Lagos would have look like Bayelsa or Delta State if not for been former capital of Nigeria with heavy oil money spending on it to make a shining capital competing with other capitals in Africa. Abuja developed in everybody eyes do to movement of capital from Lagos to Abuja. Oil money was heavily invested in Lagos for more than 30 years and that makes Lagos what is it today.

Lagos was the former capital of Nigeria for more than 30 years, all oil Nigeria money was invested invested in Lagos to make a befitting capital. Calabar was just a capital for few years before almagamation of Nigeria. That is what gave Lagos a lead as most developed state, the same way Abuja is been built with Nigeria wealth.

It is indeed laughable, imagine old men making mockery of theirselves. According to them, their Igbo wives makes them to forget their Bini name, Bini language and heritage. No traces of Bini cultures in Ikwerre land.
