his second term which will be characterised by so much of negotiations. He will have to cajole and beg a lot of people; he will also beg Obasanjo. What Nigerians see now is only a tip of the iceberg of the clash that will come between Obasanjo and Jonathan. In the process of Jonathan’s negotiations, the offices of the Vice President, the Chief of Staff and the Secretary to the Federal Government will be affected. When he eventually succeeds through negotiation, some of these governors who moved to the All Progressive Congress, APC, will return back to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Tukur will be removed. At the same time, I want to tell you that when Jonathan eventually gets his second term, there will be crisis. Also, another person will be shopped by the PDP to take over from Jonathan, but like I said, through negotiation and begging, he will get the second term. Jonathan might be the last president of PDP to rule this country, anyway. He also has to be prayerful and watchful so he doesn’t lose his wife, the First Lady of the country. I also see shake-up in the cabinet and ministers being removed and replaced. The Ministers of Petroleum and Aviation will also be seriously probed. Some people might not like theses prophecies, but that is not my problem because I am speaking as God has directed me. Lagos politics An unknown man will rule Lagos State. Nationally, APC has accommodated traitors and betrayals. It is not yet time for the party to rule this country. However, if they really want to rule, they have to struggle and pray very well to get the right candidate. They must be watchful so that their party is not used for negotiation Sports, aviation, climate Nigeria will try their best in the World Cup but I do not see them in the semi-final or final. Let us be very watchful in the aviation sector so that pilots will not go on strike. Also, there will be air turbulence in some of our airports such as in Lagos and Abuja. We also must be watchful so that there won’t be any air crash. I however see reforms in the aviation sector.Let us pray very well so that this growing climatic condition will also not cause mourning for this country. www.ynaija.com/how-jonathan-will-get-second-term-as-president-primate-ayodele-reveals-what-to-expect-in-2014/?utm_content=bufferf8046&utm_source=buffer&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Buffer |
Seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher has been injured in a skiing accident in Meribel, France. The German 44, who retired from Formula 1 for the second time at the end of the 2012 season, has been taken by helicopter to hospital in Grenoble. "I do not know the severity of the injury," the director of the ski station told French radio station RMC. "The police are currently conducting their investigation into the origins of the fall." He added: "We do not know yet if it happened on a piste or off-piste." More to follow. www.bbc.com/sport/0/formula1/25542340#TWEET997932 |

Time for an Ethical Revolution on Social Media. By Reno Omokri Social Media and the technologies that drive it were intended to be a force for social good that expanded the individual's reach beyond his physical proximity. However, over the years since the emergence of the medium many of its users are beginning to see a negative side of its use amongst young people which must be addressed otherwise it will lead to an erosion of core societal values. As a youth and young adult, many of those in my age bracket learnt the art of reading people's non verbal communications or body language by practicing whole body listening and it helped us grow from self awareness to awareness of others and from self management to relationship management. But today, many young adults are unable to develop these vital skills because more of their communication are done over social media. Youths have learnt the art of reading the keypads of an iPhone or blackberry device without looking at it and can even Instant Message a friend while driving without looking at the keypad. The non verbal language they read meanings to are emoticons. Psychologists have written that a youth's social and emotional maturity derives from physical contact and conversation he or she has with everyone he encounters in the course of growing up. We are told that these interactions even help shape brain development and stimulates the parts of the brain that regulates empathy and morality. The less of these kinds of interactions they have the less their ability to empathize. And so, gradually, our children and young adults are losing the art of relating and gaining the skill of communicating. Relationships teach the growing child how to empathize-that is to understand and share the feelings of another person. Since one on one relationships are giving way to social communications via devices that don't require physical proximity, many young persons are growing to be adept at written communication skills and are missing out on other levels of communications that help them empathize with the other person. I never knew the level of this problem until this year. Even though the Social Media age has led to a massive reduction in attention span such that what happened yesterday is old news, some people may still remember that some high profile public figures had health scares this year. First, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd), a former military Head of State had to go on an extended medical trip to Europe sometime in 2013. Everybody is subject to ill health. It is part of being human. But imagine my surprise when young persons on Social Media who were on the other side of the political divide from that to which the General subscribes to began to celebrate his ill health and wishing him the worst. I was appalled. I know that politics is war by other means, but even in war you don't attack the sick. The Geneva convention expressly makes it a war crime to attack a hospital or any place where people are being treated. I wondered to myself, where is our humanity? I have never liked Muhammadu Buhari's brand of politics, but I am able to separate him from his politics and I respect him for the consistently loyal following he is able to command in certain parts of the country. He is first and foremost a human being and Jesus taught us that we do not have to like our neighbour but we do have to love them and to love a neighbour is to wish for them what you wish for yourself. And then in November of 2013 President Goodluck Jonathan was slightly indisposed while attending the Honorary International Investors Council in London and the presidency very proactively informed Nigerians and gave them up to