How about learning German Language while waiting. German Language at Level B2 qualifies you to book your student visa on Category A, which is more advantageous than Category B, especially for Winter when getting date is usually a challenge.

Hello guys,

Pls I need urgent assistance! who has got the format for Contesting Admission Rejection?

Pls, how do I go about this appeal because they have given me 1 month to do so.
I do not have the requested format, what I have is a word of advice. I would suggest you address the rejection by ensuring that, all the pages of your transcript are certified and writing to them stating that it was an oversight on your part.

You could also get in touch with the course coordinator to seek his/her advice/guidance. My one cent, all the best.

Please how does this whole thing works

Abeeeeeeeg.
Start from page 1 and read up to catch up. You are on time, you can still meet up. After reading up and you still have areas of concern, you can ask questions for guidance. For now it’s page one of this thread

Hey guys i uploaded my my transcripts other required documents and made payment on uni assist it states evaluating, application form is nit yet available. i have a deadline of december 1 to post hard copies of notarized documents do i go ahead to post the transcripts certificate without the application form? how long does it take for evaluation and application form to be available?

Thanks guys!
Hello,
Click on application overview, on top where you have Evaluation, you would see application form there. Click on the application form and it pops up, print it out, sign and add it to the documents you are sending to uni-assist. Officially it takes 4 to 6 weeks for Evaluation to be ready but from experience, it varies with individuals. Some people have received theirs in less than a week, some in two weeks and so on.

4 - 6 weeks.
That’s the official timeline, in some cases it might not be up to that time. I know of someone whose evaluation took less than a week, mine took approximately 2weeks.

Pray for Grace ma Gee

So a minimum of 6 is required on all IELTS tests / exams - listening, reading, writing etc or would all tests be accumulated to a score of 6 or more?
The Band required depends on the school. Some state band score they require, while others would state B2 at the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

You are giving a score for each of the module and your average is then computed to get your overall band score. Do a check on the school and check out the IELTS requirement, suffice to say that most schools also accept EPL (English Proficiency). Peace

Do you have any idea how the band score is calculated? I did a google search but couldn't get a clear explanation.
Here you go, I hope it helps.

I think it’s course dependent. I have applied to one University of Cologne’s course already via uni-assist, while application for the other course I am interested in is yet to commence. Just keep tabs on your course of interest
Jobs/VacanciesSuspended Recruitment For A Role After Job Test. by Odedenshi1(op): 10:40pm On Nov 13, 2019
Hello Nairalander’s,
I thought I should share this here and get experienced people share their thoughts, as we could learn one or two things from it.

I saw this job advert by Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc for the role of a Sales Officer on LinkedIn. Being that I am less busy at the moment, I decided to give it a shot. I sent my application using my CV and cover letter.

Few weeks later, I received a test invite and was informed that I would receive further directives on the day of the test. True to their words, I received the link to the test and general instructions 30minutes before commencement of the test.

I clicked on the link I received, activated the test and in few minutes I was done with the test. Submitting was a challenge at the end of the test, so I quickly sent a mail to the email address from which I received previous correspondence, response I got was that I should follow the instructions, whereas the instruction didn’t give the information I needed to submit the test successfully.

I had to use my head to manipulate and submit the test. Surprisingly, I received a mail few days later, that the position had been suspended, no explanation whatsoever was given. The mail is attached herewith

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has succeeded in wasting my precious time for no stated reason. If you had similar experience, kindly share your thoughts.

There is no apply button. Select the course to your cart... Answer all the necessary questions...Make payment... That's all...
I think there is no longer need to print app form (not sure)
Hope this helps
After applying, the application form should be printed, signed and included with the documents to be sent by post to uni-assist.

Shalom
Hey young man exercise some restraint. Fully funded blocked account on the day of interview and not on the day of booking interview. Nobody should be misled here, I don’t just post here. I post with 100percent certainty of whatever info I am giving out, I have read every page of this thread so be sure that what warranted my previous post was posted on this thread multiple times. Btw how many people have received AD to be interviewed few days after bookinghuh

I said different persons have posted on this thread that one cannot book interview unless the person has a fully funded blocked account. Any post on this thread must be worth reading, not just some assumption. Greetings

Admin @Justwise,
Please if you are following this thread, I would suggest you delete comments that are out of place. How people would come here and state that it is impossible to book appointment without funding blocked account still beats my imagination. I have come across such post twice from reading comments on this thread and it is totally untrue

It is not compulsory everyone must post, but you have to be certain that the information you post here is accurate. Let us be guided please because a lot of people rely on info they get from this thread. Let us not mislead people, thanks y’all for the great job.

is IELTS the only recognized or the preferred English proficiency test or are there others that the German uni's would also accept?
There are others such as TOEFL. You can check the language requirements of the school you intend to apply to, to be sure. All the best

Anyone planning to write IELTS, It’s now 73K with MOD IDP, it took effect on Oct 1st, 2019, it’s still 75K with BC. The major difference is in their remark fees, while MOD IDP charge about 46K for remark, BC charge 15K which is refundable should there be a change in any of the module. I trust your Sunday is going well, Enjoy the rest of your day.

bro,is there application fee?
I just sent u a PM.......
ARE we going to send documents to the school as Germany does theirs?
I don’t think there is application fee. If you read few pages back you would find details, there is an upload link for the documents and the required documents are specified on the application form which would be submitted during visa application and the originals sighted.

If will certify it for free but you need to go with the schools application form. Certifying 5 sets of docs means you need to have 5 application forms.
Hello bro,
Pls which is the application form to be filled and signed? I already booked my appointment online and received a mail to that effect. Don’t know about the application form they are talking about.
