Policies can be reversed or modified. Why o you fed that hard to comprehend I agree, but only when the policy is stupid or not well planned. Besides, it only happens often in 3rd world countries. |

NaughtyBrainiac: Again, it is allowed everywhere in the world. You make a policy and then modify it when the outcome has certain effects.
This is Nigeria, only practicality will show real outcomes. Not theory Give me example? You only take back a stupid decision. If you have to make a decision and takes it back, then it was a very stupid decision in the first place Like I said, it’s like a contractor building a house and keep demolishing the house or some part of the house just to amend it. first, you need to think and map out your plan very well before you start building. This making policy and taking it back show he was never ready for the job. At some point, nobody will trust him or any of his policies, because he can always take them back. Nobody trusts a man whose yes can mean no tomorrow. |

NaughtyBrainiac: You be capital Olodo. This news is not confirmed yet. However, let's even assume it is confirmed.
Where in the world is it wrong for you to make a policy which is targeted at helping the economy and then reverse or modify the policy when the outcome of the policy has certain serious effects.
This is the kind of man we want to lead us as a Nation. A Leader that wants the best for the Nation A Leader that can make bold positive moves A Leader that can quickly assess the impact of his policies and seek ways to make things better A Leader that listens
I have said over and over that the problem we have in Nigeria is not anyone's mate. And Tinubu is the man that can at least build the foundation for a better Nigeria. I have always maintained the stand that some policies might be reversed and some modified depending on outcomes.
Not one Liar, Pretender and Olodo that came on live TV to say that there is nothing bad in not building infrastructure for 8 years as Governor. That Guy and the people that follow him sheepishly annoy me to the bones. How can a people be so gullible.
It’s only a confused leader that keeps going back and forth with policies. Back and forth policies hurt the economy so bad that at some point, your economy will go into coma. You said he will build a foundation for Nigeria, by going back and forth on his decisions and policies? Imagine you want to build a house and your contractor keeps building and demolishing to start all over He will still take away the unified principles exchange rate, But again, how can you trust a man whose “yes might change to be no” tomorrow? The really is, He is not ready, and has no plan to move the country forward. He will only destroy Nigeria… |

Nataliace: The younger brother to my husband occasionally comes to visit us. My husband takes good care of him and support his business dealings.
He trusts his brother that he can travel for weeks leaving us together.
Recently my brother in-law's movement towards me changed.
He sometimes rub his hands on my back as if he was just being friendly. He made strange and unusual move towards me several times and I was uncomfortable with that.
I warned him that if he doesn't stop I will report to my husband.
My husband travelled last week and his brother has begun his behaviors of unexpectedly touching my body and showing up in my room or just following me to the kitchen whenever I am preparing meal.
I thought of reporting to his brother but I don't want to be the reason they will be enemies for life.
How do I stop him so this remain between two of us?
This is sincerely becoming unbearable. What an animal he is. Report him right away. Imagine after what your husband has done for the idiot, that’s how he wants to pay him back. From what you said. |

Nigerians who chose Tinubu over a third-class Obi cannot all be wrong. You can't heap the blame of 60 years on a president who is barely 2months in office. Stop the hate and criticize objectively Yes it’s being young mr. Why is Nigeria retiring people at 70, ask yourself that fucking question. Why put age of retirement at 70? Humans expire. At some age your brain will be on diminishing return. Again, those of una wey dey always make stupid decisions to the detriment of Nigerians since 1960, where have those decisions got you guys? Ttalk: "President Tinubu said every effort across sectors will be documented and periodically reviewed for performance verification and public presentation."
This is one of the critical things Nigerians should look out for in any government, periodic review and evaluation of government policy'
It is very clear that Tinubu knows what he is doing and he is committed and devoted to his conviction. It is now left for the citizen to key into the government programs and development plans.
Constructive criticism is welcome, but the type of hatred coming out from Obidients and certain regions is unfortunate, let us support this administration for a greater Nigeria because if it fails we'll all share in the failure
Modified: it is not enough to criticize but to offer an alternative solution that can form a public opinion that the government would implement, so far, many comments below are just abuse and insult with no solution Just mention one thing he is doing that shows there it’s going to be fine? AdiNike: PLEASE YOUR ADVICE IS NEEDED.
I have experienced outbreaks of this kind the third time in the space of 5months. At first, it was like 3 appearing on my penis cap, the next day after a rough sex but i don't even know when it burst open and dried up because they were smaller in size compared to the outbreak in the picture and then later, a single one pops out twice which i burst open myself and they dried up leaving a tiny scar.
I thought it was all over until this recent outbreak. It doesn't itch or cause any pain and most times, I don't even remember it till i have to urinate.
I had unprotected sex 2 days before the last outbreak and noticed i urinated a reddish color urine and i used antibiotics and did not feel it again until the outbreak showed up.
NB: I haven't met the last person i had the unprotected sex with when i first experienced the first outbreak and both times were unprotected sex.
Could this be Herpes?
If this is Herpes, what are the medications I can start using?