date information on the president's state of health. And this time, those on the other political divide unleashed their arsenal. Without a shred of sympathy for the humanity of the president, a certain website known for the most sensational headlines went to town with obvious lies about the president. Egged on by certain ex government officials who themselves have been recipients of the president's empathy when they suffered recent loss, some young persons took to social media platforms to disparage the president even wishing him the worst. And then some weeks ago, the news of the proposed bill to jail those who libeled others and incited the public on social media for seven years was at the fore front of the media. The reaction to this proposed bill on social media was an indication that the medium is in dire need of a moral compass. By virtue of the position I hold, I was the recipient of the angst of many opposition leaning young people. They accused me and the presidency of attempting to muzzle opposition via a bill they considered as draconian. Articles disparaging the federal government were written within the space of a few hours of the bill coming to light and no indecent word was spared. But after it came to light that the bill which they considered obnoxious was in actual fact the brain child of an All Progressive Congress senator, Olugbenga Kaka, these same youths switched and maintained social media silence. Their criticism ceased and their anger was stifled. Very soon, the issue died a natural death. It became obvious that these opposition leaning youths, egged on by those who have come to be known as 'overlords' thought they had a potent political weapon against the ruling party and when the issue backfired their hypocrisy was exposed. They have no moral compass and cannot be counted upon to resist injustice no matter who perpetrates it. Their ethics are situational and depends on who is involved. After watching these scenarios unfold and countless others, it became clear to me that many young people are clueless about how to interact with a flesh and blood human though they are proficient in the art of communicating with a digital person they cannot physically see, feel and touch. In the military, soldiers are taught how to dehumanize the enemy so that they can fight them. They are taught not to see them as human, but to see them as the enemy, the villain, the reason you are in the trench rather than at home with friends and family. It is this dehumanization that gives many a soldier the Dutch courage to do to opposing soldiers what they would never have thought themselves capable of doing. I think that Social Media, especially in the hands of unscrupulous politicians has succeeded in dehumanizing public figures to many of our youths so that they see those on a political divide other than the one they support in perhaps the same way as they see a target in a video game such as Mortal Combat. Why else would some young persons join an obviously bitter man in mocking a man who is praying to his God or erupt in choreographed celebration over the news that a governor has been involved in a car crash? So, what is the solution to this loss of empathy and a moral compass that is festering amongst our youth on Social Media? I think it is time for responsible adults who command any considerable following on Social Media to use whatever influence they have to introduce ethics into their use of Social Media. This will have a pyramid effect. If young people see that their celebrities as well as political and cultural icons are guided by a code of ethics which restrains them and keeps them from engaging in actions that are repugnant to the morals they had while growing up in the real world, the ripple effect would eventually reach them and in time lead to a paradigm shift that curbs some of these behaviors I have just described. So, what would this ethical code be? As one who has read from both The Holy Bible and The Qur'an, I propose that we begin with a principle that both books teach. In Matthew 7:12, Jesus introduced the famous Golden Rule "do to others what you would have them do to you". In one of the most well known hadiths of prophet Mohammed (SAW) he said “None of you [truly] believes until he wishes for his brother what he wishes for himself”. I suggest that this Golden Rule should be imbibed by all celebrities as well as Political and Cultural icons on Social Media. And how would it work? Life on earth is a duality. In most cases, you are faced with an either or situation. For instance, you either supported President Goodluck Jonathan in the last presidential election in 2011 or you supported another candidate. So, let's say for instance that you supported candidate Buhari. In that case, what you don't wish for Buhari, don't wish it for President Goodluck Jonathan and vice versa for those who supported candidate President Jonathan. For further example, you don't have to wish for the success of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP if you support the All Progressive Congress, APC, however, you do have to restrain yourself from celebrating say an unfortunate accident that befell a governor just because he is PDP and you are APC. Let's shift away from the politics of bitterness in favour of the politics of betterness. Let's discard our arsenal of insults and abusive words in favour of an arsenal of ideas and strategies. If those at the top of the pyramid can check themselves along these guidelines, Social Media can become once again the force for social good that it was designed to be and empathy and a moral compass can once more thrive amongst our young people as it did when some of us were ourselves young adults. The youth are the Vanguard of our future and if you as a celebrity or political/cultural icon don't feel the need to help cleanse social media of this malaise, it could be your turn tomorrow. Nobody knows tomorrow, so you do not have to wait until it happens to you before you take corrective action. As for those elders who stoke such divisive and inhuman tendencies on social media, they may choose to continue feeding the habit of hatred and bitterness, but as has been said time and again, hatred and bitterness are futile for the same reason that it is futile to consume poison and hope that it will kill your enemy. By the time they realize how much damage they have done to their reputation it will be too late. Let us hope however that these drowning men do not take gullible youths down with them even as discerning youths know that they never courted them when the going was good for them politically. B. Reno Omokri is Special Assistant to the President on New Media.

