Camera and picture quality, fastness and multitasking, I currently use both XS Max and S20 Ultra, in my own observation XS Max is ahead in day and night quality pictures and so on.

But S20 ultra have long range camera coverage upto X100 time Zoom. So is better in making videos and short skits for content creators.