Then Tinubu should resign as the Ecowas chairman and handover to whoever that will get the job done, office is about competence. Ecowas needs to sit up, unless 'Tinubu as the Ecowas chairman' wants to make more mockery of himself and the entire ecowas organization, and also jeopardize his office, a colossal failure that will go down in history. Travel › Re: Seeking Honest Advice: Considering Relocating Abroad - Need Your Thoughts by OChimex: 2:55pm On Jul 27, 2023 |
Alejo2000: Hello fellow Nairalanders,
I find myself at a crucial crossroad in life and would greatly appreciate your valuable insights and diverse perspectives. I have worked diligently in a private organization for 15 years, managing to save up to N20 million. Additionally, I own a 3-bedroom apartment. and a few plots of land in three different states in Nigeria.
Current Situation:
Recently, I was disengaged from my job, and this has prompted me to contemplate a major life decision. I am 45 years old, and my wife is 42 years old. Together, we have three children, two of whom are in secondary school.
Contemplating Relocation: Given the circumstances, I have been seriously considering the possibility of relocating to another country with my family via study route. Two countries have caught my attention: the UK and Canada. I believe that I still have around 15 years of active career working life by the Grace of God, and I am open to exploring new opportunities abroad for the betterment of my family's future.
Reasoning: The motivation behind this move is to provide my children with a better education and quality of life while also embracing new experiences. However, I am fully aware that this is not without risks, as it would involve utilizing my lifetime savings and making a fresh start in a foreign land.
Seeking Your Advice: I humbly seek your honest advice and opinions on this matter. Here are some key points to consider:
Family considerations: How will relocating impact my children's education and overall well-being?
Age and career transition: Is starting anew in a foreign country feasible, considering my age and accounting background as my profession?
Financial stability: Should I be concerned about using my savings for this move? What steps can I take to ensure financial security in a new country?
Visa and immigration: What are the challenges and best practices in obtaining permanent residency in the UK or Canada?
Job opportunities: How promising is the job market for accountants in these countries? Are there viable prospects for career growth?
Investment options: Alternatively, what investment opportunities in Nigeria can provide a stable income stream for my family?
Conclusion: I am deeply grateful for any advice, personal experiences, or suggestions you can provide. Your valuable insights will play a significant role in shaping this crucial decision for my family's future.
Thank you all for taking the time to read and respond to my post. Your support means a lot to me and will help me make an informed choice.
Warm regards, My honest opinion, first, I live in the US, Relocating at your age with your family to any foreign country will drive you crazy because of the change in everything especially work stress and bills, they are getting crazily expensive. US is all about starting on time and working your ass off smartly to build a career over the course of at least 10 years. No short cut in developed countries, it’s pure hard work and smartness and many years to build a career and start earning well. But with your family, it will be killing for you. At this point and age, the only way it will be justified is if you are seeking survival. With 20 million, you can invest hugely in something in Nigeria and still make a lot and when your family have a stable steady income, you can make a move first and settle and bring them over, but then it’s risky too because of your absence can cause a huge trouble in your family. Just make proper deep research about investing in Nigeria. But again, you will be overwhelmed moving to foreign land with kids and wife at your age. If say you are not married, I for advise you to relocate and once you move, then package your self so well and try grab one oyinbo woman wey go help you settle and stabilize. I hate to say this too, walahi if you move here as a family man, you go see fine oyinbo women wey fine soteee you go dey regret why you moved here as a married man 😂 |