Nashville: OcheJoseph, I see you are their latest recruit.Am waiting for the courts to declare those seats Vacant, I will like to see how Amaechi and Kwankwasos eyes will look the morning after the fall . With the arrogance and inhumane way those APC leaders treat their subjects who needs to be recruited before standing against their tyranny . Don't forget even Lagosians and the West Rejected ACN at the polls in 2011 and the president lost woefully in the G5 state with the exception of RIvers. The equation remain the same . From Shagari to Abdulsallam No body complained but from OBJ half Yaradua and GEJ Bombs are flying all over the place and Now that Jega is saying No elections when Bombs are flying the whole place is calm it pure religiopolitics May God bless the President and deliver him from the hand of those who feel they are born to rule perpetually , |
CyberG: I wonder what is wrong with people like you? Is it phoolishness or curse or what? There is a problem which everyone can see and some people have refused to just hang around crying and saying God this, God that or complaining for nothing, of begging or running away to America or elsewhere but here are the same people who will and are suffering the most (ordinary Nigerians) who have something negative to say about being given an alternative! APC is a very viable alternative, what is wrong with that and is that not why they have grown? What is this one saying ? Don't for |
Electoral Reforms: this another major achievement you cannot take away from GEJ , even the letter writing god of otta now feels these is an anti party activity worst stiill the greatest beneficiaries of these reforms APC believe the OWU chief is right |
Continuation Press Freedom : this is another milestone of this administration , despite the fact that miscreants have continued to spread falsehood online the man has remained calm ! |

1. Its a congregation of strange Bed Fellows. Imagine Ribadu/Amechi/Tinubu /Buhari /kwankwaso/yerima /Rochas 2. It has No Ideology . All you need to do to be baptised into this party is simple , just criticise the president an ''Chazm '' you are born again ! 3. The APC acronyn is stolen . By the time the court finally Delivers its judgement on the true ownership of the APC acronym , INEC will have no choice but to give the name to its rightful owners leaving the merging parties whose certificates have been withdrawn in the cold 4.TINUBU CANNOT COPE WITH THE PDP EXCESS LUGAGGE With Kwankwaso screaming the nPDP has the highest No of Gov's these early ,it will not be long before he starts making demands Which will starts tearing the party to pieces . 5 CRISIS Bafarawa says Wamakko will only be a member , Shekarau insist he is the leader of the party and Kwankwaso is a stranger . Marwa prefers to destroy the APC than Have Nyako as its Leader , Belgore has told Saraki to look for another structure, Amechi has completely lost out ! They won't survive this ! 6 LACK OF HUMAN FACE APC leaders lack human face ,it won't be long before Nigerians realise the with the APC govt at the center we might be forced to Pay tax before we sleep in our homes or Go and DIE! With the construction of roads at 1 billion per KM. Nigerians already know better . 7 DO AS I SAY NOT AS I DO They preach transparency but they won't tell us how much IGR they generate, this hypocrisy will also consume them in the lead up to 2015 To be continued |
abubaka101: These are nothing more than capital projects!!!! He built roads, he built schools, he built hospitals, he is fighting Boko Haram well, etc.... these are nothing more than a lay man' s perception of good/encouraging governance...Simple questions and here are the answers 1 he initiated the automotive policy that is today the derock of our Auto industry Today Innoson HYNdai and daewoo are in the thick of car manufacturing thanks to a man of History 2. The rice revolution is another policy driven achievement , today dry season rice farming accounts for about 40 % of our rice producction reducing import to about 80% 3 the investors you talked about are coming despite the activities of the Enemies to ensure this man never governs, the FDI that came to Nigeria in the last 2 years alone is more than what came in during the entire OBJ regime despite all his useless trips, it never yielded anything. On corruption I will admit we have not done as good as I would have expected ,however its not entirely the fault of the president look at this 1. The courts in Nigeria take an average of 6 years to convict a criminal 2 .Akingbola et al were charged to court till today its story story adjournment 3. The susidy thieves have been charged but how far the courts are still moving at snail speed . 4 even previously convited felons are been let free . Each arm of the govt has its job if the legislature concentrate on adjusting the laws and stop constituting useless probe commitees that never yields anything may be the judiciary will do better eith the speed of justice delivery . |
dejt4u: Thrash ?? What makes these achievement a trash APC- e worriors never see anything Good in the president. It should never Be so,as citizens we should view issues objectively |
1.Electricity: GEJ has successfully done what nearly all past leaders of this Country have failed at; Complete Un-boundling and privatization of PHCN , Nigerians have never had it so Good . In Kado 23.9999 hours of power from the previous 3hrs per day,in Lokoja from rationing to almost 23.5 hours per day among others. Many other locations are gradually experiencing improvements in power supply thanks to the epitome of humility and Steadfastness GEJ ! 2.Education : despite the Boko haram Influenced political ASSU strike that has no meaning the man has continuously made good impact on Education . Holding the longest meeting ever in his political career to send back our brothers and sisters back to school shows that he cares a lot about Education. With Twelve Brand new Universities, 9 of them in northern Nigeria is a feet past leaders can only dream of , including the letter writing ones . The first president to lunch an islamic driven formal Education Alimajiri System. Despite Basic Education been under the purview of state Governments this man has stepped in to take care of these less privilege northern children , to date close to 400 of these schools have been built . Post graduate scholarship for First class Graduates is another plus for a man the APC refers to as Clueless ! 3.Agriculture : with Rice imports down 80% the sky appears to be the limit for Jonathan's Administration in the area of Agriculture .the destruction of the fertiliser cabal by the deployment of an efficient IT driven fertiliser distribution system, the return of Nigeria to the top list of Cocoa exporting countries is a credit we must give to this administration . Cassava flour and Bread initiative is today saving the country Billions in foreign exchange, enhancing local capacity and creating more Jobs even Forbes appreciates this giant leap in agriculture as evident in the recent award conferred on the minister of Agriculture . 4 Transport The lagos -Kano rail line finally came on stream thanks to the doggedness of the president. After almost 2 decades of no motion , today virtually all our rail lines are fully operational with air-conditioned coaches on some routes , full entertainment on board. Today Nigerians have a cheaper source of transportation thanks to GEJ . Another Powerful Achievement of the president is the transformation of Nigeria's Automotive industry, while previous presidents secured deals with foreign vehicle manufacturing firms to serve as the sole distributor this president choose to support local manufacturers like INNOSON and others to by patronising them and creating policy frameworks that will make these country self sufficient in Vehicle manufacturing. Just imagine the amount of vehicles Toyota sells in Nigeria yet it chooses to put its plant in South Africa from where the vehicles are shipped to Nigeria and commission paid to letter writing , and self serving individuals . GEJ says No to the continuous dumping of recalled cars in Nigeria Toyota sells 20 times more cars in Nigeria than SA why should the plant be in SA? forget those infrastructure rubbish, INNOSON has proven that with the right policy Vehicle Manufacturing can be a reality. Thanks to GEJ Hyundai and Deawoo have also set up plants . The completion of the NIGER river dredging is also a plus for this man 5.ROADs Benin- Ore, lokoja - Abuja , Lagos -Ibadan ,Kano -Maiduguri , East -West etc the intervention of the federal Government in Road construction is unprecedented in the history of this country .key Bridges liking the East and the north have been commissioned , the 2nd Niger Bridge is on course and majority of these roads will be commissioned in 2014 . ABC transport in their recent advert are encouraging people to travel by road saying ,the roads are better and trips are faster. Thanks to a president who delivers. 6.Aviation : never in the history of this country have we witnessed a massive transformation of our airports , today we are witnesses to the fulfilment a dream that many of us have dreamt of : Airport worthy of our status as the Giant of Africa . 7.Defence: despite been distracted by politically motivated boko haram elements the Nigerian Navy under GEJ lunched the first home made war ship With the second and third in progress , The Nigerian Air force manufactured a fully Nigerian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (drone) With base stations in partnership with Nigerian companies ,Professionalism have been enhanced in Nigeria's armed forces. The man is transforming every sector! FDI- Nigeria is today Africa's prime destination for foreign direct Investment with close to 20% of all monies coming into the continent directed at Nigeria, one would only imagine the kind of in flow that we would have witnessed but for the APC sponsored Boko haram crisis . These man has achieved these despite spending a huge chunk of the Budget fighting extremist elements who lost the 2011 election !!!! To be continued !
